I'm shocked by all the bad reviews on here. I scanned through and they don't really reflect what I have witnessed for myself. Although people only tend to write reviews when something doesn't go right, so you barely see good reviews unless it was over the top experience for them. I always order online, just because I know it can get busy and I don't perfer to wait long. Do I still have to wait when I order online? Absolutely, this isn't in the negative though, they just get a lot of orders because I, just like many others, get a drink in the morning at their busiest times.
The workers have always been kind, and they stay busy, I never see them on their phones or just standing around doing nothing. The drinks are always up to standard, none of this watered down crap that I see others have commented on.
If any of the current workers are reading this review, then keep up the good work. Don't let any of the negativity from others pull you down while you're working, don't let it carry itself passed those doors when you go home. You're doing enough and I see the hard work!

I normally order on-line from this location however, today I decided to go into the location and order at the register. I had a cashier by the name Vickie who was not really pleasant. When I came in asked if they had any butter croissant she indicated yes. I ordered and was able to use some of the points I asset towards the order after I ask if I could. While she informed me of the total she started doing something else which I felt was okay as I have witness in the past the cashier step away to start the bakery item you are purchasing and place it into the oven to heat. I paid and step to the side to wait for my order. While waiting I notice the customers behind me placing their orders and receive their bakery item. Again was okay with it because each order is different maybe my order requires more to prepare then those customers. However after customer number six received their orders and bakery item I sense something it not right. One of the young ladies called my name provided me a beverage but no croissant. I continue to wait another minute. I then asked that same lady that prepared my drink can she check on the status of my croissant. She asked Vickie that cashier where it was at. Vickie seem irritated and informed her to just grab one and reach to give her croissant so the young lady preparing the drinks can fix the croissant. The young lady who name I wish I did get provided me my semi warm croissant and apologies for the mishap stating the are really busy. But how when everyone that ordered received their bakery item right after placing their order with Vickie. Please do better we as people decide to get up everyday and go to work at these jobs. I as the customer decide to go shop at the location but do expect a level of service as my money is paying for it. Always keep in mind no one make you go to work at any place we decide it so if unhappiness occurs you have to make a decision to work somewhere else. I have never had any issues with this location I love the service they normally provide but today was not the case.

It would be wonderful if this location could get in stock on the new Fall flavors. Because since the release of them they don't seem to have a majority of the options. The employees are always pleasant and it's usually pretty clean. And if this a corporate situation creating this then maybe some signing to communicate to the customers would be helpful.

It’s 7:06, they open at 7:00. I walked up to the register at 7:02, whilst two employees were behind the counter. They actively ignored me. I was absolutely seen, it took effort to literally ignore me. So, I finally walked away.
Looking at it objectively, perhaps they were finished setting up, however you open at 7am. Get to work on time and be ready to open at 7am.

Orders here are never on time. My order is already 15 minutes late, which makes me late to drop off my kids at school. They need to do better. Then they are always out of stuff. This is the worst location

worst store around. & of course it’s the closest. continuously out of everything. when trying to pre-order there’s just a continuous list of red Xs of what can’t be provided. get it together.

Welp, We gave this Starbucks location multiple times just to see if maybe we just caught them on a bad day or they had a lot of orders. NO this location is by far the nastiest Starbucks in town. The drinks taste like flavored ice water! Even though it’s tempting while shopping DONT! I mean hey if you would like flavored water by all means please do.

This is a regular starbucks for me, they always get my order right and my mobile orders are always ready if not by the time I get there in 2-3 minutes.

The Caucasian chick with the acne on her face at the register stared at me like I was in the wrong place. A “Hello, welcome to Starbucks. What can I get you today” would have been great. Instead of placing an order I decided to leave. If I don’t feel welcome enough to place an order, how can I trust my beverage will be made properly? Just never mind with this location

I know it’s busy season. I know it’s a small store but the attitudes of the girls working here are atrocious. I waited over 25 min for my mobile order, when one of my items was missing from my order I waited an additional 10 min and then waited in line to check that it was coming. I was “greeted” with “I hope this is something important because obviously we are busy” and I was handed my item with an eye roll.
Change needs to happen. Leaving this review after several negative experiences here.

Stopped in and ordered two drinks to go. Tried them after I got back on the road and both are wrong. Not just this location but many around this area. Over $13 for both coffees and both are messed up. I’m done with Starbucks.

They serve drinks that are over filled and are dripping with product when they gave it to me. They also did not offer to remake it after spending 25 dollars on 4 drinks. They told me that they would pour my drink into a new cup to stop it from dripping creating a upside down drink that was not made correctly. The customer service at this location is non existent.

Many drinks and special items are missing from this location, which can be understandable due to the size limits here. The staff does leave a bit to be desired; more than one staff member tend to socially isolate the customer by their interactions and mannerisms. The staff tend to talk amongst themselves much more freely and kindly than to customers, hence the isolation. No one wants to see that happening. It could perhaps be partially an age gap? Anyway, customers notice and don't like it. I've seen the drinks served without names, leading to mild confusion when they are busy. My order has had missing items on 3 occasions. 😔

This location is the worst In store location I've ever experienced. They were horrible on both occasions. This store needs to stop doing mobile orders if they don't have the capacity to maintain the level of customer service expected. There's no reason it should take over 20 minutes for mobile orders. They were pulling off 10 mobile tickets with only 2 people working. That's common sense to stop taking mobile orders. Then the employees working there are just so blah as if they're zombies. Avoid this Starbucks location. They don't even try.

This Starbucks is small but is by far the best Starbucks with best drinks and service for like 30 minutes. It gets as much business during peak as a normal Starbucks and has a fraction of the space and employees. Disregard the Karen's complaining about wait time.

This place has good drinks but the customer service and quality of this establishment have been rather negative, especially my last few visits. Flies are everywhere inside and outside of the stand, and you cant enjoy a drink in the lobby without being attacked by a swarm of them. Several of the employees are very negative and rude, like when taking my order, just seeming uninterested or just carrying a nasty tone. If I come in the mornings, a lot of the time they’re just on their phones when I try to order and another employee has to get their attention. I want to continue getting drinks here since it’s so close and the drinks are good, but it’s really hard when you feel almost judged by the people taking your orders.

It is either hit or miss at this location. They do have a couple of really good employees but I can't tell you how many times that I have gone in and stood at the register for several mins without anyone saying a word to me. You would think that they would greet you and let you know that they will be with you in a moment but nope. Then to top it off on multiple occasions once the employee does come take my order they literally just stare at me without a word. I would skip this Starbucks if you can.

The girl that works weekdays in the morning is so slow. She looks so Un happy to be there.
I can’t keep loosing 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the morning.

I use to love Starbucks and would have gave them 5 stars. But they stopped the availability for the disabled to be able to order food and drinks sent to the house. I never realized that Starbucks could care less about the disabled.
