Went to get my hair done. I spoke with Tina Marie on the phone and she said that she should do my hair the way I wanted it which was in rods and My Mother funeral was the next day . My appointment started at 3 pm. She wash my hair once took me to set the rods but blow dry it first cut all my hair off in he back saying she was trimming it. Now I had a hair full of white and grey hair that the Lord had blessed me which it was long and full and I was happy with my crown . I sat under the dryer for 4 hours.. that was so intense that I couldn’t take it anymore she took out the rods and my whole head of hair was green and I was the only one she was working on. Now it 7pm . She destroyed my My hair I have to wear a wig. Now they want me to come back to them to make it right how can you . Now I WAS AT MY MOTHER FUNERAL WITH GREEN HAIR. And she is still working there make it make sense. I don’t trust them to do my hair again saying come back. I feel I need more that that. She is lucky it wasn’t a younger girl it would have been different that night. I am thinking about suing this company.

Went looking for a nice dress shirt for my husband, who is 6'5, and in their Big and Tall section, we found it. A little pricey, just under 100.00. I believe it was the Shaq label. It was just a plain white dress shirt with one pocket and had a nice collar.

Worst experience of my life! Jcpenney salon over processed my hair! The woman still works there. She told me I had a pretty neck and would never of known how pretty my neck was if all my hair didn't fall out. I went to a professional so that this would not happen. I already spent over $1600 in wigs. My hair is a inch long now. I will be dealing with this for the next 2-3 years waiting for my hair to grow back.

Wife went in to swap out baby nephew clothes. I am not the shopping type unless it is food or automotive. She was happy with her shopping experience so I am happy too. Glad they are here in Douglasville.

I went to get some cologne , so I smelled a couple different ones and thought I got the one I wanted but when I got to my car it was the same brand and a different fragrance so I had to go back in and get the one I wanted in the first place but they switched it out no problem

The women's section wasn't well organized - petite clothing was scattered in an "everything has to go" kind of way. If you can find what you're looking for, you will get a great deal. I hope this location can improve in the near future. Kind staff.

The ship to store option is a waste of time. Came in through level 2 only to find that the entrance gate was closed. Walked to first level and took the escalator up. The pick up deak is a cluttered mess with clothes and such strewn everywhere. The lady handed me a UPS box and told me I had to open the box at home. And when I say it was a UPS box it was a large box. Most ship to store items will be opened and put in a bag. Okay...Got home and realized the order was wrong. Had to come back and return it. Had it been opened, it would have saved me a trip. But you can't return on the first floor, you have to go to the 2nd floor. Oh and by the way, the down escalator is not working so you have to go to the kids section and restroom to find it as it isn't clearly marked.

The shipping issue isn't their fault. But handing a iteral UPS box and having a cluttered area, a non working escalator, and no clear signs are issues. I'll just pay shipping si I can avoid the store at all costs.

Waited almost 10 minutes for curbside pick up. Got a notification that because of high demand they were behind so I went in to get my order and every employee I saw was just standing around talking to one another. They shouldn’t offer a service they can’t provide.

Visiting is location is always a pleasure. The store is clean and you can actually find great-priced clearance and sale items. The lines are always long but during my last visit, it went pretty quickly. The cashier even verified the prices of the items as she rang them up.

JCP is doing more remodeling so it distracts me when shopping. the walkway is tight in that area. I haven't found anything in there lately that I like. This was my go to for my comforters but, the quality is lacking. I like a good weight on mine and theirs are now too light. My past purchases were worth the hundreds of dollars I would spend per comforter. My last visit was a disappointment. not to say it's not worth shopping there just not for me.

I am very disappointed in JCPenny. I went to purchase an item. The rack was full of this item for $19.99. At checkout, it rang up for $75. The manager, yubi, without looking immediately said the price on the rack is for the jeans. I showed her the rack full of the jacket i wanted to purchase or $19.99. UNLIKE ANY OTHER STORE, Yubi refused to honor the price. I will not shop JCPenny anymore, specifically any location that Yubi works at. This location DOES NOT HONOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Located inside the mall, plenty of parking. The store was empty at the time of my visit, so empty it was hard to even locate the staff to help us. Once we did locate a staff member they were cordial. The store was clean and they had plenty of sales and a decent variety of items. I may return when in the area.

There aren't enough ways to check out and had to stand in line for a very long time. A lot of the things that had signage saying they were on sale were in fact not. And one of the jewelry counter attendance was extremely rude to me when I asked if there was anywhere to check out other than the lower checkout desk... When they can in fact check you out in the makeup department and upstairs as well.

This location is near my home. Unfortunately this store has the worst selection of everything. The management should really consider the demographics of our community is changing. The store should buy & supply according to the audience they will serve. The store in Villa Rica has to generate more annually because this store in Douglasville has a serious fashion defect.

I had a really good experience here, the cashiers were very nice and helpful, even the older gentleman that was cleaning the floors was willing to help. I found two beautiful sweaters and a nice pair of pants. Our son found himself some very nice items also.

I used to love Penny's but they have very little inventory and only two cashiers to handle all customers. I will come back in 6 months to see if they improve but no more holiday shopping there.

Customer service was a little lacking...maybe due to understaffed and overworked, a little rude. Ordered 1 item for store pickup at 2:45pm and just happened to check on it at 6:30pm and was told it probably would be ready until the follow day. Went home and an hour later received the email saying it was ready. I wasn't very happy.

Out of everything come, customer service wasn't great it's great and it was like 10000ﾟ in there nobody's buddies so I kept putting stuff I would pick up down because it was too hot to carry it ended up ended up walking out with nothing
