Probably the most dysfunctional store I’ve seen in the whole line. It was a lot more put together 20 years ago 🤣.
Literally no general line direction and you never know where to go to check out.

Its super dusty ( so avoid if you have asthma or have kids that do ) they dont give employees fair pay or enough hours & wont try to work with any kind of scheduel. But will ask empkoyees to leave early. The manager is rude & clearly doesnt know what shes doing. The manager was the only one working one morning & she hadnt done anything. Shipment hadnt been touched & the store was a mess.

for some reason i have the worst luckwith these type of stores. For as expensive as they are you would think they would be more accomidating . I purchased an online order on 12/9 and was informed to pick it up at the store on 12/27 . i still hadnt got any updates but saw the charge on my card . i called to check status of the order at the store and theysaid they did not have my order. So i was informed to call customer service. Then i called them and was informed that the order had not shipped and was going to be sent out by the end of FEB 2025!!!!! crazy bc this is supposed to be a Christmas present . Then totop it off i originally only got the sweater bc I had a $15 coupon so then they say ilost the coupon "unfortunately" . This store and FYE are some of the worst stores and website to purchase from !!!! as much as my daughter loves going in here i hate spending money at places like this!!!

The Cumberland location is really good at keeping their online presence fresh and updated so I opt order online or through the app. If i go into a store i drive to the Cumberland location

Caleb was awesome! I've always loved this store especially for my piercing needs but Caleb took the cake on politeness, professionalism, and salesmanship. The oil to help with gauging up and prevent blow outs he sold me is exactly what he said it is. My problem ear is no longer that big a problem. Special thanks to Caleb for being informative and honest. I'll be coming back soon to fill out my pierced Nation card. Really great ppl all around.

The lady with the pink wig denied me my military discount Bc I didn’t have my retired ID just my expired active duty. What’s the difference between the two? It’s crazy how someone just has the decision to tell me when and where I can at least get my 10 percent that I have earned.
Was in there literally days prior had no issue, because only competent people realize you can’t fake military IDs. Thanks hot topic for you support on veterans.

Tee shirts are little overpriced, not really the Hot Topic we had in our teens! Remember that amazing store? Good times. But the staff were polite and helpful so can't complain.

Caleb was awesome! I've always loved this store especially for my piercing needs but Caleb took the cake on politeness, professionalism, and salesmanship. On yesterday my daughter want to go to hot topic to get her friend an gift. When we get there it's a chain up an one door open only a couple and their lil kid was in there. We had to stand and wait till someone come to unchain. When the female comes to the door she tell us she only can let one of us in now keep in mind my daughter loves this store. So since she says she only can let one of us in when the sign says they supposed let up to 9 people in there so l couldn't believe what was happen so l had to take my daughter to another location far out. I am so displeased that took time away from my schedule. To make my child happy yes l took her to a different location plus she was ok that we was together and not separated. I ask her before left if she want in by herself while wait before l took her to another location.

I got a skirt and shirt. I wasnt going to get the skirt but Mo told me I would look amazing and so did the other workers. When I tried it on they all told me to get it so I did! I'm very happy with the purchase :)
