I was checking out and had 3 items, i said i didn't need a bag (because I don't want plastic bags i have reusable ones in my car and it's THREE things). She said, "Ahh no. You're getting a bag." And had a bunch of attitude and looked at me stange. What was that about?? Absolutely no reason for that. Made me Extremely uncomfortable and as if I was doing something bad for not wanting a piece of plastic.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Ross. Recently, I purchased an item that unfortunately didn’t work for me. According to the return policy stated on the receipt and the website, customers have the right to return an item within 30 days of purchase if they have the receipt and original packaging. However, when I tried to return the item after less than two weeks, I was denied a refund.

I politely explained the situation to the store staff, presented the receipt, and returned the item in its original packaging, but the staff categorically refused to issue a refund, citing unclear and vague rules. When I asked for an explanation of the reason for the refusal, I was only offered an exchange, which does not suit me, as I couldn’t find anything appropriate.

I also tried to speak with the store manager but received no constructive response. It seemed to me that the staff simply did

This is my favorite Ross store! If I want to look for something at a Ross, I drive all the way from Atlanta to go here because the ones in ATL are awful. This one is organized and mostly clean with a helpful and responsible staff. I guess it comes down to better management. Bathrooms could use a little attention, however.

This store has a lot of cheap, low-quality brands, especially the shoes, which break and tear within the first week. We arrived after opening. Clean and we chopped the non hospitable staff off to being young folks. The lady that was organizing the socks with the tiny starter locks needs a raise! She helped us tremendously. O! Let's not forget the lady that was trying to cashier and tell me a 100 xs that the cart couldn't exit the door. This Ross store use to have everything! Not sure if they have different buyers or what but the quality of their women's clothing has truly gone down. The shoes are picked over and the up shift in prices do not match the quality..Come on Ross I do love stopping in for home goods or pet items & more so get back up to standards so I will love my next shopping experience there!

It is very nice to live in a city like Douglasville, where there are stores that offer a very professional service, especially the Ross dress for less, 2870 Chapel Hill Rd, my wallet fell on the floor after paying, when I got home I knew. The worst customer service! I had just bought a purse the strap was coming unthreaded so I took it right back in I wanted to exchange it! So the cashier says I have to take the bag with me to find another purse and stand in the exchange line.. Mind you there's now only 1 cashier and a lady standing at the 1st register where I was standing just doing whatever! She never acknowledged me! Just kept doing what she was doing. They made me stand in the return line where no one could see me .I was next in line but the next line over was the one that was gonna get taken next.. I walked out with my raggedy purse! I'm so over it!!
