Purchased some frames. I was going to use the framing services however no staff in that department. Three different customers asked me for assistance with framing while I was waiting. I was not dressed like you’d expect an employee to be dressed. I ended up purchasing frames myself and will be doing the custom framing with another company. I gave them 3 stars because the only 2 employees visible were super nice. I purchased a shadow box and the pins were in the back of the store near the fabric…odd location. Super nice staff, please get them some additional coworkers.

Went in for custom framing. Although they were a little short staffed I have to give a big shoutout to Anna. Could not have been kinder or more patient with all the chaos. My husband and I attended Micheal’s craft class where we tie-dyed shirts with Will. While it was just the two of us we had a great time and Will was a great instructor, encouraging us to aim for fun over perfection. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an inexpensive way to get out of the house and have some fun. Also my husband and I are 30 so don’t let the idea that it’s only for kids stop you.

Selection in the bead section is very sparse...I needed 6mm pink glass pearls and there were non le to be had...the sale associate was congenial and kind...the staff is totally 5 stars...the selection 3 stars...hence the 4 star rating...wanted to specifically praise on employee...but I didn't catch her name and there is no sales associate number or anything on the receipt...so shout out to the amazingly patient and kind cashier that helped me on 6/22/2023 at approximately 1pm...you are an asset and deserve a raise <3

The few employees there are sweet and very helpful. My issue is the bathrooms. They're... Well, let's just say I have never seen or smelled a bathroom more foul in my life. I guess they don't clean or check them consistently because every time I try to go, I have to walk back out because the smell is terrible. I guess people use them and then get embarrassed by their "work" and don't notify anyone. Clogged toilets full of toilet paper and poo. It sounds like an exaggeration, but trust me, it isn't. The last time I tried walking in, my 6 year old was with me, and she gagged and cried about the smell. Ran to Marshall's instead. Can't even breathe through your mouth because you can almost taste it. It's horrible.

Store is always clean and for the most part pretty well stocked. Selection of some items has diminished considerably over past couple of years, probably due to reduced interest/supply chain? although there is still a good selection in store for most part. Online offers more options, but so hard to tell actual colors from screen these days. They have good sale promotions - some items better than other - again probably due to demand. Great store if looking for a specific craft item, although depending on how specific may need to order online.

I paid several hundred dollars for a cricut maker. The maker didn't work. Found out that this cricut was sold and returned and should have been destroyed. They were making a profit off of damaged products. Be ware. Luckily we were able to get a replacement. It took a while
