Went through the drive through for the whole family and wound up throwing out the meal, drinks and all and going to a different drive thru, because of how old, cold, and nasty the food was. Slimy lettuce, sour tea, things just thrown in the bag falling apart. This place should seriously be inspected by the health department. It was so bad that I don't even want a refund, I will just never step foot back in this facility. If you dont want food poisoning dont go here. 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢😔🤢🤮

Do NOT order Uber eats from here EVER!!
Our food got delivered $60.00 worth
Our nachos were stale. We were missing half our food. The entire order was messed up. We ordered the easiest things
Pinto and cheese, no cheese.
Been burrito onions were on the outside of the burrito. No nacho cheese for nachos nor the bell grande. To many details to list.
We did get 45 hott and mild sauces.
This store should close or get corporate to make an order to be delivered. $60 worth and see what they get.
I am probably wasting time. They could care less.
Anyway don’t bother, just order from anywhere else. Waffle House is open 24 hrs try that. You will save money and possibly get your order right.

We come here all the time about 2- 3 times aweek. Last 2 time I came in they messed up my order. Came in tonight and got the fries with extra everything plus jalapeños on it and I received a regular one this is the second time. The staff was messing around the whole time. There was no wait time so it wouldn't have taking them 20 somthing minutes to get my order. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

The staff at this location are all young but professional and friendly. The spicy potato taco and cheese chicken flatbread melt are delicious to me and cheap.

You get ignored in the morning and at night. People are there, the hours are posted on the doors and online, but you'll be ignored at the drive thru, at the doors, and on the phone. The prices are also marked up compared to the Fairburn location. Just go to a different location.

Of all the restaurants in the city, my son wanted Taco bell for his birthday. We asked the staff if someone could sing happy birthday and they all came out to where we were sitting and sang. I order a beef buritto with cheese only. Sounds easy enough. Cost me 8 something. So big brains taking order sees apparently they dont have a beef buritto button. This guy makes it a been burritto ($3ish) -beans -s.cream +extra beef (2ish) +extra beef(2ish) + extra cheese($1ish). Thats how you can make $8 by being stupid.

The staff was very slow on cooking the food. I’ve placed my order at 2:20pm. It took them 10 minutes to for them to start cooking my food. The lady who is responsible for cooking the food was talking to the cashier and not focusing on getting the food ready for me. Then I finally got my food at 2:37pm, but they really need to pick up the pace on serving customers.

Went to this location last week and got home to realize we were short of a burrito. I spoke with one of the managers "Dre", whom was very apologetic and corrected the mistake the next evening with sincere courtesy, friendliness as well as professionalism. I've received pleasant customer service during my last couple of visits from the staff at the drive-thru as well!

Both times I went the drive through wasn't working even though I placed my order via mobile. The second time I tried to go inside and the doors were locked. It was 9 am on Saturday. They were supposed to be open at 8 am. There were people inside. Both times it felt like they were hiding in the back. After that I decided to never go back. We went to Burger King down the road. It was great.

Waited in line for an extended amount of time, and still had to come in to pick up online menu from inside the store. Staff outside smoking cigarettes as you walk in the door. The guy at the drive thru was nice. However, the petite female was arguing with someone in the drive thru & had an attitude in the store. Food was barely warm. SMH Do better please.

This Taco Bell is one of the best TCB that I have visited. When I asked how old the chalupa shells were, they replied that they would cook me fresh ones. The portions were perfect, everything came out at proper temperature. Even the cinnabon delights were still warm. I am thoroughly impressed by this store and crew. If I had one complaint it would be that if they are going to listen to music after the dining room closes, then it should be played at a lower volume.

Food was okay. Service was terrible. Stood in line a bit before anyone acknowledged I was there, then I was told someone would be right with me. A few minutes later a guy came and asked if I had been helped. He didn't really pay attention to what I ordered and had to ask me several times what I wanted after I told him each time. He seemed like he was in a daze and just there for a pay check. Even after being told it was for there the food was bagged up. Not a great experience. Most likely won't go back there again.

2023 edit: They're back to terrible service at this location. They ignore cars in the drive thru, like about not receiving online orders, and generally don't care about serving customers at all.

They used to have a lot of problems here, but the staff & management all seem new & now it's much better.

Mmm, love Taco Bell 💜🌹This is the one in Villa Rica. I always order their number 1, which is the Taco Supreme, that consists of, 3 crunchy 🌮 tacos and a beverage.
I believe the price is around $9 or so.
I have no complaints about anything thus far. I didn't rate atmosphere cause I always go through the drive thru.

Every employee that was “working” were moving at the speed of a turtle ….no speed whatsoever
Had no idea on who was working on what order..
No they where not busy…
No discount or upSize for the inconvenience of having to wait for a quick order.

The quality of the food here has never been terrible. I mean, it's tacobell, so you are not coming here for Gorden Ramsey levels of food. You are looking for something different than a typical burger from bk or mcd's. At least that is what you tell yourself when, in reality, it's hamburger meat and cheese and lettuce. Just on different bread, so really, you're eating a flat burger or flat chicken sandwich, but I digress. Like I said, the quality has never been bad. But the dive through times are ridiculous here on certain days. I would say you could wait about 30-40 mins, and that's a crazy wait for some Flat burgers.

Terrible!!! Waited for 40 minutes for a few tacos. While drive threw cars were just coming in and out the drive threw. They weren’t focused on the lobby. Inside was not open to customers. This makes orders take way longer and makes the experience bad. Especially for delivery drivers that make their money from delivering on time. This was on a Saturday too so there are a lot of people. They took so long that people just started leaving the drive thru line. And I still had to wait way longer than I should have for the order. At least have to inside open for delivery drivers that’s the least you could do. Then to top it all off the employees had a bad attitude. Good customer service is rare these days, try to be the few that make someone’s day better not harder.
