10 out of 10!! I wish I had gotten the woman’s name I spoke with when I ordered this morning.. she was AMAZING! So helpful and was able to fill my order right away which was kinda of an odd order of garlic bagels.. luckily they had exactly what I needed and it was delivered within 20 minutes and came as ordered!!! SUPER EXCITED to find a patron friendly breakfast spot! We are not from the area just visiting but we will be ordering from Einstein Bagels again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Einstein Bros. Bagels, is one of the best restaurants in the country. They have stores all over the nation, but now. Let me get to reviewing.

Food here was one of the best. Award winning food here served fresh daily. Very tasty and provides multiple options.

The service here was also excellent. They have many staff members, always happy and well rounded to the company. They have fast service, and really do care about their customers.

The atmosphere is one of a kind. Out of all the bagel restaurants I have ever visited, this is the biggest one. Now I don’t feel claustrophobic every time I sit. Because this is as big as 3 normal bagel franchises. While entering the restaurant outside. You get to enter with pebbles! Not like literally holding pebbles. But like the flooring is pebbles.

Overall, this is one of the biggest and very bagel places in the state. Come eat here if you’re hungry for breakfast or lunch!

They have a pretty big space inside, with plugs available on some seats. I came a little after noon, seems pretty dead inside since they're closed at 2pm. I recommend Nova Lox, a little pricey but it tastes so good!!! The blueberry bagel is fine. The one handing me my food gave me the brightest smile. Outdoor seat is pretty nice in a good weather, no plugs tho.

Once entered the seats here moveable. And they have accessibility parking.

I drove 30 minutes to buy a bagel dozen here today. But the staff here tells me that the price of the app and the price of the store are different. If so, the app should have indicated that your app price is different from the store price. Im really offended. So I didnt buy anything without paying $1 more. Me and all my family will never visit this place again.

My wife and I ate here for breakfast this morning, first time at this location. We arrived Monday, 10:20 am and it was not crowded. The menu is good and extensive. Our food was delivered very fast. She had a honey wheat bagel with cream cheese and said the bagel was ok, but disappointing, and the cream cheese was whipped and quite good. I had two eggs with cheddar on a honey wheat bagel, which was mostly tasteless. I guess you are on your own to add more salt or some kind of sauce. Bagel 101 in Duluth has better food but an industrial design that younger people may like but leaves me cold. Einstein Bros is more homey, but its not homey enough and the decor feels dated. The Mens Room was filthy; not a good sign. We may return in the future but we wish Einstein Bros was better. It certainly could be.

I usually just get bagels here but decided to go for the Farmhouse sandwich this morning. Got to work and took 2 bites out of half of it and had many eggshell pieces in it. I had to throw away the rest of the sandwich as precaution. Waste of over $8. Update: 3/2 I sent a contact form to Einsteins and they never bothered to contact me back regarding this matter. I have yet to return to any Einstein store.

I have enjoyed Einstein bagels for years and I am torn on giving 4 stars... because, on taste they are great... but... it might just be me....their bagels have gotten smaller. Massively smaller, I mean as small as a generic store bought bagel. Great taste, and sorry to this location for only 4 stars, but if I were a first time consumer I would give 2 stars.

There was just one customer in the hall. The lady did not take order pleasantly simply because I did not know I had to choose bagel first to order a sandwich. I hear people get nasty toward shop employees, but I had the exact opposite case today. Coffee dispensers were not filled and milks were not labeled.

Disorganized, understaffed and overwhelmed location. Unfriendly staff. Oh and be prepared to pay 35% up charge on top of the ridiculous $1.99 per bagel if you order a cheese bagel, which is a special bagel .

Stopped going here. Spend most weekend mornings at this place for over a year or two. As a family we bonded which is positive. We stopped going because the staff attitude and the total lackadaisical attitude they had for work and customers, even after over a year of patronage!! It was the same staff and I knew each one of them but they didnt. Corporate training should include building customer relationships. Also they do not toast your bagels. NEVER. Unless you order a single bagel. This policy should change. Who eats raw bagels??

So I wrote a review about an Einstein s Bagel in Buford GA last week because they were absolutely horrible with customer service. The bagels are always awesome! However, the Einstein s Bagel in John s Creek is the polar opposite to the One in Buford. I will only visit this one from now on! The morning Manager (Saturday November 21, 2020) and her team are absolutely amazing. They remember us and are just kind and sweet. The manager is a wonderful person. To have a short conversation with and so is her staff. They are quick, precise, and professional. Kudos to her and her wonderful TEAM!

I normally love Einsteins! This was the first time I have ever been to this particular location. (Johns Creek) they were out of almost every kind of bagel except the specialty ones and a few others. It looked like the end of the day, but it was only 8:00am. Very sad.

I didnt visit this place for more than 2 year because this location people are so rude. They always denied to toast bagels if you want to cut and eat in more than 5 bagels toasted. There is no notification about it and they just say after you buy dogen of bagles and asking them to toast it at the restaurant. I complained it to main office of Einstein Bros. long time ago but they still do it. The reason that they dont want to toast many bagles is they have only one toaster. That is not my issue and they need to have more toaster if they need more than one toaster. I think I will not visit again this place if they are keep denying toast more than 4 or 5 bagles. It is not fair to the people who spend more money to buy bagel than other people get treated like this.
