Every time I go in there, I have to wait for a prescription to be filled even if I have brought it in the day before or longer than that. They tell me just give us five minutes and that usually turns into at least 30 or more. I have already given you more than 24 hours. They need more help in the pharmacy. Also the outside of the store is filthy. Trash all over the parking lot all the time. I use CVS. I just use Walgreen’s because my mom has her account there.

Somehow the pharmacist can’t figure out how to ring up the prescribed generic brand instead of the name brand and “didn’t feel like figuring this out right now”. Prescribing doc said they were idiots.

This is getting continously, called an was on hold 12 min.was answered an told to be be on hold was on hold another 6 min then it went to ringing again an no one answered, Dec,2nd 2023 this is happening to often. This is not the 1st time nor the 2nd. .considering going to another pharmacy. Cannot appear to get service here.

This is the worst drugstore in Douglas. The lazy employees don't even look at your prescription unless you come in and when you do they lie to you about pick up times. Every time I visit the store I'm reminded why I try to always us CVS

I have never done business with Walgreens before, this was my first experience, my mother can only take name brand Nexium and it seemed no one carried it, I called Walgreens, spoke with Akeelah, she said if it was at the warehouse they could order it but the copay was going to be high, I told her it didn't matter, mom needed it. She told me to call back about 4pm and she'd see what she could do, I called back and she told me it was at the warehouse but also she was able to obtain a coupon that made it cost much less, she also said she ordered some extra bottles in case mom needed it in the future. Akeelah went above and beyond what I expected, my mom and I can't thank her enough, the world needs more people like her.

Walgreens has a very calm atmosphere the cashiers and Associates there are very friendly and they always give service with a smile they are always ready to help and give direction to items that are hard to be located in the store I would recommend Walgreens to everyone who needs good assistance when they're looking for something very important.
