Store employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. There is a wide variety of reading material, bookmarks, pens, cups, novelty items, vinyl, and turntables. Everything is well-stocked and neat.

We as a society, must keep bookstores OPEN!! I have nothing against digital books but in my humble opinion, I'd rather have the physical book in rotation vs a digital one. Bookstores seems to be a rare commodity these days! I've always enjoyed a good read! Diving into another persons imagination can be exhilarating, at best! Or grab yoself a self help book! Nothing wrong in that. Just to name a few. Regardless of what you're into, BAM is the place for every bookworm !!

I love reading manga and they have a really good variety of it. I'm gonna go back, there are many, many more times to complete my collection of manga series how to summon a demon lord. Got this book in the picture for pretty cheap, too it's really good.👍

Great books. Decent prices. However, I disliked the way the female in there today (5/25|22) offered us “three free magazines right now” and then signed us up for a subscription. I canceled as soon as I got home but my thing is just tell me everything and don’t be sneaky. I HATE that. Would have been best to be open and honest and give me the option to be bothered with that. I had to say “so did you just ask all my info for a subscription” after reviewing my receipt and the stapled card Anywho, I love everything I purchased today. Almost a great visit.

The store is a nice store for its location. The selection is sort of limiting but with the size of the retail area it is understandable. The staff are friendly I wish they were a little more engaging when you're trying to search for a particular book or genre. one major thing I would like to say is, I wish when the clerk is ringing you out. That they didn't try to up-sell you on a million different things or donations and you waste the next ten minutes of life telling them no to every question just so you can check out and go about your business.

What a hassle just for them to match their own price. I passed and went to Amazon and got it for $5 less than BAM. Wasted trip to the store but oh well. If I have to wait for you to match your own price then I’ll just wait and have it delivered.

My charge card got hit for $25.00 and we bought NOTHING. I am going to have to call Chase and get it taken off. Scammers are using chip readers at this Mall to steal your money. This twice it has happened at this place.

Friendly staff.

Books-A-Million took my online pay-ahead order and later informed me an item I’d paid for was unavailable - which was fine, except I was never refunded for the item I did not receive. BAM has ignored my attempts to contact customer service; it’s now been months of them keeping my money for an item they could not deliver on. Don’t shop here.

Whether you're coming in here for fairly priced Manga, or to hang out with friends, BAM has that ambiance that keeps you wanting to come back. They have a great selection on books, though the toys are a bit overpriced, it's a bookstore, not a toy store. Overall the workers are nice, and are very respectful and willing to help you find what you need, whether it be the price on a plushie, or a book you're looking for. Great place.
