Had the worst experience at buggy busters. The management here is cruel to their customers. Nothing is listed right in the warehouse auction and when i address it to management i get blacklisted/suspended from buggy busters . They wont refund what the listers list wrong and the loaders will also pick your items wrong . This company is a scam .

Do not go in this place, their offer system is broken the owner is there all day and takes his time to approve an offer…. Spend ya money at Walmart we’re you don’t have to worry about how you treated!!! An the place is dirty. I also heard the owner doesn’t give raises… At least treat your people right!!

Super awesome store! Everything is at least 50% off retail. They have clothing, shoes, tools, furniture, and pretty much everything else. For just opening a few weeks ago, their selection is great! The staff there is also so welcoming and friendly! I even participated in their auction last week and got some amazing deals!! IDefinitely recommend this store!

I have been an avid customer more almost a year. My last 2 winnings were disappointments due to items were being listed as "NEW WITH TAGS" and they were not new, they were returns with damages and stains. I only bid on "NEW" items and work hard at winning. I could not return my item due to they were picked up by someone else. While bidding, I emailed and asked if they were in fact "NEW" items. I was told that they were listed as new. No one ever went to verify if the items were new. I won a used dented up juicer for $45.00. This was suppose to be a christmas gift for a very special person. It was listed as "NEW WITH TAGS" I am at a huge lost. I on a previous win, I won a sheet set that was listed as "NEW" but when I got it, it had stains and dog/cat hair on it. I am very disappointed. I will never do business with Buggy Busters again.

I'm leaving 2 stars ONLY because of ONE out of 4 employees that I encountered. This was my very first experience with the Buggy Busters auction and my first time inside their "store"...or should I say SUPER cramped TINY section of an otherwise very large retail location. The price for anything in the bins were $3, which is stupid considering most of it was trash and I could find the other half at the dollar tree for 1/2 the price, in new condition. Other than 1 or 2 customers, everyone in there was EXTREMELY rude and would literally block you for even looking inside a bin. Then the one employee checking out was extremely rude. She never smiled, acted like I was inconveniencing her conversation with a regular customer, walked away after I paid to talk to the customer some more, then, walked back and handed me my receipt. I had to take 2 bags and bag my own stuff. Then when asked where to go for an auction pick up, she said "that depends". I waited, then said Depends on what? She said on your type of auction. I just stared. I said "I'm new, this is my first experience with this establishment, can you please elaborate on what you mean" This girl rolled her eyes then said it's on your invoice. I didn't even know I had an invoice because they automatically deduct payment from your card when the auction ends. so I pulled it up and told her what it said and she just pointed behind her. When I raised my eyebrows, she huffed and said "outside to the left". So...I drive over there, hope out of my car, happily trott up to the little desk inside the warehouse and said "Hi! This is my first time with your company, I won an auction and I'd like to pick it up please" The woman looked at me, no smile and said "Do you have an appointment" I was thoroughly confused and said no, I wasn't aware that I needed one because everything I read simply stated that pick up days are Friday and Saturday. I asked if there was any way to make an exception since they are not busy and I'm about 30 minutes away and can't make it back. She flat out told me "make an appointment" So I turned around and walked back to my car when a gentleman walks up, asks me my invoice number and said "there's no reason we can't give you your order, hang on". I was very thankful for him and this establishment is very lucky to have him. The rest of their employees are just flat out rude and couldn't care less about their customers.

I MIGHT try one more time with the auctions, but I just don't know. You are literally bidding on boxes with no idea of the condition of what's inside (3 of my 4 items are damaged) and there's no refund. Also, starting bids are $10, NO MATTER WHAT which is insane when the items they are auctioning is only $20.

There's so much potential for this business, but the way they are conducting business is subpar at best.

Terrible customer service. Came in at 6:30. The lady at the front entrance with a neon vest and dreds physically blocked my entrance to me, my mother, and my child completely. She stated that they were literally close. Yet there were people around with shopping carts she would not try to let me know the reason why I couldn't go in. The second time I was here the same person was completely rude upon walking into the store. The lady who’s a manager she was completely nice and I don’t have any complaints about anyone else. But that one person is enough for me to not like the store at all.

It used to be good. When the shelves were there. Now its just a mess of boxes! I decided to give it a try. Everyone takes the items out of the boxes! Everything is incomplete. Take gloves. I came accross a hobby knive ( no cover or protector). You have to go thru each box of endless loose items ( including women pleasure items!) These I habe no idea if they are returned and used!. Buggy Busters was a good store. Im done with them .You have to bid on boxes . That is the system they have now.And each item in another room is $3 you have to go thru a sea of returns in order to find something and maybe not even complete.Ill pass.

This is a return/ broken/ missing pieces/ not tested risk of your money. You buy an electronic headset and 1 week later it stops working, you buy a rolling laundry hamper and its missing parts for assembly you buy a play station controller and it wont connect wirelessly. The prices seem good until your buying $200 worth of items and then your stuck with broken electronics because when you tested it at the store it worked. I would highly recommend going somewhere else...and im not just saying that because I want to buy more things with less people shopping here too ;)

It’s normally very organized even with all of the chaos. However, this last time I went certainly will be THE LAST time. Everything was so unorganized and with NO SIGNS. So we had no clue what was off limits and what wasn’t. As we were looking a guy comes from outside unloading trucks & YELLS at us “No preview”. As you can imagine with no organization or signs we were confused. Yet and still we turned around to just get out of the area MEANWHILE he is still yelling at us. Enough was enough so I yelled back “we heard you”. It’s one thing to do your job but to be rude with a an attitude about is another problem. You can’t and won’t talk to ppl any kind of way and think we won’t say anything back. If you don’t want to be there then don’t. Hire better people that have better customer service skills. Also please get more organized and put signs up for each area.

The idea of the bins and the auctions is fun because of the cheaper prices compared to online shopping. I agree though the auctions can become addicting if you have no self control so be careful! Besides that I am rating them two stars because the way they're operating their business isn't ideal. It's inconvenient for many people to only allow a window frame of two days for pickup, and if you don't pick it up within that time you get no refund. The first day out of those two days is appointment only but the second day isn't like what sense does that make? and yeah they have a form so that someone else can pick it up for you but why would I put that burden on someone else when picking it up myself is a nightmare. Also, the bin rooms are always so unorganized, people take everything out the package & don't put it back which ruins the item because it's incomplete. There's trash here, there, and everywhere inside those bins. Shopping here is fun but only if you ignore all the negatives. There's barely any signs to anything and if there are they aren't big enough & don't help, ESPECIALLY with their CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING SO TRASH, if their employees and signs can't help me who will? Also, the website and emails aren't as helpful as they think they are, everything needs reflection and updating!

Like other reviewers have experienced, BB is ripping off customers with extremely vague return policies. They are routinely auctioning broken items and leaving the customer with little recourse. I lost $127+17% tax/fee on a Dyson vacuum cleaner auction that turned out to be a badly damaged unusable shell of a Dyson in an open box. When I complained I was told all sales are final and they are just selling open box returns. There is no way anyone got money back on an old abused Dyson that doesn’t work from Amazon or anywhere else. I have several similar experiences from the past week with other products I “won” by auction so I will never shop there again. They routinely post pictures of screen grabs from Amazon to make you think you are getting something new or close to new which turns out to be broken garbage in an open box. BB’s business model is a shameful scam. You might get 1 or 2 items at a decent value but keep shopping and you will get burned. My advice is you are better off going to yard sales.

People who are easily addicted should steer clear. Might be good to find something you need for good price if win auction but don't just browse. You could be asking for future problems. The warehouse itself seemed a bit chaotic. People ripping item boxing to get to their package. With strong will and common sense you MIGHT find a use for this but it is not for everyone.

This is such a neat place! There is an actual store, it feels like Ollie's, just make sure you see what the sale is for the day in the front of the store before you walk in. I wasn't aware that the clothes were so cheap until I was checking out, that would have changed the way I was shopping there.
On top of the store itself, they have a bin store with multiple rooms and multiple prices daily, and they host auctions online that have some incredible stuff! You could get lost in here for hours and come out with some great stuff.

On the retail side, the prices are not near as good as they once were. Prices are often more than other retailers. In the bin side you can find a lot of different things each time you visit. The downside to it is more than half the bins at any given time are full of empty packages and boxes. Employees should routinely discard the trash out of the bins to make it easier for the consumer to sort through the merchandise. I would imagine sales would increase due to items being easier to find and see.

As two deeply dissatisfied customers, my boyfriend and I feel compelled to share our recent experiences with Buggy Busters. In a span of just three days, we encountered a series of disappointments that not only drained our wallets but also shattered our trust in this establishment.

My boyfriend's online auction win of a $185.00 gym equipment item turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare. Upon delivery, we discovered that a significant portion of the item was missing, rendering it unusable. Furthermore, an in-store purchase of a $60.00 vacuum cleaner proved to be equally disastrous as the product failed to function altogether upon arrival at our home.

My own encounter with Buggy Busters was no less infuriating. Having won an online auction for an $80.00 vanity table with a mirror, I made the 30-minute trek to their location for pickup, only to find the item incomplete and the mirror shattered into irreparable pieces. What was advertised as "new in box" turned out to be a gross misrepresentation of the actual condition of the product.

The most alarming aspect of this ordeal is not just the quality of the merchandise but the utter lack of accountability exhibited by Buggy Busters. Despite our grievances, they offer no recourse for refunds, leaving us feeling cheated and scammed.

In light of these deplorable experiences, we have decided to take action by filing a formal complaint with our credit card company. It is evident that Buggy Busters engages in deceptive practices and preys on unsuspecting customers who place their trust in their offerings.

In conclusion, we urge fellow consumers to steer clear of Buggy Busters. Save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and financial loss by avoiding this establishment at all costs. It is our hope that our review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts necessary changes within Buggy Busters to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices.

One of my favorites. If you like scavenger hunts and you're not a germaphobe, here ya go! Be warned: It's a discount store. So don't go in there expecting Muzak and polish cuz you'll be disappointed. The shyte be everywhere and you just gotta get in there and find it. Go to Wally's or Tar-Jay if you want polished and pretty. Buggy is for us roughnecks. 😂

So it used to be great way to get some cool stuff. But last 3 auctions the things we got didn't work. They used to test the stuff. We got a canopy that's just broken pieces of metal rods and literally no top. It should have been thrown away! It doesn't save you monet when you buy trash

When they first opened everything was amazing. Prices were spectacular in the Bigg room. Now however the prices are ridiculously high and a majority of the stuff you can find cheaper in the big chain stores. The bin rooms can have some really cool things in them for cheap. Just be ready to dig through a lot of boxes for parts to things as a lot of people just go in and teear through them at it's no regard for anyone else.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Auctions are a complete rip off, they only place items in auctions that they can’t sell in store. Most being broken, non-working items or others that have MAJOR flaws. You may can find a deal or two in stores on certain things but a majority of things are very overpriced. Buggy busters thrives off ignorance so please consider this your enlightenment that you AREN’T missing out on anything unless you enjoy being scammed.

Personally I used to love to come here. Some of the workers are incredibly rude when closing time comes around especially in the bins. The whole store is a mess stuff all over the floor. When you ask for help they say they will be right with you and never come. Don’t even get me started on the check out lines. They are incredibly long, you would think with how much they want you out of the store they would be much faster.

Pretty neat place.

Used to be the holy grail but it hasn’t been the same for quite some time. You can still find some good deals. Safety is a major concern. Customers regularly push and shove, trample over each other and verbally berate others. They hired security guards who do nothing to stop this behavior and act as though it is an inconvenience to do so. Something needs to be put in place to protect customers. Police have been up there several times.

Would not recommend. Spent thousands here but missed one auction pick up due to 4th of july and they would not give me my items or refund me. I consider that theft. Anywhere else and you would be arrested. Owners could care less making money for nothing and taking money from the people who pay them. Thieves. Also you can't even take a purse in bc they assume everyone is stealing but yet they are the ones who are thieves. I know about 40 ppl personally that have stopped going there bc of these issues and there is a fb group about this place with numerous complaints and issues. This is going to cost them their business. Honestly I am thinking about opening a similar place right next to them and do it right. Put them out of business.

This store is extremely unorganized. When I went to check out there was only one cashier and she was talking on her headphones yelling at her daughter the whole time she was ringing up my purchase. She rang one of my items up twice because she wasn’t paying attention and when I asked her to review my items she looked like she couldn’t believe I had the audacity to interrupt her phone conversation to correct her mistake. As we were leaving my husband saw the bin rooms and wanted to go there so the security guard checked my receipt and told me when I got back there someone would tell me where I could put my bag down. Well, the minute we walked into the area where people sit and eat this guy by the door started yelling at me across the room that I couldn’t bring items purchased back there. I said to him that the security guard just told me I could and there would be a place to put my things and before I could even finish talking he started yelling at me again. I said forget it , there is nothing I want I. That whole store bad enough to be harassed by an employee over a bag of candy that I had a receipt for and had already purchased. Insanity!!!! The “discount” in this store is not worth the hassle. You have to dig to find stuff and some of the stuff is priced higher than if you purchased it in a retail store. Will definitely not be back!

This is place that some people love and for others it just isn't their cup of tea. If you don't like sifting through stuff or searching for bargains, then go somewhere else. I personally have fun searching for deals. They have a main store with things that are marked down. You can find some great deals, but some of the more upscale/organic skincare items are overpriced. They also have what they call "bin rooms". These are packed with all kinds of overstocked or what appear to be Amazon returns. Boy have I found some good deals… a pool sweep stick vac for $7 was my best find and it works great. You have to search through the bins, but it's ok. Over the course of the week they mark down the bin rooms until they get down to $1 or less. Again, for some it's too messy and not their thing. I can say I would love to go in and help organize the bins rooms to consolidate things that are so messy. Overall this store is fun, and you can tell people love it as sometimes they are lined out the door at opening. One more things…on the website they also do auctions. I have never found anything on there, but it's another option.

I've been participating in the auctions for over a year now, and it's always a hassle to pick up items. The new appointment system is a joke. Every time I have an appointment, I wait at least an hour past my appointment time. It's ridiculous! One time, I walked in and saw my stuff sitting to the side. Why did they not call my name!? Every one was just in there chit chatting while I'm waiting for my stuff!

Firstly while I will continue to shop here, BUT I have to make a comment on a recent transaction. I will admit upfront this is definitely my fault. I have purchased several items and granted I've been bitten a few times but oh well.
Recently I purchased an item at auction and picked it up. It was wrapped in a bag that was somewhat opaque. When I got it home and opened the bag it was clearly not what I bought nor what was advertised or pictured. I called and spoke to a manager, she was very short, I wont say rude just unfriendly. She looked at the auction pictures as I did and I said "it's obvious the difference between what I won and what I received" . She called my comment rude and said "I was willing to help but not if your rude" I apologized and her help was, "preview the stuff before you buy it" NO REFUNDS !!! However had I gone to preview it.... I still wouldn't have gotten what I bid on, I should have refused it at pickup. Having said that I am unsure of their policy on that???

Advice: Double check your order before you load it to bring it home.
I'm still not going to preview anything before I buy it...

This review would've been a 5 star if Google asked me what I thought 3 years ago. With its success and growth comes the lines and wait times. All that is to be expected, but waiting 2-3 hours for auction pickup after scheduling an appointment is absurd. The review would be lower if I wasn't rocking with BB since they had that little store in Austell. Fix the pick up please!

This is a good operation for what it is. It is a bargain store and sometimes there is a problem item. Overall I have bought items that were a great value and a few times aution items were not what I expected. Overall it is a place to find some real steals. This is not a department store so if you dont want to take chances and spend time looking for the good stuff it is not for you. Agree they could be better on auction pick up but it is better than before schedules. I have called the auction phone several times and don't get an answer and it hangs up after about 3 minutes. I will keep going even though I spend too much.

Retail store has some bargains.
Auction has a large variety of freight damaged and customer returns. Some are in new condition. Some should have went in the trash. Biggest negative is that they are significantly understaffed. Item pick up can take up to 2 hours! Remedy to this would greatly improve the experience.

Awesome Store! So many great finds! This place is addictive, always something new and you definitely never know what you will find! Store gets really busy at time. Staff and management are always helpful! Really do hope they find more employees so they could either stay open later on Saturdays or open on Sundays! If you have never been to this store, you must check it out! Forgot those flee markets or other bargain stores! This place is for serious thrifty shoppers! Please keep up all the good work!

I was sold a broke chair for $35.00. I’ve called and left messages. No return calls or emails. I also paid for a scooter that I never received. So they took $45.00 from me. Very unorganized pick up protocol!

I Love buggy busters, the deals are insane and the bin rooms are a treasure trove of goodies....only down side is a manager I felt so bad for the employees nobody should be berated and talked down to the way she does to these workers. I would rather blindly walk around the store then ever ask for her help....I've heard they had a high turnover rate I'm guessing she's why. Other than that if you haven't been... hurry up and get there...and Remember the early bird gets the worm.

Really love the stores. Lights in bin room three needs to be brighter. Needs more shopping carts. And either more wheelchair for people with disabilities

It is a good discount store. Just know that most of the products are bought from Amazon return pallets. Somethings are excellent condition and others not so much. Sold as is. Better to actually go see product before buying.

We try to go once a week. It takes a while to look though everything, but I never walk out empty handed. You never know what you find. I always save money and find great items.

I won an auction for a vacuum that was in a box. Once I got home and open the box the vacuum was missing pieces. Figured since the box was not open everything was in there.

It's fun to see familiar faces in the bin rooms where customers help each other. Trolleys should be lined up in the hallway near the bin rooms for customer convenience. I think Stanley should be re-hired. He was a favorite. I think his dismissal was unfair. Sometimes the price points in the bin rooms are unrealistic, other times there are some great value items. It's all about the hunt.

My mother was a regular customer until she was harassed by one of the female managers (who is also in charge of customer service and human resource).
My mother was treated with disrespect because she questioned the quality of a Buggy Buster products. I think she was embarrassed of the bad quality and did not want to acknowledge that the product was not useful nor effective.

I enjoyed this place a lot , got some great bargains in the store as well as through auction,, but as time went by the auctions became full of junk. Lots of broken unusable items being sold. So the loss from those purchases doesn't make the bargains worth hunting for anymore.

My family and I love you guys. Especially my 10 year old daughter. I do have one suggestion.. a lot of times when I come in to view auctions I snap a pic of the written numbers on the items. Some times when you plug in the number ot doesn't show up online. Just an FYI.

Would've given 5 stars but the prices went up to almost retail when they moved to Stewart Pkwy. Also there have been a couple times that I've won an auction only to get there and the item not be there. I drive to Douglasville from South Georgia to visit the store.

What an amazing store! I wish I lived closer to it! The bin rooms have insane deals and so does the rest of the place! I stocked up on years' worth of makeup at a ridiculously low price.

We found water filters for our Britta machine and saved over $100 that we would have spent on Amazon. This place is perfect for finding affordable gifts for people!

Heavens, I look at some of the reviews that are nitpicking little things and I'm blown away that they don't just give this place 5 stars for creating such an unbelievable amount of value that didn't exist before.

Props to the people who filled this market hole and are continuing to improve upon such a fantastic entrepreneurial idea. I'd give it bonus stars if I could.

They sold me a T.V that stated damaged not broken. I could of went for damage that ment it still worked. I got it home and it did not work at all. They stated that there is a "no refund policy" and was addiment about no refund even if the employees labeled it wrong. Poor Customer service from Candace, Amanda but especially Candace. So rude I will never spend my money there again. Luckily my bank was understanding. I feel they really need to train their workers on the difference between wording and how to properly put it in the system.
