The Photo Spot is the only place I trust with my film. They have ridiculously fast turnaround times and even offer an after-hours drop box so you can drop off your film at any time. Their prices are very fair and I’ve even had them help me with some issues I had with a roll of film in my camera. They’re happy to help and have great recommendations for what type of film you may want or need.

Film is not gone! The Photo Spot is a Mecca for those if us who adore and still use the analog film process. When you take your film to The Photo Spot, your roll of film will come to life when they carefully process it in their clean and professional lab. Walking in is like a trip back in time. The ever so slight aroma of developing fluid, the technicians busily working on film and the buzz of the machines turning out your prized Pulitzer potential photos.
I dropped off my film and asked for only developing and they were more than happy to oblige. No pressure and no attitudes await you as you walk up to the counter. Just real people doing their best work and they are happy you are there.
They have plenty of fresh film and some free advice too!
I’m shooting film again and I’m making the drive to Douglasville!

Get your film developed here. Skip the scan. Get every image from a roll printed here at the cheapest option. It will make you a better photographer and they really have ya ish back in like 3 hours. Special place in my heart for that.

This is an awesome place for all your needs for developing film, having prints made off your phone ( which what I had done and also developing those disposable cameras.) They also provide mail in service and you can upload pictures via Google Drive also. Also have poster size prints, too. This place exceeded my expectations! I took in 11 rolls from all the way back from1988 to 2016. Every single roll had a photo on it. The quality was wonderful considering where they had been stored and how old they were.

Recently was given an old Canon EOS Rebel G as a gift and tried my hand at some film photography. Unsure of where to get it developed I went to a local store in Atlanta and was told I needed to drive to Douglasville to give the The Photo Spot a visit. Despite it being out of the way I decided to make the venture out west in good faith and I'll tell you now this will continue to be my routine!! Incredible experience from moment I walked in to the crazy quick turnaround. I swear i'm not that good at photography and they made the film look so good on the back end! I have been using the photo spot for a couple years now, and have only had the most positive experiences. Everyone who works there is so genuine and kind. They are all knowledgeable and passionate (but never snobbish or unwelcoming). I had a couple rolls come back blank once, and they gave me credit to use on future rolls. Amazing product and customer service experience! My calls were answered immediately, as were my emails. They were very accomodating and let me know how long it would take to get my photos printed. I had to get these done short notice, and they really came through! I sent them the files via email, and picked them up an hour later. The quality of the photos is amazing, with great prices, too!

What a blast from the past! Developed negative strips hanging from racks, photo printing machines all around, and developing liquid and trays with their telltale smell. The guy in charge has surrounded himself with young people who know what they're talking about concerning a bygone era. Add that to all their tech knowledge of today, and you are going to have a hard time justifying why you are bothering to have film done anywhere else.

I make a 30 minute drive out to these guys every time I need a roll developed and I am never disappointed. Depending on where I am I will drive an hour to this photo lab. Same day scanning for color negative film has been my experience and the cheapest developing and scanning there is around, all with great quality and friendly faces. Most times I go they have a little bit of 35mm film available as well to keep you going without waiting for the mail. I don’t know where I’ll go to develop film once I leave the Atlanta area, this place is wonderful.

LOVE this place! The staff and owner are consistently friendly every time I am there. I drive about an hour from kennesaw just to come to them because they are worth it. Oh my goooodnessss. My boyfriend, Yetti and I absolutely love this place. We’ve been to one other photo store and they just do not compare to the service and quickness that here does. Sonny is always cool, and he’s always helpful with questions we may have. And superrrrrr reasonable prices!! On services and film roles. We recently moved out 30 more minutes on top of what our drive used to be, but we truly do not mind making that drive. The woman (I will learn your name!) that works the front counter is SO SWEET. As a beginner in film photography I am very pleased with the work done at the photo spot. The staff is very knowledgeable and take care when developing your film. The turn around time is fast too! When they are not busy they can have your film developed and sent to you digitally in about an hour. They also return your negatives to you for future use or rescans if needed. Even in full strips or cut. I haven't done any prints yet, but this local company definitely has my business when the time comes.
