This is a really great department store. I like the cleanliness of the store. Just like Dillard's it is NOT that cheap, but some items do have reasonable prices. The employees were amazing. I did look for items outside of the backstage, but for the most part the items I got were backstage. I have to say it is quiet too but it is busy and even though there's not a lot happening we passed by some employees who nicely asked us if we needed anything. One of them was an employee named Liza. She had great and amazing customer service skills.

I absolutely loveeeee Macy's and anytime I'm near one (because the nearest one is like 2 in a half hours away from me) we stop and shop. And I'm so glad we stopped and shopped. I found some amazing boots on sale and I absolutely loveeeee them. The two African American ladies that were in the shoe department were so nice, kind, and friendly. They helped my mom with a boot situation and now she's has her boots ordered. Overall, she customer service was amazing and you can never go wrong with just shopping, lol. Truly enjoyed my time at Macy's.

My husband and I were there today, looking at rings, specifically a Levian. We were ignored by two employees working there. Waiting about five minutes then we left. Poor customer service, will never shop there again.

There were 6 pairs of jeans (same style) on the 60% off rack. Was told I need to look for a sticker on the ticket because they didn't have anywhere else to place these jeans.

This Mall is in a excellent location but the current condition of the exterior is not what it use to be the landscape is horrible, no mulch, no weed eating. The the faded out paint job on the signs all needs to be updated from that horrible color. Make it into a restaurant Mall,but food court with some High Restaurants, high end stores turn it into and outlets mall surrounding it, bring it back to life .

There is an employee here at the Macy's @ Arbor Place Mall that my family just loves! She is short and petite, like my daughter and myself. She knows what does and does not work on our bodies! This is unique. Most people assume most clothes will be fine. They are so wrong!! Her classy style, her incredible journey through life, and remarkable faith make each shopping trip such a true blessing.

Whoever worked at Macy in the service area by the perfume with the short cut and mask, has an awful stare about her. She was not helpful, stood around doing absolutely nothing, and made a comment under her breathe as me and daughters walked away. I will be going to corporate. Do not make smart comments to my daughters and I unless you can take the mask off and say it to us. Your face is absolutely awful, enjoy your Sunday! Stay blessed.😊

Macy's used to be a Great store too shop. Has they changed ownership? I've had nothing but bad experiences for a couple of years now I went into the store to buy M.A.C makeup was told they were out of what I needed that they could order it for me. Two weeks went by nothing looking online tracking my order it's saying order is on its way still nothing. I called the corporate office the lady then told me it'll be there on the 16th. Funny it came the very next day after talking with her only to be the wrong kind. Wrong barcode and mailing numbers. I tried canceling the order before it even came she said I couldn't I'd have to wait until I get it to return to the store get there they tells me it's nothing we can do about it because the codes didn't match. So the manager at the store said the only thing she could do is give me store credit and it wasn't the amount I paid for it. even took my star points topping it all off I had to end up spending the store credit for another kind of makeup adding $8.56 to get what I needed. I should have looked at it because when I returned home it still weren't what I needed. Back to the store again trying too get the right thing. A few day later here comes a bill for the full amount by then I'm totally stressed out. I called the corporate office again Sharon act like she did t know what I was talking about had me on the phone for about two hours. Still nothing I'm thinking in my mind I've had it with Macy's had too go back to the store again too see if I can get this resolved they gave me credit for the bill I'm assuming just waiting now like a sitting duck let's see what happens. This isn't the only issue I've had with Macy's seems as if they're getting a little money hungry too me. I'm still feeling some kinda way because they don't even try making it right with they're customers.

Had a terrible experience there today. No help at all in men’s fragrance. No help at all in Clinique. I waited almost an hour between the two after driving 45 minutes to get there, only to be told to leave and shop online because they can’t help me. I just wanted to know if there were any good deals and what the package of cologne smelled like. She huffed and rolled her eyes at every question. I will be avoiding this store and warning everyone I know not to shop there.

Really tired of the tall white hair glasses lady - everytime I put things on the counter to purchase, she puts them back. It was one hour till closing, and she ignored me, and counted her drawer and batched the credit cards - purposely trying to waitbon me to leave. Well, they didn't close for 38 more waning minutes, so i waited and stared at her ignoring me. I was wanting to purchase some expensive earrings for my daughter's birthday. I'd already picked the stuff I wanted and put it on the counter... she had taken back ...what an awful sales person..
I bet she would Excell at cleaning windows or toilets. So unhelpful I leave everytime I see her there.

Tamara was great! I asked her where to find black pants, she asked me about the occasion, and then she helped me pick out several pants along with tops to complement them. She was attentive to my feedback and took the time to go rack by rack helping me pair items. After I tried them on, she checked with me and offered assistance with accessories also. Top notch customer service.
