I can’t imagine anything that you need to decorate your home that this store doesn’t carry! My wife could literally spend hours in here, and has. She may go in for a specific item, but she will in the end go up and down every isle and look at a million different things, and generally she will bring home more than a few things we didn’t even know we needed. Kinda like me at Lowe’s or Home Depot.
The Christmas section is bigger than most Christmas stores and if Halloween or Easter decorations is your thing they will have that too.

It is a very big store with a lot of stuff! A lot of overpriced stuff, but still there's a large selection of stuff; everything home decor. But as a consumer post COVID-19, I'm extremely shocked that after a month of closures, the store has done absolutely nothing to protect or make the consumers feel protected while shopping. I found a few signs regarding social distancing, but that's it. No plastic dividers at the registers; no clear directions near the registers while standing in line or around the store; the bathrooms were disgusting.... so much so that their own supervisor came in, looked into every stall, left out and came back a minute later with a ball of paper towels with something sprayed on it, wiped down a stall for HER use, used it and left. I am absolutely appalled that she did that! I know she's a supervisor, because I saw her later responding to another complaint at the registers. Anyway, the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all that day and it was around 4pm when we were there. Shame on management! Shame on this store! I feel very sorry for the front line employees.... NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER! I felt more protected at my nail salon. Smh..... also, some of the employees, although they were wearing masks, had them pushed down below their chin. They only work if you're actually wearing them.

Will not shop at this location ever. The manager on duty today lacked professionalism. I stood right next to her twice as I needed some information on something to purchase. She was on the phone and never acknowledged I was there on any of the two occasions.I went to the cashier and was informed that she was the only manager there at the time. Even after getting off of her call, she never acknowledged or asked what I needed. A simple I will be with you would of been Suffice. She simply walked away and therefore we left without making any purchases. I refer to her as she as I am unaware of her name but this incident is from today, May 21, 222 around 2:45. Customer service is really important.

They had a bin of pillows right when you walk in that had a huge 90% off sign - didn’t specify in particular and was against the bin. I grabbed two pillows…another shopper stopped me to say they were such a great deal and she had just come up to get more but saw that I had grabbed the last two. At checkout they rang up full price and refused to honor the sale sign. I told them that was false advertising because the sign didn’t specify any specific product and was sitting next to the bin. They refused. Odd that the other lady was sold them with the discount posted.

Delivery is terrible. They do it through a third party company named "Roadie" with a huge list of restrictions. If you try and cancel your delivery, you find that they cannot process a cancellation and neither can you. My first experience was terrible, won't shop here again.

The store is way over priced for things coming from China, the furniture is junk. The manager on duty today, Saturday, was very rude, we were asked if we had a phone number on file, we said no, that should have been the end of the conversation. But the lady checking us out, with a manager lable on her name tag, asked why we didn't want to sign up. That's none of her business why not. I wish I had her name, but I can't remember it. Either way, this is on the boycott list. People with attitudes DO NOT belong in Customer Service, especially Management

Bought 4 chairs for $200. As I was rolling the cart across the parking lot hit a pot hole and 1 chair fell out and was damaged. Manager refused to help. Tina B, at home customer care offered a 15% discount on my next purchase. There will be no next purchase, I will never shop at home again.

This is not my typical experience with At Home. I made a purchase yesterday and picked it up today. I asked if I could use my birthday coupon as I have been recovering from surgery and did not get the opportunity to use it. A person named Andrea identified herself as a manager. I was cordial to her during my entire interaction and repeatedly had to ask her to adjust her tone, lower her voice, and tell her that her behavior is so unnecessary. She explained that she could not allow me to refund and then use the coupon on the same item. I asked who else besides her could I speak to. She responded no one. I then asked for the contact number to corporate. While in the store, I sent a message. When I got home, I received a response from customer care telling me to refund the items and repurchase using the extended birthday coupon. I called the store to share this information to have it executed and Andrea answered the phone. She again raised her voice and told me she told me I couldn't do that because that's what she'd been advised to tell customers. I asked how can I get this executed. She began responding and I asked her to please adjust her attitude. She responded by hanging up on me. She did so twice. Someone, please train this person in customer service because that's NOT it. Immensely disappointing. And I still want to make good on using the 15% off birthday coupon. Will someone at this location or someone responsible for this location, i.e. store or district manager, please reach out and tell me how I can execute this? Thank you kindly.
