I don't usually review chain restaurants. Today I'm going to change that, because I ordered a Tavern Style pizza with mushrooms for pickup. It is SO good!! It has these caramelized onions and green and red peppers, and just a touch of a kick. 😋🍕🧅🫑🍄 If this is your cup of tea, I would definitely recommend picking one up while they're available!

I recently had a deeply upsetting experience at Pizza Hut, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Christopher Reese. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was nothing short of hostile. I overheard him belittling his employees in a manner that was both cruel and unprofessional. It was clear that his leadership style is based on intimidation rather than support.

My frustration only grew when I had an issue with my online order. As someone who is blind, I rely on clear and patient communication to resolve problems. Unfortunately, Christopher was anything but patient. He was incredibly dismissive and showed no empathy for my situation. His impatience and lack of understanding made an already stressful situation even worse.

This experience has left me feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. No customer should have to endure such treatment, and no employee should have to work under such a toxic manager. I sincerely hope that Pizza Hut takes immediate action to address this issue.

Everything was cooked perfectly..nice and hot and fresh. This place hasn't let me down as far as it being made well and how hot and fresh it is. My only complaint is that I wish they would fry their wings just a little more because the drums are HUGE, and sometimes it feels like it's not cooked fully.. but other than that, good job.

The edges of the Tavern style pizza were burnt, and there were several flat black burnt pieces that I had to pick off the top of the pizza. Also, the sticker was not completely stuck to the box (see pictures). I also ordered the apple pies. There were supposed to be 6 pies. There were only 4 and pieces of a 5th one (see picture).

the general manager, maggie jenkins, has a terrible attitude. she is rude over the phone and very disrespectful. not to mention i have walked into the store to hear her berating and bullying her staff and overall just being unpleasent and a disgusting person with a disgusting attitude. she talks to u condescendingly and hung up in my face. she makes pizza hut as a whole look terrible and brings a terrible look to the whole establishment. the other managers seem very sweet however. the pizza is average.

At 9:45 at night, they called to say they were out of breadsticks and cheesesticks. Our tip was changed to a different amount than I put in online. When we got our pizza only, it was not even fully cooked. It was awful honestly.

My family decided that we would order in and do a game night! So we ordered a favorite Pizza Hut around 9:35 pm. When the food arrived we noticed a portion of the order was not delivered, so naturally we called the store.

The phone was answered by I believe Brianna? Or Brianne? She states she was the manager. In trying to explain that all of my order hadn’t arrived, Brianna felt the need to be unprofessional, condescending and beyond rude. Understanding that all your customers are different and some are differently abled. Since I am differently abled, I started to explain as best as I could. Brianna started to mock me as so was explaining.

As a long-time decades long customer, I have always enjoyed their food and service, but my latest interaction with the delivery service left much to be desired due to the behavior of the manager.

When I called to address an issue with my delivery, I was met with a condescending and ableist attitude from the manager, Briana. During the explanation of the problem, the manager dismissed my concerns and made several belittling comments. Then I was told I couldn’t get any other pizza bc they didn’t have any drivers. This not only made me feel incompetent but also deeply hurt and offended. In full transparency, I became angry and shared a few expletives. I apologize, I don’t excuse my actions either.

A business should treat all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their abilities. Unfortunately, this experience has tainted my view of Pizza Hut and I am hesitant to order from them again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the inappropriate behavior to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all its customers.

I fell in love with Pizza Hut during the book it program when I was younger. This is so unfortunate.

The pizzas are great. I just wish you wouldn't doordash for delivery. I use the pizza hut app when ordering and I tip through the app and when doordash delivers they don't get the tip so I end up having to double tip and I don't like it.

The staff at this location is AMAZING!!! HOWEVER, this new system they have regarding takeout and pick up orders is ridiculous. Don’t even try to call the specific location. You’ll reach someone 1,500 miles away and you can’t speak to anyone at your preferred location. We’ve tried multiple times to do carry out as we live less than a mile away but the past 3 times we’ve ordered we were told the new system pushes deliveries to priority and our carry out gets pushed further and further out. The staff is apologetic to us but corporate really needs to rethink this strategy.

Again with wings 22 November 2023 with absolutely no favor. Won't order Pizza Hut again especially from Ridge Road location. Score -100.
The food was absolutely horrible, uncooked and slide to one side of the box. Last order well OVERCOOKED and ingredients missing. I wish I could give a lower score.
Tried them again on 31 July 2023, still horrible and worst. I guess people just don't care anymore.

UPDATE! Tonight at 11:20 my daughter went in to order cheese bread.. lady("maggie")cleaning sing right next to register ignored my daughter. She came back and we drove by door,she went in again.. It isn’t that I was highly dissatisfied with the service. After 3 pieces of the pizza had already been partially eaten I seen a couple small roach bugs crawling in the box. I immediately threw the pizza away and needless to say our appetites were gone.

Decided to order from here instead of our usual (Marco's) for a change. They won't deliver to our house 7 minutes (2 miles) away as we are "outside the delivery area". Drove to the store to pick it up anyway, didn't check of course, get home, and it's completely the wrong pizza. Not even close to what we ordered. Very irritated with the whole scenario and since they won't deliver to a house 7 minutes away, the only option is to go back in person for another trip to get the correct thing. Won't be back and don't recommend to others. Such a disappointment.
