When we brought it up to an employee, they refused to do anything about the difference and looked at us like we were stupid. This is why dollar general is a joke of a company and does not care at all about its customers.

The store is clean and when there is nothing on shelves I am not even mad because the workers are so nice and hard working. Retail is very hard to do heck dealing with the public is a real problem. The store is also very organized and always SMELLS amazing as soon as you walk in. The manager Ms MO is the sweetest and always very welcoming. I always see her try to accommodate the customers. The staff is really great as well they are not lazy at all. Keep up the good work yall.

Never have written a review of any retail or shopping experience...
The Manager of this store is AWESOME, EXTREMELY HONEST & deserves recognition for her great customer service. This past week, Monday or Tuesday evening, I was in a hurry to get in and out of the store right at close. I was notified of an emergency situation that I needed to get too, while trying to check out. The register froze up, and the system shut down that the cashier was using, this happened 5 minutes before the store closed. The manager opened a register to check me out, when most managers would not have bothered that close to closing time.

Today is Friday, and I realized that I could not find my debit card. After searching many places I remembered where I had used it last. I called the store and the manager had found my card still stuck in the card reader when she was closing the store the night I was in there. Thankfully, I was able to go pick my card up and not have to call the bank and report it lost or stolen, especially over a weekend.

So very appreciative that this Manager was not only thorough in her job, but extremely honest and helpful. In my haste of the emergency situation, I was not paying attention and this could have ended very badly and been costly for me and my family. THANKS is NOT enough, and I will definitely ensure this lady is rewarded for her integrity and great customer service. I hope her regional manager and the Corporation itself does the same in recognizing what a valuable asset they have with such an honest manager.

I don't know if it's a common theme with dollar general stores but they all are disorganized. There is always stuff in the aisles and it's hard to find things sometimes. I was looking for an electric skillet and this was the only store who had one in stock that was reasonably priced. The cashier was more than pleasant and very personable.

The manager is ridiculously rude...constantly rolling her eyes when you ask her a question.
Wow! There are good people out there that need a job and she has one. It's like I always say, if you don't like your job.....QUIT! It'll certainly do us customers a favor. I definitely wont shop here....my first and last time coming here.

This place is ok at times. The manager is usually nice but sometimes he has his days. However the prices can't be beat. I go here when I need food sometimes and its always in date. The staff is super friendly and kind. Overall three stars for the store.

It was a normal day at a store, nothing spectacular. Friendly cashier & customer waiting on my kids to finish getting junk food while I'm waiting to get checked out. Clean store & had what I needed at the time.

My observation: "When a female customer's turn came to check out. She told the cashier that she used the story's reading glasses because she left hers at home. The clerk smiled and took the glasses back. She put her germs on them. EWWWWWWW." Now I'm questioning the sanitation and cleanliness of the merchandise in this store. Are they putting those kind of worn personal items back in stock for unsuspecting customers to buy?? An Inquiring mind wants to know.

I had used some Dollar General brand spray cleaned with bleach. I had used mine and it worked pretty well. So I needed more of it and the cleaning supply aisle was almost no products on the shelves.

Dollar general is one if my favorite stores,the employees are always very hospitable and acknowledgeable about the products they have.The prices are very reasonable and the quality in my opinion is just as good as one of the more expensive stores.There is literally one dollar general on every corner so that covers convenience.The coupons that you can access from any computer or mobile device are very rewarding and money savers.
Bottom line is Dollar General is the best store ever.Thanks to all those there at each and every store that make my trips there so satisfying

Terrible experience. Only 1 cashier who was dealing with a return. Apparently no other employees in store. After 15-20 minutes in line, I set down the products I intended to buy and walked out.
