I bought 3 beautiful trays for the festivities tonight. Thanks to poor bagging skills two of the trays are mess. The bagger put all 3 of them in a bag together sideways. The one tray he couldn't mess up was the cheese tray. Nothing like spending a little over 40$ for food that was poorly bagged and made a mess of. I can't really salvage the Brie one, the jelly that was on top of the brie is all over everything in the tray now including the crackers, and as you can see the sushi is destroyed. Not a Happy New Year for me and my guests.

I stopped by here late tonight to pick up some fruit and produce. Everything was still fresh and well stocked. I thanked the young man who was working in produce and he was very polite. His name was Stephen. He said that they always work hard to make sure everything prepared right for the customers. He was doing a wonderful job. Thanks for the great service. I will definitely shop here again in the future.

I'll take the extra time to ride over to the Chapel Hill location where people actually work. Not to mention now I have to find somewhere else open to get the people that didn't get their sandwiches food to eat for dinner tonight. Absolutely pissed off!

Extremely racist. We were obviously the wrong skin color to even get acknowledgment from people, since they helped others, chatted among each other, stood around doing nothing but staring into space, and anything else but help us; despite us repeatedly trying to get their attention.
We mentioned this to another employee in a different department, apparently this is common. So we just gave up and will go to Aldi. This was a really sad to experience, Publix used to be the go to for customer service.

Just recently went back to this establishment in a while and completely blown away by the cleanliness of the store and efficiency of the staff. I feel comfortable shopping for groceries despite the new circumstances for COVID-19 and know the management is on top of everything to offer real solutions. This is a suburb location and I'm impressed by everyone's pleasantly calm demeanor, definitely coming back soon!!!💗💗💗

This is a very small store. They are often out of sale items early in the sale. Store is usually very clean compared to competition in the area.
One other thing, wish they would quit changing the layout just when you get used to it.

If I could have given them a zero star I would have. I walked up only person in line beside the 2 people in front of me where it was 2 people making subs. Any other lady walks up to the hot food so one of the ladies making sandwiches proceeded to help her decease she was finished. However the other lady was wrapping up the sub then once she was done she walked away and started placing hot food in the hot order line while I along with 2 other women just stood there. The 1st lady at in hot foods says she will be with you. 5 min later still no service and the other lady was just walking around. I then left the store will not spend no money in here. They gotta do better!

Do not order from this deli. I ordered online came 30 min later and they had not even started on my order. There was no apology but the lady began making my sandwich. She kept looking at the order but making my sub however she wanted. I had to keep remind her of order numerous times. Several people was coming in after complaining they ordered 30 min, 45min ago and no sandwich.

I always give a second chance because everyone may have a bad day. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So I gave them another chance. This time I came 1hr after pick up time. I saw them just placing sandwich in pick up area as I was walking in.

I ordered a whole sub, stated not to toast it. Requested to be cut in 4 and oil and vinegar packets on side.

I get to my car and check sandwich. There was no vegan ranch (that comes with sandwich), no oil and vinegar packets. Each half was on individual toasted rolls. I went back in requested what was missing from sandwich, purchased a fresh sub roll and fixed it at home.

Do not go here unless you want your sandwich made however the associates decide and on their time frame.

A quick stop to grab lunch will take you over an hour. Cashiers are rude and have no concern for customers' time, they'd rather socialize at one register than open any others. 7 employees at one checkout talking, dozens of people waiting in the one and only line open. Checkout alone took over THIRTY (30!) MINUTES!!

The store is in perfect condition and typical OCD organization so there’s that. The deli however is always ugh. It doesn’t matter if you stand in line or order ahead you still have to wait. My order was placed online and was supposed to be ready at 12:05pm. What should have been a quick trip for me ended up being an hour.

Had to stand in line twice over 20 mins to get my money back. I hope Cashier Ashiyria gets more training on how to communicate with customers if she had been listening this could’ve been avoided.

I was visiting from Ohio and stopped by Publix in Douglassville, Georgia. Everyone was very friendly, and the store was clean. The items that I went in to purchase were available.
I was disappointed in the produce, but that's pretty much everywhere.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! I was charger 4 and change for a 4 pack of apple fritters that I didn't buy. Had I been doing my large weekly shop I wouldn't have caught it, but I came in for 1 item. The cashier said it was the 3rd time it happened this week. Meaning it's the 3rd time someone caught it in her lane and said something about it. I got my money back, but how many people were charged for things they didn't buy and didn't realize? It's theft, plain and simple

A small but however really clean and overall nice Publix especially their fresh section of the store. They have absolutely the best fresh flowers fresh cut fruit and highly and well organized it makes you just want to come in there and shop all the time even if they don't have their special deals and buy one get one free sales going on. If and when I'm in the Douglasville area I tend to go to this Publix because they have exactly what I need and there's not a issue when it comes to availability in stock. Also overall friendly customer service as always.

lady at the sub counter gave ME an attitude about my sub getting stolen so she “remade” it completely wrong. missed items, no bacon, no onions, no mustard. not toasted. wrong cheese

what’s funny is half the items missed are the items that are SUPPOSED to come on the sub in the first place.

This review is specifically directed to Ms Norma front end not sure if she is really a supervisor like she stated. The customer service that was provided was extremely disappointing and not sure if it was bc of my race or not. She stated policies that were untrue and wanted to be very argumentative and combative. I ended up paying the prices she made up for me. Had I known I would be treated this way I could’ve just went to Walmart. But I prefer to pay more for better customer service and product quality. I hope this reaches the right person and no one else has to experience Norma negative energy.
