Whoever the girl is that closes is rude and came in to my boyfriend! I have seen her with a gentleman waiting on her to leave so I'm not sure why she did that. You can dress some people up but you can't take 'em out! I frequent this store so I don't even speak to her anymore. If she doesn't stop giving me the stink eye I'll just go to another Dollar General. Overall the store looked good but I did notice two different people shoplifting while I was there.

This store is trying so hard, the store manager is always there and the assistant is always helpful and working so hard. I feel bad corporate won't help them a bit. They are working so hard to stock and make the store nice for us. I pass 3 stores to come here and i have never regreted it.amazing staff, amazing service.

Right now (and for the last couple of days), this store has had its parking area cordoned off and not been open for regular business, despite the fact that eight other cars and two trucks were in its parking lot. One of the employees was waving potential customers away from the store, but either couldn't or wouldn't offer any explanation as to why the establishment wasn't open for business... (?)

Nice clean store. They pretty much always have what i need, especially when running in for little things here and there. I live so close that i stop by at least once or twice per week. I will say that the employees here are not always too friendly. Sometimes they carry on whole conversations without ever speaking to the customer. They mean well but some additional customer service skills are sometimes needed.

On 5/08/2021, I decided to get me BC powder. I noticed lawn chairs outside, decided to purchase. Anita was the cashier who assisted me. She was EXTREMELY nice.... took the chairs out to my car and everything. (I have a broken arm was in sling) As I was driving off I realized she kept my receipt. Thought no big deal until I saw she tore tags 🏷 off of lawn chairs. 🤔 checked my account later... my $38.28 purchase turned into $50.28! Of course I was given a hard without a receipt. Reported fraud activity to bank and canceled card. Be careful using your credit card there. It was done on register #1 by Anita...if that’s really her name. Black, older lady with bob style wig.

After posting my experience and contacting the corporate office, the situation has been resolved. The cashier Ms Anita, is definitely as sweet as she portrayed and her customer service IS over the top. She was being so helpful, she was unaware that the sale hadn’t been completed and began to scan the next customers items as a part of my sale, which is why I had extra charges on my credit card. Still mind boggling, but management definitely took care of me and Ms Anita is a very sweet lady. Just please be sure to verify your sale, apparently they have a new system.

The store is clean, stock available is plenty, and options are good. The staff is helpful and pleasant 99% of the time. I've rarely been displeased. They're also accommodating, which you wouldn't think to be such a big deal most of the time except I prefer my reusable shopping bags, and at various Family Dollar stores, 99% of the time, they just leave my purchases all over the counter for me to bag myself, just because I'm not using their plastic bags. Now, I go to Dollar General strictly. The cleanliness & product selection, the quality of those products... There's no comparison.

The place itself had an extensive amount to choose from so it made it a great stop choice but one of the employees was awful to my mother and I. She continuously rolled her eyes at us; she had an attitude with us; was completely rude; and when my mom asked a question as she was checking out, the chick huffed and made the other young lady come do it. We don't know her nor were we at any time rude to her but she was angry at us so I decided we probably shouldn't come back here until we speak to someone about her. The only reason for the 3 stars is because we found a lot of items we liked and needed there for a good price otherwise it would have been 1 because of her.

Showed up at 9:15 this morning and the store was closed and locked. Not the first time this has happened. Guess the employees didn’t show up again. Update 12/1/2022, again there is no one there. At 9:45am this morning the Coca Cola delivery guys were sitting outside waiting on someone to show up for work.

This one is two minutes from my home so it's my site of choice but the aisles are always full of product to be stocked. There's never enough people in the store to restock and they continually have a sign posted they are hiring. Yet I know two people who applied here but never heard anything. I'd work the part time if they need help because someone is going to get hurt or fake an injury because of the stuff in three aisles

Love the convenience, but the Lithia SPRINGS,GEORGIA store is in disarray, merchandise all over in the isles,you have to move it to get your cart up and down the isles.The cashiers are very friendly. Maybe more personal would help.

At check out, the cashier was on facetime with a friend and never even greeted me. They were loud talking about her husband getting something to eat! Smh... Aka stores have the nerve to have signs up that read PLEASE DON'T BE IN YOUR PHONE DURING YOUR PURCHASE -- but what about your WORKERS? And yes it was filmed and sent to corporate.

Who doesn't understand in your cooperate office that an employee working in a store ALONE..... MEANS HIGHER SHRINKAGE FOR THE COMPANY. Give your employees the help.
