I took two coats to be embroidered for my daughter. The gentleman let us choose the font and showed us how it looked and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. She was really satisfied with the finish product. Will return!

From my initial phone call, in October, I have received excellent Customer Service and Workmanship from them. I've had 5 items personalized with my custom logo. Last week, I called to inquire if they could do a rush job on 9 jackets, for my Church. Without hesitation, I was told to bring them in and they had them done in about 3 hours! I am a repeat satisfied Customer. Regardless of the negative reviews, I decided to give them a chance and I am glad that I did!

I supplied them with two hats and brought along my digitized file, and they had the hats ready for me in 20 minutes. The embroidery quality was very nice. I would recommend them!

I have used their services in the past and so have several others close to me. The service prior to today has been great. Today I went in with an order that I need in a clutch for my school's softball team. When I asked him if he had a copy of his W-9 form since I was paying with school funds, he stated, "you're going to have to pay taxes here. If you go to any other business in the mall, you have to pay taxes." Mind you I had not mentioned anything about being tax exempt at this point. I tried to explain the purpose of the W-9 and he goes on to say, "I have a LLC. I am a legit business." I tried to explain that it was not about him being a legit business but for tax reporting purposes and bookkeeping. :You still have to pay taxes here." Really, Sir? I said to him " well, you just lost a $200 job." He walks away from me and says "it's okay. I'm make over $1000 a day." After be left, the young man that was taking orders, stated that he just didn't want to do anything extra. He would have continued to have me as a customer in the future but I will take my money else where and suggest that others do, too.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called to see what type of file they would need in order to purchase an embroidered had. The guy who answered rush me off the phone TWICE and didn’t have the patience to look at the file. Glad I didn’t spend my money here.

They had very little customer service, then the young lady left for a while so I had to come back. I must say she was the only one there. However , there was no sense of urgency. I see why the mall is suffering.

The lady told me she was to busy and to come back tomorrow. I told her I didn't need the stuff today, she still said no. Come back Tomorrow. Crazy way to do business.

This is the worst embroidery I’ve seen. They charged me $45.00 extra for digital file. There were letter over letters and there was a period placed outside the entire logo. One of the owners had enough nerve to put her hand in my face....this climate is too volatile for anyone to think that the have the liberty to raise their voice and then put their hand in another’s face.

This place is my go to! I had T-shirts printed for my family for our trip to Disney World, custom coffee mugs made for Christmas gifts, and bags and other items purchased and customized throughout the year. They have their own items for sale, generally cheaper than you can get them just about anywhere else, but will also customize something you already have. Highly recommended!

Me and my family have been coming to this embroidery place for 10 years and they have never let us down!! All amazing people and very nice they do amazing work!!! High recommend led if you need embroidery done!!!

I took some aprons there to be embroidered and they embroidered one of the aprons on the wrong side. Luckily I had an extra blank one. I drove back to the mall and the woman was extremely rude. Told me that I should’ve brought it in earlier in the day and that my replacement won’t be ready until the following day. Excuse me ma’am it’s not my fault you embroidered my apron on the wrong side! I work 13 hour days I brought it in when I had time! And she didn’t even apologize for the mistake nor did she thank me for my business!

I asked the lady at the kiosk if she could add a monogram on my daughters graduation sash and she barely looked at me and said no with no explanation. Very rude.
