It was weird because there was a teddy bear my cousin wanted (she can’t speak English ) that said in bolded letter it was six dollars but when we went to pay it was 15 dollars but on the other page on the tag in very small letters it said 14.999

Great store with a wide variety of desk and wall calendars but also games and puzzles and many other toys. Friendly staff ready to help if you need any. I bet on coming here to get my annual Simons Cat calendar, which I haven't found elsewhere except online, and there it was! Now I'm ready for 2024!

It’s a pretty good store but the lady working in there just ruins the vibe.

One star only because I can’t give it 0! The store itself was very nice and neat. The lady who worked there seemed nice at first but then got an attitude because my 5 year old wouldn’t talk to her and kept repeating that she wanted to go to build a bear. When asked a direct question she would divert eye contact and stop talking. The woman told me my child needed to talk. Which I said “well she’s autistic she doesn’t really talk to new people” she told me no she’s fine. And when I tried to explain she said oh I know I was shy and I have kids. And tried to tell me my daughter not talking was because she is homeschooled (she asked my daughter what grade she was in and I said we homeschool). We left immediately after she said this. It’s just rude to have someone share their ignorant opinions on a child’s disability.

I got to the store at 2 pm on Dec. 27th. The gate was locked and there was a sign that said the employee would be back at 3.
There were signs that said 40% off Store Wide. I waited the hour for the employee to come back because I was looking to take advantage of the deal and buy trading cards.
When we were finally able to go into the store, we find out that there are many exclusions to the sale, including trading cards. (There is writing on the signs in the windows that is too small to see from that distance that says exclusions apply.)
This is misleading. Please be more transparent and less manipulative in the future. You wasted my time.

i loooove this store! i was hoping it would still be around after holiday season last year since it would be great as a permanent mall store. the bigger area to hold more product is great too! tabitha is wonderful, and seeing her every year is a lovely experience. hopefully you guys will be here year round!

I went into the store in the afternoon on December 10, 2015. I looked for any employees to help me so I could check out. There was no one. Other customers thought I had worked there, so they asked me questions about what merchandise was in the store, but I just told them I couldn't find any employees. I walked out of the store without buying anything, as did several other potential customers.
