This target was amazing but slowly going down hill FAST. I came to return an item my husband purchased and the associate said i needed the card present for the refund. That was my first time with this issue as I do any returns he has and the money goes back to the original tender.
Second issue, I was in last night and it seems there’s “couples” at work. People who work there but are not dressed work appropriate and boys and girls being physical with each other. It’s so odd, I’ve never seen anything like that at Target in general.

These employees seem to think it’s ok for people to steal from this target location. I witnessed a person getting arrested for stealing and these two statrting harassing the cop and his wife. What a shame. The manager Andrew witnessed the entire thing and said nothing!

Went in today to return a tv that arrived damaged from Target. The return was easy but I wanted to exchange it for a replacement. It was then I was informed that they couldn’t reorder it and told me I could do it on my own. All I needed was an exchange and the team member at the desk made that very difficult for what I needed. Finally I told him thank him for the return but I would take my business elsewhere.

P.S. I found the exact tv at another store just a mile away where the sales person was very helpful having to take the box off of the shipping pallet.

I have been coming to the Target on Chapel Hill Rd for over 20 years and never have I ever been treated as I was treated today Mar 2, 2024. I typically go through the self check out and today was no different.

Everything was fine until the old white lady with white hair who walks with some form of disability walked up without saying a word, slid the container I was checking out over to her saying nothing then looks inside saying nothing. What kind of customer service is this.

I have bought several storage containers from Target and never has an employee attempted to sneak and look in the container. Typically with great customer service in retail employees will come up say hi or hi how are you doing and ask if they can look in containers or bags.

Or Ask do you mind me checking, never have I ever had an employee sneak check my items. Then get an attitude when I ask what are you doing do you need anything else to check of ours and she simply walked off saying no in a rude tone. Where am I wrong? Just because the pandemic is over we still need 6ft & respect ma’am!

I had to go out of my way and drive 45 mins to get a particular baby formula that seems to be carried at every target besides my nearest store. That’s the only reason I gave this store 2 stars. However, while trying to get other usual items… this store had mainly empty shelves, beyond rude employees, and I tried to take my newborn into the bathroom to change her. I ended up having to change her in her stroller outside of the bathrooms because they were beyond disgusting! I wouldn’t even sit my bag on the floor. This has to be the worst target. The associate with golden blond hair that works the self check out area/ register is a complete joke. She needs professional development and customer service skills training. I am a loyal target customer, and to be treated with such disrespect is unacceptable! When you ask for help she does not want to help, when you ask for a price adjustment she refuses to, even when the app is stating the item should be on sale. Douglasville target has been going down hill for awhile. This location needs to be closed, remodeled, and re staffed with qualified associates that care about their job. I should not have to travel to Hiram, West Cobb, Austell, and other surrounding Target locations to get treated with respect and quality customer service.

5 stars for Anthony in electronics. I’ve had a rough time getting kpop albums at this location in the past but the last two times I’ve gone, an employee named Anthony has been there and he’s on top of it! They’re never shelved on the morning of release so I always have to go to the counter. In the past I’ve had to wait a long time for an employee to come out, and when they finally do, I try to explain to them what I need and they don’t fully understand (which, it’s kind of confusing so that’s not their fault). But Anthony already understands that there’s different versions as well as member versions so instead of going back and grabbing a random one to bring out, he gotten the ones I need OR if he’s unsure, he’s brought them all out so I can go through them to get the correct ones. If you’re a kpop fan, hope Anthony is there on the days your favorite groups put out albums, he’s awesome!

Store, restroom and parking lot dirty, trash outside overflowing. Maybe because just after holidays but many empty shelves and racks, clearance carts(?) obstructing many isles, no open registers- I don’t like self check out. Items stocked in wrong areas for price labels- could be misleading to customers.

I don’t know why I continue to keep trying with the Target in Douglasville. I visit the store twice over the Christmas holiday season. Both times the line was down the middle of the store.. They only have 45 self checkouts and maybe two people ringing. What happened to calling back up? It’s just never not enough Help at this location, And never a manager in to have a complaint with. Higher some more help or add some more machines to this store.

Manager here is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met, she’s passive aggressive as all get out and treats people like they’re dumber than her. I don’t understand how she’s in the position she’s in with some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. Rest of the employees are good people and quite nice, but she ruins that. Will never return to this target again.

Getting disappointing finding anything lately at this particular location. If things aren't always sold out, they are no longer available here. Also, whenever I make a pickup order, items that show as several in stock are suddenly sold out. Luckily, I live in Villa Rica, so I will be going to that one instead. Figure things out, Douglasville Target.

Bathrooms and employees are always very kind, so that's always a plus.

Went here because they showed the TV in stock that I wanted. We got there and the only one they had was the display. Checked another store in West Point and purchased it on the website only for the order to be cancealed after driving 30 more mintues for someone to come out and ask us what was the name on the order. We was watching the order and they canceled it.We went inside because that same person couldn't come out and tell us why they canceled the order, thats when we found out it was the same as the first store. Display was the only one in-stock. Its not hard to subtract the display model from the inventory, so that it shows out of stock when the display is the only TV left. They most likely do this to get you in the store and hope you buy something that is in stock. This is part of the reason why Amazon, is destroying these box stores.

Not sure what Target these others reviewers are visiting, but this one is great. Plenty of self checkout lanes, which I love. The store is rarely cluttered or unorganized. Shelves are well stocked. I’ve never had an issue with a rude employee. Drive up is always fast and efficient. Customer service is always fast and efficient.

I am so disappointed in this store for so many reasons. No matter when I go, they are never stocked, store looks a mess and rarely have any of the new items. I always find myself having to go to the Hiram lo get my basic essentials. We honestly need a Super Target as Douglasville is ever growing, but they can barely handle this smaller store.

There was one employee I appreciated who directed me to a area of the store I needed to find fitness equipment in he was very nice. I also, appreciated that the phone sales person in electronic asked if I was interested in a phone but do to the rude behavior of the target employees I said no I probably would have gladly made a purchase at the store but considering how the employees in the back with buggies didn't extend me the courtesy of passing by and didn't say excuse me either and went ahead of me in the isle when they saw me coming first I decided not to make a purchase and also there were two target employees who almost walked into me while I was leaving out. That was very rude behavior on the part of the employees and they should be trained better otherwise customers won't feel comfortable shopping or purchasing there; I didn't feel comfortable making a purchase there after that rude experience.

I was able to exchange one thing for another and get the accessories too!! I live by another Target (Edgewood District) but their selection is never great I drove for almost 1 hour one way to get to the Target in Douglasville and I wasn't disappointed this Target had a great selection of everything couldn't find any help but anyway I was able to assist myself ... I love this area where they have a bunch of stores too bad all areas are not like this one would make shopping a pleasure as you wouldn't have to fight traffic going across the galaxy from one place to another.

I LIVE THIS TARGET!!!! I honestly went in there to only get one thing which was a gift card for a friend for her birthday. Now mind you this was early in the morning when they first opened up, to my surprise they didn't have any cashiers available at the registers so I was thinking to myself well how was I going to ring up the gift cards. This is the part that surprised me and threw me for a loop, they have a self-checkout area the lady was so helpful and getting my my gift cards and ringing them up right there at the self checkout and entering the amount that was on them which I didn't know you could do. I was so thankful and gladly appreciated her assistant, in the near future this will be the Target that I go to from now on

Have always loves this store until today! Went to pick up a PlayStation controller that my son ordered on line and of course was told upon arrival that they didn't have it! I'm wondering when will the money return on my card so I askws the manager by the name of Annie (that's what she claimed it was, she wasn't wearing a name tag). I explained to her that the past couple of times there has been issues and also told her that I was unable to download my $5.00 gift card. She stood there extremely nonchalant without a single apology that I had driven up there and the product wasn't available. Nor did she try to help with the gift card issue! Her attitude was basically 'Oh well"!!! She was the rudest and most ignorant store manager that I have encountered in a long time. I spoke with my cashier by rhe name of Roderick who was wearing a name tag. He continuously apologized and tried to rectify the problem. Although my gift card continues to say unable to download, his customer service was superb! I have been inconvenienced as well as dissatisfied with my last couple of visits and trying to order online. I have left complaints, and NO-ONE has taken the initiative to get back with me. I will take my business elsewhere, even if I have to start back going to. Wal-Mart. You all need to train Annie on every aspect of store management and customer service!

I went to Target (Douglasville) today after a horrible experience at Best Buy (Douglasville). I needed to purchase a Apple Watch Series 6 for my husband (Father’s Day gift). “Yolanda” in electronics assisted me. She was helpful immediately. Went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the watch with the exact specs I needed. “Yolanda” thank you for showing me there are still some people who have impeccable customer service skills. I'm only giving this store a 5 star rating because Brittany one of the cashier was an absolute angel! She greeted me so nicely and even helped me choose between which items I should take since I was indecisive. She was also extremely nice and patient with my 4 year old daughter which made me really happy. I don't normally go to this target, but I will continue to return because of Brittany.

The Chapel Hill, Douglasville, GA Target is consistently clean. I typically shop online and pickup my orders at the customer services desk. These individuals are very friendly and efficient.

The only negative thing I would have to say about this store is that I really wish the loss prevention department would use more discernment or training in that everyone that comes into the store is not out to steal or do something nefarious. I always get followed when making in store purchases - very uncomfortable experience. So again, if I need or have to have something I typically go somewhere else OR I shop Target online and pick it up at customer service. Which kind of saves me money because it removes impulse buying.

I was just helped by Michael Suttles, when I tell you outstanding customer service he is the person that embodied that today. He went above and beyond to find me a chair for my baby girl, even after being told me an employee that we don’t carry that he said nope and kept looking.
Nowadays is hard to find good customer service and especially someone willing to look and have such a positive attitude while doing it and I truly appreciate his help. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I already used it b4 Covid19 and loved it. It's so easy and convenient. The associates are always very friendly. Being high risk, it has become even more important that this service is available.
