Great product selection. Discourteous customer experience! There no baskets available; therefore, I had to struggle to manage the four items I had in my hands. I stopped to use the Scan and Go app and had the QR code ready to be read for exiting the store. The employee scanned the code and was prompted to check for four items. This was discourteous as I had to stop and reposition the items so that I could accommodate her need to verify that I paid for the items as I approached the door. Four items were in my hand and obviously on the screen! PAID IN FULL!!!!!

1 star because the deli is EXTREMELY disorganized. I put in an order for 2 trays for a baby shower this past Sunday, 2 weeks ago. The same day as I put in my cupcake order. I call day of to ensure they’re ready, bakery says yes ready to go. Transfers me to deli & I stayed on hold 15 minutes, hung up & called back & it rang for another 5 with no one picking up. I arrived at the store at the set time for pick up for both. Cupcakes were ready & were perfectly done. Pinwheel trays - NO WHERE in site. Whoever took the order was on vacation but never put it in. Worse part was, the deli department couldn’t make trays that day or offer a solution. Needless to say my event, which I needed the 2 trays for didn’t have any. I will NEVER order from the deli dept again. As a plus member or any member, this is unacceptable! The person who took my order, also asked for my member number which no one asks for when putting in an order. Deli dept def needs to do better!

The absolute worst I stood in a line for 15 minutes to get to the register and the lady to tell me I had to go to customer service my card wasn’t scanning . I went to customer service waited another 10 min in line told the person by the name of Shaquita with red hair (dreads )the issue .. pulled up my account on my phone she then says you can show them this directing me to go back to stand in line .. I asked can you bring these 2 items up potatoe salad and paper towels she stated no anyone in the store can ring it up I stood there in disbelief. I did speak with a manager while I waited in line again she apologized for her behavior. My advice is ask for a manager when you encounter a rude employee . I used to live this location

Okay, this is a great store and has a lot of what the other Sam's Clubs have. HOWEVER, the little concession area with pizza and such is not really the best. The pretzels were hard and had been cooked a while before I got there..yeah it's only .89, but yuck. That's all I saw that I wasn't impressed with. That's why the 5 stars. That is nowhere near enough for a low rating.

If I could give them a zero would. I have been waiting for DAYS to have my tires checked. I came in to schedule an appointment only to come in on the scheduled day & time to learn that I was told the wrong day. So I rescheduled the appointment and went i get there I am told they can't fix my tires because they have alignment wear. And my warranty is voided. I've been coming here for rotations and I bought the tires here and as soon as I need a tire repaired I got alignment wear and they can't touch the tire!!! I was NEVER told I needed or should get an alignment until now.

If a product is no longer available behind the desk, then remove all of the "take this ticket to the front" tickets so you don't waste people's time. DJI drones for example on 12-12-24 and 12-13-24. Also, please clean your restrooms more often! Disgusting on 12-12-24!

De verdad quisiera opinar distinto, pero la realidad no es diferente en años. El personal de la cafetería es bastante bueno, aunque la variedad de comida es muy pobre y solo ofrecer pizzas calientes no es muy agradable en realidad. En otras tiendas Sams cerca hay variedad de comida caliente y muy buena. Por esto 1 estrella.
También en la puerta de salida cuando se forman largas líneas de personas esperando ser revisadas al salir, el 99% de las veces y más en fines de semana hay solo 1 persona. No es posible que las líneas se hagan tan largas y que solo una persona bastante mayor de edad y con todo respeto, no es posible que esté ahí solo. Por esto 1 estrella.
Servicio al cliente: hay una señora que habla español y que tiene muchos años trabajando ahí y que es maravillosa!!! No recuerdo su nombre lamentablemente pero como ella ninguna en Customer Service. Hay días en los que hay gente con malas caras y que en verdad no ayudan mucho.
Y lo último: hace 1 mes aproximadamente me inscribí en el plan plus luego de muchos años como cliente regular. Ese día me llegaron varias personas de la tienda ofreciéndome la membresía plus, hasta que finalmente accedimos y dijimos que sí. Esa misma semana visitamos la tienda varias veces para hacer nuestras compras y pudimos observar que largas líneas de gente esperando para pagar, pocos cajeros y mucha gente en la línea también para salir. Entonces muchas personas buscando clientes para la membresía plus o para la tarjeta de crédito pero poca gente para agilizar la salida. Por esto 1 estrella.
Tenemos mucho que mejorar en la tienda de nuestra ciudad.

I’m Plus member and yesterday I was driving from BHM to Savanna Georgia and I had a flat tire and I needed it to be patched it was around 6 PM and the guy at the tire shop He refused to help and he said that he had an appointment coming in at 6:30 and that I will take him 45 minutes to patch my tire I told him that the tire is already on my trunk just patch for me and I’ll install myself and he said I can’t do anything if you want take an appointment for tomorrow morning. I stayed out there in the parking lot until 7:15 PM and guess what nobody came for the 6:30.

This girl in the exit at 6:35 pm today September 10 didn’t scan the items of the customer in front of me that has a lot of stuff before exiting and when it’s time for her to scan my items she really have to scan my 2 items is literally she can see it in her scanner that I have 2 items. What is the point of having the big O scanner detector if you still have to scan my 2 items only. I asked the girl what’s the point of having it, she said because it’s not working sometimes.

I usually like to buy groceries in Sam’s, but I was so upset about the customer service today. They don’t want to help. I just bought the groceries, and want to pay with two gift cards. However, I only found one gift card. After I paid, I found another gift cards, so I asked if I can returned everything, re bought everything with gift card. They said I cannot return everything…. They told me they only can helped me to return part of groceries, and I have to wait for the next customer. I don’t understand why I had to wait for next customer if I was first there. If they had shortages of workers why they didn’t want to ask for other workers to help? Why I only can return part of grocery? The customer service worker also showed me a bad facial expression.
Last time I went to Sam’s, they also tricked me to buy their Visa card. They just told me they had an event, and if I participated I could got $30, and then they started asking my personal information and SSN. They didn’t tell me it was Visa card. After I signed up the Visa card, I told them I didn’t want to sign up. They told me to call the Visa card company to cancel…..
I really want to canceled my membership there, and never go back if their works still have the same attitude.

This was our first visit since getting a membership and we did not stay long. The store was so hot it made the visit uncomfortable so we rushed through and got a few things instead of checking out the entire store. If this is what we can expect as normal we will not be spending much time in Sam's.

This Sam’s Club is consistently out of pizza by 3pm in the afternoon, The cafe is just an embarrassment really. It’s devoid of product on a daily basis and the customer service is terrible. The Sam’s Club in Hiram is leagues better than this one.

This is becoming a difficult place to shop. The number of Spanish speaking customers has made shopping difficult. They tend to block access to parts of the store and never say they are sorry. I think I will paid the $8 delivery charge and order though my phone.

I was Standing in line at Membership Service. This afternoon around 4:30 pm, I noticed there was an order Gentleman standing off to the far side of the counter , I thought he work at the store. And I noticed the Membership service lady working,Had helped two other people, who were waiting there turn like me. She helped them , and after she had helped two other ladies, then I thought naturally, it was my turn, so I stepped forward , and she immediately looked at me and said very argumentative and rudely to me can’t you see me , helping this man right here? All this time this gentlemen was standing on the side of the counter, leaning against it , I said, I thought he worked here! Because she had helped two other ladies who were in line! She was very Rude towards me! She was looking for an argument or confrontation with someone! I have been a member at Sam’s when it was Pace ! I know what she was trying to do ! Looks can be very deceiving! Just because I have long hair and My Sunglasses on, doesn’t mean , I am a bad person! I am in the entertainment business! Need less to say I won’t be coming back at that Sam’s again! I’ll just go to Costco for now on ! I was going to renew my membership , that’s why I was in line to begin with! I could of just been Rude back to her , but it just isn’t Worth it ! This happened 2/21/24 around 4:30 pm! Rude employees , is why your faithful members go to other places !

This store has become awful lately. We were unknowingly signed up for a plus membership, even though we specifically said we didn't want it. Anytime an employee talks to you they just try to sell you on the plus membership which for most people is not worth the extra cost. Maybe try not harassing people? Time to try costco!

This is the Worst!!! My sister went in the store and last week and ordered her son's birthday cake and cupcakes. She went to pick it up today at 12:00. There was NO cake or cupcakes! They couldn't find the order. The lady decorated a cake for her. She asked for the manager and was told the manager was not there. She asked who was in charge. I went to pick up my curbside order today. After about 15 minutes I received an email containing my receipt and saying it was picked up. I went inside to inquire about where my order was and they weren't able to find it. Quay went above and beyond to help me out! He went and shopped all of my items right away, made sure I got a refund for something they were out of, and insisted on bringing my items out for me.
He was so patient and eager to help!
I truly appreciate Quay's customer service. 5/5 for Quay.
Whichever lady was working behind the customer service table needs some help with her attitude. She tried to accuse me of having my items delivered instead of curbside. Like I wouldn't know the difference. Then she tried to suggest I had placed the order under someone else's membership. I had my order pulled up on my phone, clearly stating my name and curbside pick up.
2/5 for this lady.

This review is about my pickup experience. I havent had any luck contacting anyone at the store. I was there about a week ago and I just want to thank Alden for going above and beyond to get my order to me. They were a bit busy but he took the extra effort to ensure that I got both orders even though one had not been picked yet. He went inside and begin picking the orders himself and got it to Mr so that i didn't have to come back later. I appreciated his customer and efficiency. Thanks again Alden.

DO NOT USE SCAN AND GO! I went up there did my shopping scanning my items as I go, then I went to pay and it said there was an issue and to scan my barcode up frobt. Okay no big deal well I did that and go to pay only to find out the money's already come out of my bank but I have no receipt and it's acting like I didn't pay... I talk to the closing manager for close to an hour and she looks in the system and tells me it cancelled on their end and the money oh it'll fall off the next business day. Well Monday is here and guess what? It WENT THROUGH I'm out $700 and don't have the food. I'm trying to call up rn and it rings and hangs up. My banks doing am investigation but I might just be screwed

It takes longer to check out here than anywhere else. I'm ok with self checkout but the payment processing doesn't work MOST of the time. Then you get to wait in line because their scan process to exit takes too long. Their big competitor never has these issues so they don't have an excuse in my opinion. I was team Sam's Club for years but no longer the case.

Never get tires done here. They don't know what they are doing. Charged wrong. Email said they take walk ins and got to store and they said I needed an appointment. Had to comeback. Then they only were able to do 2 of the 4 tires. Took them 1.5 hours to do the two. Never again.

Came in here today to get my pizza and drink. The lady who worked the register African American with a short bob and heavy set. Decided to talk to her co workers instead of taking my order and I waited for her to finish and even said hello to her and she didn’t speak back. When I finally got the chance to give my order she turned around and kept talking to her co worker which made her mess up on my order and I had to tell her I wanted a pizza and a drink and not just a drink and she huffed and puffed at me . Then she didn’t serve me my food, the person behind me got their food before me and the Caucasian lady in the back had to come up front to give me one slice of Pepperoni pizza. Every time I come up here she’s not in her best mood, hope you find peace mama 💗

Recently moved from out of state. I love shopping at Sam’s but today after buying rotisserie chicken, I was very disappointed. It was slightly undercooked and I had to cook it fully through. There were blood spots and parts of the chicken that were thick and chewy to bite. I did not feed this to my family until after I was done cooking it. I was aiming for something quick and convenient but my evening did not end that way. Probably will not buy the rotisserie or ribs from this location again.

Your team member India was a tremendous help as I struggled to identify labels, sizes and colors while shopping for a few outfits in your Douglasville location. It was refreshingly rare to encounter someone so patiently willing to assist your visually impaired shoppers. Kudos for having such an awesome individual as part of your staff.

We love the idea of bulk shopping, especially having four children in the house! We like using our Sams membership to get cash back and then use the cash savings to pay for the membership.

Sam's Club never disappoints, they almost always has what you want and didn't know you need in this wonderful store. The staff is awesome! They're always very helpful and do it with a smile. Don't forget to check out all the free samples. Please go by to check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Check your bathrooms periodically please!
I so could not use due to toilets not flushed and over full of disgust, not to mention the floors in there it truly looked like a 3 am club bathroom! On Sunday at 12: 30 pm . I guess we will make the drive from now on to Hiram’s CLEAN Sam’s Club! I have 1 Star as I couldn’t post w/out doing so🤢

My mom has become a victim of the pretend AT&T products they are saying here at Sams . The AT&T will not help you even though it says it’s AT&T it’s not . No one wants to help with the set up and if you ask them to come out it’s a extra 100.00 bucks . Warning warning warning do not buy direct t.v from this joint they are not coming from AT&T . Call them and ask AT&T will tell you it’s not their company . Fraud is against the law .

This sam's club is clearly overextended and incapable of serving it's clientele. Constantly out of stock, long wait times, and difficult to physically navigate due to the crowding.

My first experience with Sam's was rewarding however each experience after that has been completely horrible the managers struggle and don't know their position. on top of that they're very lazy. I can't expect much from upgraded Walmart workers but Diana completely wasted my time because she does not know her job and the most hilarious part of it all was that she was actually training someone else. The managers here seem very young and like they hate their job this location is ghetto. Call corporate for any of your I can assure you that making any complaints on store won't go far.

I hope you NEVER have to call Sam's Club. I've spent half of the day trying to contact an employee in the bakery, but to no avail.
I've called Customer Service, Deli, and even the Tire Center; no answer. Finally someone answered in the Pharmacy, but after transferring me internally, the associate picked up and hung up...without even saying hello. I called back and was transferred to the manager line and faced the same issue...hung up on.
I will take my business elsewhere and recommend others to do the same. I should not call for 4-hours and never get through.
Disappointing!
Thanks again to the Pharmacy department btw.

I feel the tire service area could use better people skills. Just a heads up for anyone buying tires but not having them installed at Sam's club, expect the service people to be rude and not help you load your tires. Even after considering having the tires installed at Sam's club they didn't have the time to do it and you must make an appointment. At the very least, the service tech should have offered to help load the tires. Good thing I have an amazing mechanic for all my car needs.

Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere to Hiram, Sharpsburg, or Marietta, GA locations. This is the worst Sam’s Club location. Horrible disorganization, pallets in power jacks blocking aisles, beverages and food products are never where they are located at other Sam’s Club locations. Understaffed, takes almost 45 minutes to an hour to even check out because they don’t have enough cashiers and everyone had to use the self-checkout.

Scan and go is quick and easy. Only thing is ppl selling dogs at the front of and inside the store. Complain to customer service associate. No results. Call office, no answer after 6 mins of phone ringing.

Never AGAIN with this club. I have been a member for 3 years now and here I am trying to place an order for a cake for my sons birthday and have been hung up several times no talking no nothing just pick up the phone and hang it back up with huffing and puffing. Poor poor customer service also called customer service and no answer there either this is unacceptable and they have just lost a customer over this!

This was my first time ordering and receiving via delivery. I was overcharged. The phone representative told me I had to tell the store to refund the overage, and that's where things fell apart. Calling this store is a nightmare. The phone just rings for about 5 minutes straight while they continuously keep putting you back on hold in hopes that'll you'll just hang up, (FYI, we can see when the call picks up and you put us back on hold).. Anyway, the first time someone finally answered I was put BACK ON HOLD for 31 minutes and 52 seconds. I actually forgot I was on hold because I was folding clothes. I'm actually on my second call as I type this post. So far I've been repeatedly put back in que for 21 minutes and 32 seconds and counting....just to get my own money back...the sad part is I spend at least $800-$1000 a month in this store. This would have NEVER HAPPENED AT THE SHARPSBURG location...I wish it wasn't so far from me now...
BTW...they hung up on me without even answering. After 22 minutes and 53 seconds.

Great Sam's Club, we use the app which is so convenient to checkout. On that we have never had one of the cashier help us so unsure how friendly they are.

What a total waste of time. These people are totally incapable of keeping cat food in stocks. If I got to go somewhere else to get cat food ill just get everything there.
