It's gotten to where I just go across town to the other pizza hut even tho this is around the corner. Also quality wise I get more bang for my buck at little Caesars. At least they actually put cheese on their cheese sticks. Whoever was running it a few months ago should come back. Current crew has the personality of a stick sunk thoroughly in the mud. All of them seem to hate that no one tips on carryout orders. Nobody tips me for doing my job

04192024 ordered a Big New Yorker with light marinara online. According to the website, it came with pepperoni and cheese. Picked it up (forgot to check it before I left), when I arrived home, opened it up, it only had cheese, no pepperoni. I called the store and I was advised since it was an online order, the only thing they saw was light marinara and cheese. I attempted to verify the Big New Yorker automatically comes with pepperoni and that was verified.

Heated up the oven, pulled out a bag of pepperoni, added pepperoni and stuck it in the oven for ~15 minutes. Don't know what to say. Order something that is supposed to come with certain items added and they are left off because 'evidently' their website doesn't specify "The Big New Yorker" doesn't come with pepperoni.

Perhaps someone from Pizza Hut corporate can explain this error?

Terrible experience tonight. I ordered online and it said my Tavern Pesto Margherita Pizza and Hut Box would be ready in 18 minutes. I showed up at the 18 minute mark. The Hut Box looked good however, upon opening the Tavern Pesto Margherita Pizza I saw that it looked cold, old, all pieces spread way apart AND WITHOUT Pesto. I asked where the Pesto was and complained that the Pizza itself looked terrible and old. So she took the Pizza and came back after I heard them talking in the back about me and the situation...with Pesto added. I asked her if they could remake the Pizza, she got someone else and he said we could remake. Cool! Then the actual manager came to speak to me and said that this Pizza only takes 10 minutes to make and ordering online would probably make it look older/colder upon picking it up at 18 minutes. I let him know that I could hear the employees talking about me in the back and how unprofessional they were being. While waiting for the fresh Pizza, my Hut Box had been placed back inside the heated Pizza holder. After 10-15 minutes, my fresh pizza was ready and when I asked them to retrieve my Hut Box from the heated pizza holder they were actually about to give it to a gentleman at the counter who was paying for his meal! So basically they were about to give MY food to someone else...the customer was over there paying for MY food...that had already been paid! The manager had been standing there and witnessed this whole ordeal from the start and he says "She's new"...no sir...I don't care that she is new...she was literally about to give MY food away and YOU were about to have to remake MY Hutbox because she isn't paying attention. I made sure to tell them that they were ALL young in there, the manager included and they ALL need to step it up! This was ridiculous! I had already told the manager that I was needing to hurry home to feed my toddler...these people love to waste your time. Not only that, but when I had 1st gotten there to pick up my pizzas in the 1st place, I got asked to tip 3 times before I even got my pizzas in my hand! This location is ridiculous. I probably won't ever order from this location ever again. I will say, the manager I spoke with was professional, he was a tall and slender young black male. I did not catch his name. I didn't have an issue with him, but he does need to get this store in order if he's supposed to be managing it. He offered to give me a 2 liter soda for the inconvenience of everything which is nice, BUT this doesn't solve the issue. As for the other staff, after the new girl made the mistakes, the other coworkers and her were all laughing and joking about what had happened. Wasting a paying customers time IS NOT FUNNY.

I ordered a pizza on August 7th over the phone. Mariah (039391) took my order. She was so pleasant and patient with me as I tried to remember the name of the last pizza I had ordered 3 weeks prior. I told her that that was a special day for me so i hope my pizza would be made with love. She informed me that she would be making the pizza and after taking one bite into my pizza, she did not disappoint. The first time I ordered the tavern pizza, it was really good, but this time, it was absolutely amazing!! Mariah is the best and if ever get the privilege for her to make your pizza, or even just take your order, you will be very pleased!

Ordered last night and pizza was horrible, burnt and hard, never had pizza this bad in my life. Called and expressed my concern. The manager was unapologetic but gave me a credit b/c I guess that's what they have to do. Used my credit the next day, asked for LIGHT sauce and they must've missed that detail 2 days in a row. I have a bad experience every time at this location and stopped using them for years. Tried them again and same problems. Lesson learned!!

Just horrible service. I place an order for two pizza melts one pepperoni lover and one chicken bacon parmagon through Dash and when I got my order i got meatless pizza and instead of fixing it cuz they messed up they tell me to go through Door darsh so they can fix there problem and door dash only gave me 4.80 for a 17 door order

Never recieved my order . Doordash delievered to wrong house. I called manager and she was terrible. She just said well the door does drop a pick it up. Rude and sarcastic!!!! Never offered to refund my order , Since I didn't get my , She? Should have automatically Said "I'm issuing a refund", but she didn't. I had To Ask for it, And that is terrible customer service!!!! She Then said, my refund will be 3 to 5 business days, which does me no good at this point. I ordered 2 supreme personal pan pizzas. One with no mushrooms and both with extra cheese. One pizza had to be recooked because they said while cooking it the cheese or the crust bubbled can’t quite remember. They did give me a curtesy soda for having to wait even longer. However, when I got home neither one had extra cheese on them. The pizzas were ok but I would have liked for my pizza to be cooked a tad bit longer the dough was a little mushy.

One of the managers ( Horace) after already having messed my pizza up on Tuesday. 11/21/23 I went up there to get my food the messed up I got a coupon for.. which rightfully so. This man comes out side with an attitude saying he called me I hung up… I was like what are you talking he was causing a whole scene. First of all why would I hangup when your slow hunched back butt messed my food up? Idk what drugs these employees be on but I just need my money back or my order fixed. Pls and thank you !

If I could leave a lower score I would. Worst customer service ever. Not only did they not deliver our order they closed the store and bo one was notified late last night! We called to verify the address and everything SPOKE yo the driver specifically as they identified themselves. After calling th3 next day a shalonda was only able to submit a ticket for a refund. No grace no free pizza for the inconvenience NOTHING. Our refund isn't even guaranteed. Don't waste your time at this place. As a business owner this is an absolute NO NO! RIDICULOUS!!

I typically order from this location a few times a month. The last few experiences have been terrible. Once, my food was left on the porch at a neighbors house. The next time, the pizza was cooked so long, it was burned and dry. Now tonight, we've been waiting almost an hour and a half. I call the store, the guy says they had a "hold back" and should be out shortly. I'm not sure if they switched management or what but this will be the last time I order from this location.

I am STILL in the parking lot waiting for a carry out pizza I ordered 50 minutes ago. When I ordered it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes.

How inconvenient; hire the people that you need to run effectively. Of the 3 pizza places in the immediate area this is by far the worst carry-out experience EVER! WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

Pizza Hut has changed the way It delivers it pizza is no longer delivered hot room temperature or cold at best and that could subject the purchaser to food poisoning whiich is caused by food not bring kept at proper temperature Also paying for extra toppings is a waste of money because you simply just don't get it so customers in the future save your money they're not going to give you extra toppings when you pay extra for it Pizza Hut used be the absolute best pizza in the 70s and 80s and can be again if you can bring back your original quality I believe robotics is the answer

The food was ok. I placed my order online to pickup from the restaurant. I didn’t include a tip for my order. However, somone tipped themselves when they completed my pickup. I noticed that I was charged $5 more than my total charged amount. When I called the store the manager said that the extra charge may be a hold which is usually charged separately from the total order and then she said that one of the associates may have “accidentally” pressed the button to charge a tip. That was no accident. People usually don’t check they’re bank accounts and catch them doing that. I’m sure that’s happened to other people.

(EDITED FOR GRAMMAR, TIME FRAME: 2 YRS AGO as of 12/4/21) In the last 3 weeks that I have come here -- and I wish I knew the names of the employees to give proper recognition -- these people have been so polite and offer truly exceptional customer service. 2 weeks ago my order came out wrong. I wanted bone-in wings, not boneless. They remade the order and gave me both the fixed order as well as the order that was messed up without any additional costs.

Tonight I ordered about 30 wings which was a combination of bone-in and bone-out. I paid for my order and while I was waiting for my food, I decided to go in to Food Depot for a little shopping. By accident somehow after I'd walked out of the restaurant, they canceled my card. When I'd gotten back they had informed me of the issue and let me know that the money probably wouldn't be back on the card until about 24-48 hours. For the inconvenience, I was just given the food without another worry.

But in all honesty, it's hard to come by a place that will take up for their short-comings and offer a solution to the problem. I wouldn't have minded to reswipe my card to pay for the food, but the fact that they were so considerate about the delay of the reimbursement of my funds among other things really says something about the way they operate there. They actually seem to care about their customers and that is what makes or breaks a place.

Normally the pizza is usually great and I get wonderful service from the drivers. However, this time food was terrible. The pan pizza was undercooked. They used wrong dough. So, they said they would redo pizza with hand tossed. That was extra flat and tasted bad. One half had no Italian sausage and it should have. I called back to speak with manager and he was supposed to credit order. Left me on hold and only credited half of the order.

Typically have a very good experience with this Pizza Hut in the last 14 years of living in Douglasville. Today was exceptionally bad. Placed an order online for Carryout, do to the fact that Pizza Hut does not deliver to my address, I had to pickup. I placed the order and headed to the store as it takes about 15mins to get there. I arrive and tell the young lady at the register my name. Doesn't appear my order is ready though it says it should have been ready by 8:08. In walks, I assume the manager, where she states they are shorthanded and are running out of everything. So I tell her I'll go wait in my car for 10 mins. Instead, I go to Food Depot to pass the time and pickup a few items. It's Sunday night and I'm just hoping they have my order soon. In their defense, they attempted to call about 15 mins from the time of my order, but I was already there by then. I return to Pizza Hut, where I am told they are out of Original Pan crust, the whole reason I wanted a Pizza Hut pizza, which they now charge an extra dollar for, but don't have. Lol. So the alternative I'm given is a thin crust. Well, I specifically not only went to Pizza Hut for the crust but even was willing to pay the additional fee for it and your only offer is that I can have thin crust, or I can place another order with the other location 10 mins away after I waited for my order, then drive to that location. So when I ask if a discount can be applied since clearly my whole reason for coming was that specific crust, literally ordered it on all 3 pizzas in spite of the upcharge, and you want me to pay you the same price for Thin Crust or go to another Pizza Hut and start all over again. Worst Customer service ever. No Ma'am, I didn't drive all the way out here to either have to start all over again or get something I did not want there should have been some offer for the huge inconvenience. With Doordash, and so many other restaurant options you would think think they would no better than to waste away customers like that. Anyway, I will go to the other Pizza Hut always going forward. Get some better customer service skills people.

2 hour delivery and I canceled order and still no credit issued. Never even talked to the store but stayed on hold because the first cs said the store had to cancel but when it rang back that cs said she could cancel it. Bad form and bad service.

My order was cancelled due to a sewage spill in the store. They were closed for cleaning.

Pizza was ready when I arrived at store, order was correct and it was still warm when i got home with it and it was good! The small family box was very good price.

Nothing quite like ordering a pizza, calling an hour after its put out for delivery to be told it'll be 15 minutes. Seven 15 minutes later you call back and are told they delivered it, which they did not. The person who answers says they have to remake it and asks for the phone number, tells you it will be another 30 minutes. Then the person says "I think about killing myself everyday".....

The bill was not as expected. Although I could understand why the error was made! However, delivery to my area would be a deal breaker! Otherwise I am exceedingly satisfied with my local Pizza Hut!

My pizzas were very good this time, cheese was good and not burnt, crust was just right on my thin crust, sometimes its too hard, had exact amount of sauce, not too little, not too much, great pizzas.

To be satisfied is pretty simple these days, I placed an online order for pickup, and when I showed up to get it, it was ready at the expected time and the items I ordered were correct. The person at the counter was friendly and quickly got my order and processed my receipt and got me on my way.

I order dinner on tonight and at 8:03 it stated it was out for delivery i literally live 5 mins from the store i contacted the store at 8:37 to see where my order was and to ensure it would arrive warm the young lady that answered stated I’m not sure it’s a lot going on in the store so it’s on the way she refused to give me her name i asked to speak with manager she would not get me one to the phone instead continued to go back and fourth with me i then asked could she at least contact the driver instead of placing me on hold to do so she hung up the phone and had to have taken it off the hook because i have now called back 7 times and it’s busy it is now 8:48 and i still don’t have my order mind you it was placed at 6:52 i am now requesting a full refund for the disrespect and inconvenience

Seriously, the best pizza around. Don't even bother trying the one in Carrollton 🙄 bit this pizza hut makes awesome, hot, fresh pizza! 😋
