A Five Below employee quickly cut us off, almost hitting the fron of our car. She was cursing at us. She gets out of the car holding a waffle house bag, & the passenger that also looked like an employee jumped out of the car and walked inside. We just left this store. It was packed with Christmas shoppers, and everyone is trying to get finished to get home. I am very disappointed with her behavior.

Very organized store. Everything under the sun from $5 tees to electronics. I could shop all day. This location has cashiers. I believe others may have self checkout. I like the fact they have survey during checkout.

I placed an order for pick up and showed up at the store because I need few more things. I asked an employee inside the store (as NO ONE was at the front) about a pick up order he said it was his first day but went to ask and said my order was up front I finished shopping and went to checkout asked about a pick up order and CHERISE OR SHERICE was super rude and unpleasant first she said oh you just placed it its not ready I said I did not just place it she said well 57min ago. The store in Douglasville GA is the worst I've ever gone to. Very low class people working in this store. I went may 27th 2024 in the early afternoon
I usually have a nice experience but there was a cashier at self checkout that was rushing everyone and scanning my cart at self checkout. Felt very rude and pushy its called self checkout for a reason. If you want checkout times to be faster and more fluid then reopen a lane with a cashier

Decent selections and prices are generally really good!. Some of the stuff could be better but being real, it's target is for children and children are hard on things. That being said I'm in there about 1-2x a month because it's inexpensive and my kids love the selections. The online pick up is a nice feature also! Wife and I approve

Went to Five Below September 29, 2023. Took my little sister because on their website showed a Sanrio blanket that she wanted. This is the second time me and my little have gone there that they say they don’t have this merchandise but clearly online it shows it is in stock at the Douglasville location including that you can pay for the product online and pick it up at that store. What really pissed me off is that they did not go check the back. If I worked there I would go to see if we had that product because that is the person I am. One lady in particular would not even help her fellow coworker stock some other products and she said “she wasn’t going to do that,” and preceded to be on her phone. I believe Five Below needs to know how some of their employees are being lazy and not doing their job. Instead they are just on their phone and not wanting to work. Well guess what if you do not want to do your job, then maybe you shouldn’t work there! 🖕🖕🖕🖕

I loved coming here before but the new layout to the store is a complete clusterfuk. I don’t know who thought this up but it’s a complete and utter train wreck mess waiting to happen. I was constantly getting trapped down the aisle due to the poor logistics layout. Please revise or change it back

I visited this store at 915 . The Crew seemed irritated that I had come into the store 15 minutes before closing. Justice in particular rolled her eyes. When it was time for me to check out Justice refused to check me out telling me that I could only use self checkout. I asked why ,and she said ok I will while having an attitude. The customer service is poor. This was not a welcoming experience at all.

We went to pay our items and we were stopped by the worker that we had to wait to pay with cash, then another worker came and messed with the register and we asked kindly if we could pay there now with cash and all she did was give us an attitude and signal with her hands as if saying "no duh". When we explained that we were waiting because of what the other cashier told us she just walked away rudely, we felt very disrespected with our experience.

The manager Desiree has the nastiest attitude I’ve seen in awhile. I don’t know how she was chosen as a manager. She has no people skills. She needs a back room position. I believe she thinks she intimidates with her size. Just because she’s bigger and taller than the average man means nothing. She needs to be fired. My Kids and I always shop at this location the selection and the cleanliness of the store makes it easy to shop the staff at this location are friendly and very helpful. came in to this store to purchase birthday supplies. upon leaving, the mgrs. desiree and tiffany accused of stealing clothes from their store, ( they didnt sell ), bought at target. and asked us if we were going to pay for it?!?!? we said we didnt buy from here. they still proceeded to follow us out the door. and claimed i could see it on camera. but htey refused to show me. they said we would need an escort out and i said ok! call the cops. so they ran off into the backroom and left one sales person alone in the entire store. very poor service. i felt discriminated and all we wanted was an apology for buying stuff and being falsely accused for their mistake. ZERO stars !!

If you need a lot of stuff that costs less than $6, this is your place.
I take my children here and they run around like they are on a sugar high and everything they pick up becomes a "must have" (see photo).

I will say that for items for my dogs, they have a cute little section and you get a decent deal on art supplies or little things to help one's burgeoning influencer career.

I went to the five below in Douglasville today with my family and the customer service was terrible. And I don’t mean that they weren’t doing their job but that one of the workers (an older lady with short blonde hair) was blatantly talking about me and laughing right in my face. The whole time that I was there her and her co-worker were whispering, laughing, and making rude faces at us while being very passive aggressive. Very unprofessional!

On Monday they close at 8:00 PM. Yet we got there at 7:55 PM because we were stuck in traffic and my daughter really wanted a simple dimple pop it and we knew where it was and how much it costs and it was just one quick thing yet they were closed but they let a guy and a girl come in and buy about 4 items in about 3 minutes. My daughter cried. Another woman and her son said they closed the door on them at 7:53 and another family tried to go in to get a few notebooks for school, at around 7:56, and they were turned away as well. I understand not wanting someone to come in at 7:58, or later, to look but this was borderline ridiculous!
