A month ago I brought a bottle from this place and the bottle was opened! I called and that I had the receipt and lived within 5mn away. The mgn told me I should have checked the bottle before I left!!! I quickly wrote a review, and they responded immediately, apologized, and asked me to return to the store for an exchange. (A far cry from the phone call I had) when I returned to the store, they exchanged the bottle and asked me to take down the review!!!!

This establishment likes our money but not us, and it's so obvious!

My first visit to this store on July 4th was awesome. I purchased a bottle of Irish Cream along with some other things. After getting to my destination, i had concerns about my purchase. Keith, one of the employees went above and beyond to make sure I was genuinely satisfied and had no lingering issues. From communicating my concerns with the owner to following up with me as promised. His customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

They don't have a great variety of options for your alcohol enjoyment as many others do. The prices are typical for a liquor store. Some staff members are great. A young woman that unfortunately I don't know her name, is great. Very friendly, but most others I've encountered are very rude and are of very little help. I don't think they are very familiar with the brands and quality of products. Of course, if you need a drink...

Great customer service. Fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The prices are amazing. I have never went to a liquor store where the selection was this great, prices were not over priced, and the staff actually care about your service and knowledge of what you're buying. If you have questions or need help they are MORE than willing to help. They want you to leave and be satisfied with your experience. The first time I walked in I had to get a few things (a couple cases of beer, couple liquor bottles, coke, ECT.) and my hands were FULL. I couldn't even grab everything I needed. As I walked up to the counter, to set some stuff down to grab more, the gentleman walked up with a buggy, helped me around the store load my buggy, and then helped me to my truck. It was great I don't go anywhere else.

We were initially pleased that this store opened so close to us, and I've spent a considerable amount of money there. That probably won't be happening any longer since the sales clerk that is usually there is not friendly at all....you know, the chubby guy with the beard. He is definitely in the wrong business. I also agree with some of the other reviews telling people to watch what you are being charged....I felt the same way, and was not offered a receipt. Naaah...I think I will spend my money exclusively at Brownsville package. They know how to do it....they make you feel like family.

It's a nice, clean, well stocked beverage store in a good location, just outside of Douglasville. It's a great fill in the spot location for the people who are between downtown Douglasville and Hiram. The folks are friendly, too! Added plus!

This place can be hit or miss. I really don’t like places with locked display cases for allocated stuff, but they do have some stuff fairly priced that I don’t see many other places. I’ll continue to shop here when I’m on 92 between Douglasville and Hiram.

Be careful what you are getting as some of the prices were over double MSRP. If you are looking for those hard to find bourbon's blacklist this place unless you the type of person who likes paying 2x, 3x over retail. Places like this make me wish the distributors would not give good bourbons to places like this.

Great location if you live in Douglasville. Great strategy of the owner to provide a store that allows its customers to avoid the railroad tracks. Unfortunately, when this business was constructed, there was an unforseen re-construction of A LOT of Douglasville. Getting in is easy...but watch your blind spot while pulling out of that parking lot! That's many accidents waiting to happen...if they haven't already. I would rate 5 stars but....coming out of that parking lot is treacherous!!!

I’ve been going here since I moved to douglasville but I’ll never go back again !!!
The guy at the counter is very rude and I feel like I he profiled me I spent over $150 dollars on liquor today and I often times do but today he asked to match my ID to my card no problem, but then he starts writing down my drivers license number and when I ask why he said it’s a state law , I googled it I couldn’t find and laws to match what he told me so I went back and asked the name of the law so I can look it up and he said it’s just state law with an attitude then the young lady behind the counter said I’ve never heard of that let me call the own and he tells her it’s just store policy, ok well if it’s store policy it should be posted publicly!
