So I went to this location off of the "too good to go" app. The store is dirty and they bag I paid for has molding products in it. I drove 20min to get there, and they gave 3 jack links beef and cheddar bites. With today's expiration. I'm NOT HAPPY. THIS STORE NEEDS A OVERHAUL. ESPECIALLY THE STAFF. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Yeah, I will NEVER return to this Circle K. It’s SO ghetto. The cashier in the mobile mini box out front is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The lady behind me, nor I, knew where to pay since the building was under construction (the other lady had just seen me come around to the front, and only then, knew where to walk up). The main building still has all the lights on and no one can see the side window on the box to pay… there’s also a door right beside it that says “employee entrance only” so why would I walk up there?? The lady was going off and frustrated because I couldn’t find her, then goes, “oh, you’re not an employee?” No… I’m a paying customer who would like to pay for my gas. I’ve never been to this area before and I won’t be back.

Female staff gossip about customers entirely too much and make super assumptions that they can’t validate. Customer service is no good as well especially with the female staff. Never had any problems really with the guys that work there. It’s always the females. I’m a regular customer and the manager rolled her eyes at me the other day. Since I’m such a bother for helping them get a paycheck, I won’t be so regular anymore.

DO NOT GO HERE

LaKendra ripped cups out of my hands that were purchased earlier in the day. She tried to charge me full price for refills, then refused to give me a receipt and was difficult in giving me a refund.

LaKendra needs retraining and some customer service lessons. She literally ripped and destroyed cups that I already purchased at a previous time.

I got a cheaper drink at Kroger's across the street.

DO NOT GO HERE

Edit: just don't go here. I'm certainly not. I've been going to Circle K for more than a decade, but this one will make me never go to another one again. I'm just going to the Kroger station across the street, probably have better service.

I have always had good service and shopping experience. However, since the current event with the store manager and the policy of it's upper management I will not be back until the issue is resolved and this manager is reinstated. I believe this man had a right to defend himself and his co-worker who was present at the time. In the day and time we are living today I think it is unreasonable to expect the management not to have a weapon to defend himself especially knowing it was at this same store in 2009 a woman was killed.

Nice, friendly staff. I've never had a problem here. I've known Erin for 10+ years through Circle K. She always has a smile on her face and is friendly and welcoming.

Cashed in a $4 winning Powerball lottery ticket in exchange for 2 more quick pick Powerball tickets. Got home and noticed he gave me one good ticket and one old one from last week. Hope you win. Will never buy tickets from there again.

Amazing, Polite, knowledgable, social, friendly customer service reps. Specially Nights 1 wonderful associate is Divionea. She is very knowledgeable of the store as well as merchandise in this store. Extreamly likeable personality who greats every customer with energy and enthusiasm. Makes you want to come back again and again. Also remembers customers making it feel like a home town store.

I've been coming in this store since I work near there. The young lady Shonda is a doll. Friendly,willing to help and very respectful every time I'm there. Wonderful place to shop .

That clerk that shot the robber and got fired over it? Yeah, that robber got what he deserved. You fools were/are soooo worried about your precious, little money. I've worked with the former at my local Waffle House, and I was pleased to hear about the POS's sentence. Life is more important than your stupid money. As far as letting the robber have what he wants, that's fine, but we have EVERY RIGHT TO DEFEND OURSELVES FROM THOSE WHO WOULD HARM US. I WILL NEVER SACRIFICE MYSELF FOR CORPORATE AMERICA! I have always had good service and shopping experience.
