Gotta watch the uplifts for the specialty soups or sandwiches which make the special not such a value. Back to the skimpy sandwiches again. Giving up on this inconsistent unit and Panera in general. Very good choice for a healthy meal. Ordered the whole (not half) Greek salad and it was excellent. Bought a whole Bravo Club to take with me for later. Looking forward to giving it a try. All of those ingredients and good bread sounds and looks delicious, and Im looking forward to trying it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything I was in contact with was clean. I arrived around 3:40 p.m. on Saturday and there were very few people there. A couple of people at two different tables appeared to be working on their laptops. If I had work to do and needed to choose a business with Wi-Fi, this would be a great place.

This Panera Bread is a cozy place that I brought my kids over many times. We enjoyed many brunches sitting next to the fireplace by the side entrance. However, this Sunday s experience changed my mind. I might not come back again. The gentleman at the register was responsible for ordering and making beverages. I ordered a strawberry / banana smoothie with greek yogurt for my daughter and waited at the counter for him to make it. At the end, I felt so uncomfortable and had to cancel my order. He spilled the yogurt on the floor, wiped with a paper towel, and went back directly to make the smoothie, without washing his hands or putting on a glove. The strawberry was not fresh. It s kinda of jelly pre-made and stored in a 1/2 gallon carton. The gentleman didn t put any banana into the blender while I was standing right in front of him. When I reminded him to do so, he told me that he was out of bananas. We could both save some time had he told me earlier when I ordered my food or before he started making the smoothie.

This visit, I was hoping to get change for a $10. The associate (female, light skinned, accent) said they dont do that. Ok, I understand. Preceeded to pick up my order, she yells across did I make a mobile order? I replied Yes. She then asks to see my order in the app. Ive never been stopped like that before! She starts apologizing saying something happened before. If thats the case, why keep the pickup orders on the shelf? Wont be going back there again.

Their food is always excellent. If you order online and choose the A.S.A.P option, your food will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. The only downside is their site has glitches and it takes a while to order. If you order inside then your wait time for food is much longer than online ordering. So I love them but would like to see them put as much effort into making the customs waiting as important as the online orders.

Strange!! Panera, your online order does not sync up with store availability and store doesnt care. Now I know how this location is fighting to get even 4star across. I ordered a pizza and they used freaking buffalo sauce instead of the marinara!!! I ve received half full drinks and usually a completely incorrect item. Not like oh, wrong flavor lemonade but I got a strawberry banana smoothie instead of an iced coffee ??? When the food is done right, its good like every other Panera, but I 100% recommend going to a different location. The Johns Creek location is consistently bad unfortunately. She had zero care in her appearance or attitude. Although delicious, the souffle sadly was luke warm. The coffee bar was littered with empty milk cravats, lids and extraneous items. This was 9am so not out of the breakfast hours. The egg on the sandwich was not cooked as requested. Overall the restaurant has a neglected appearance with water on the floor and dirty tables. The only other people in the restaurant were a job interview and two people working on their laptops. Noone in line and overall not busy, just neglected.

I was there 10 minutes before the restaurant closes so I can accept that they ran out of a few things from my order. But they just seem unbothered and unhygienic. The person preparing the food had a toothpick in his mouth that he chewed on all the while i waited for my food. He would take it out of his mouth with his hands to talk, then put it back; and then use the same hands without changing gloves to prepare the food!! I personally find that very unhygienic!! My first warning should have been that Panera Bread WAS OUT OF BREAD!!! First the guy said, we don t have any bread for the salads . Ok I ordered two salads, wasn t offered another type of bread or anything. While waiting, I took video of the lemonade just sitting out in a container on a cart for at least 20 minutes. There were cobwebs on the salad BOWLS in the food prep area, as well as the lights. I asked about the croissants in the glass case (to protect them from our germs), and John working the register kindly explained to me what was on some the items, as he spoke directly over the food. All I saw was COVID and cold/flu droplets spewing out as ndrepuls Well, I got home with mytwo salads... Only to find brown wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, and very little toppings. I ate roughly half of my salad. At the end of the day, they are a cross contaminated, understaffed, spider infested convenience for anyone willing to take the risk.

I ordered soup, a grilled cheese, and the green goddess salad today all half size keep in mind, in the drive thru. First of all, with the sides I got bread after they gave me the bag I peeked in to make sure everything was in there turns out I had no silverware for my soup, or salad or butter that I had asked for. I went back through the drive thru and asked for utensils and butter which the drive thru cashier was pleasant about and accommodated me accordingly. Secondly, as I get home, I then look inside my bag to find everything there except the green goddess salad dressing. It wasnt even in the salad container! Accuracy is obviously not a priority here. It turned me off because I was really craving that meal, especially the salad. Too much of a headache for an $18 meal. I could have went elsewhere to get everything in one stop quick fast in a hurry without any issues. Lastly, I try to call to speak with a manager only to have the phone line ring nonstop for about 5+ min without anyone ever answering. Go elsewhere if you want all that you actually paid for in a timely respected matter.

If i could rate this 0 stars I would. I came in tonight (07/28) around 7:30. The young man who took my order was nice although I was sad they were out of my favorite food (the chicken salad). I instead ordered the strawberry salad and mac and cheese. I have came to this location for 10+ years and they have always asked if i wanted chips bread or an apple. They didnt ask but i assumed they would just give one of them which was fine. When I got my food, the salad had no chicken on it and I had no bread. I just assumed this you pick two combo didnt come with bread because i hadnt gotten it before. When i went to ask the girl to add chicken, she took my salad back into the kitchen and handed it back with chicken on it she had no gloves and gave me back the same salad i had previously recieved. Anyone who works in food knows this is a MAJOR health violation. Not to mention i had to say excuse me several times because she was on her phone. I then realized on my reciept that my meal was supposed to come with bread. There were 5 other people in here and it was as slow as could be. I have always loved this location but it seems to be going downhill especially when you hire workers like that.

WI-FI is unstable. Don t come here if you need the Wi-Fi. I came here to have lunch while on my Zoom meeting. Panera got my money for the meal but I had to leave to find Wi-Fi. I won t be back. And the staff didn t care anything about whether the Wi-Fi worked or not. Panera you are off my list.

I went to the Johns Creek location over the weekend. First, there was no one at the register when we walked in. We had to ask if someone could come over. Then before we tried to order, another customer complained that there is no soda in the machines nor is there any ice. The girl didnt even report that issue to anyone. Also, none of the employees were wearing name tags and when asked for names later on, I was told they dont know the names of their co-workers. Really??? So now I tried to place my order. I usually get a special order which I know they can do because I had previously contacted customer care and they emailed me back with step-by-step instructions on how to make the order and ring it up on the register since this sandwich is no longer on their menu unfortunately. Customer care suggested for me to hang on to the receipt so its easier for them to see how to ring it up which I did. I usually get a chicken Caesar salad sandwich on my bread of choice. First, they told me they cant do it. They wouldnt even acknowledge the email I had from customer care or the receipt which shows I placed the same order about a month ago. Then I was told they dont have the ingredients for it. So I said then you better take the chicken Caesar salad off your menu as thats misleading to your customers. They said, why, we still sell the salad. Well then its the same ingredients from the salad just on our bread of choice. Not sure whats so difficult about that. I asked to speak to the manager and Jason refused to come over to speak to us but instead he walked by several times smirking at us. Panera Bread lost 3 customers as me, my mom and my sister were all going to place the same order. Extremely disappointed.

Im giving this score because I purchased a cinnamon bagel, blueberry bagel and oatmeal this morning. I had two problems and cannot get the store on the phone. I have been calling for an hour straight and the phone rings out ( no answering service)and there were 6 people working in there this morning. The cinnamon crunch bagel had an onion taste to it and the oatmeal had way too much milk/cream something. It was more like baby food (mushy) . If someone from corporate could please reach out to me it would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic. Food was available fairly quickly, staff were awesome, it wasnt too busy (yet). Minor gripe, though: Panera Bread seems to be lacking in salad dressing options, especially with regards to classic dressing options that lack any sweeteners.

Jan. 2022. NONE of the employees wore a mask. At 10:30 am the floor looked like it hadnt been swept or cleaned in days. Takeout order was ready very quickly and well prepared.

Awesome experience at this place. The food is made fresh and the customer service is incredible. Best Panera food I had. They were out of Chocolate Croissant I ordered. So they gave me Croissant and Chocolate chips. Pretty good. Thanks so much.

Panera location is now putting lunch meat on their sandwiches. Instead of actual roast turkey slices as advertised its now cheap imitation turkey lunch meat. Below are 3 of their own marketing pics and the sandwich I was just given. Disgusting. If theyve changed their menu they need to update their website. If its the franchisee at this location being cheap then they need to tell customers what theyre getting.

Dont bother! I usually do not leave bad reviews but I usually have better service than this. I ordered a bread bowl online with soup for curbside pick up. It says pick up is at 11:35am. I receive a text that states notify us when you arrive. As I pull in I see that there are only 2 curbside spots labeled #1 and #2 and they are occupied so I pull into another spot and pull up the text to notify them that I am outside. You can actually choose, I am here but not in a designated spot as I did. After waiting 5 minutes I received a text that says your order is ready please notify us when you arrive so I notified them again! A few more minutes go by and no one shows up, I see the other two curbside customers get out and go in so I do the same and of course there are 7 or 8 people in each of the two lines. I understand being short staffed and especially now but figure it out...do not allow curbside pick up if you have no one to bring it out! They just started sitting all of our orders on the pick up shelf and had no apologies or anything. Basically we were told your orders are over there after we all waited in line 10 minutes plus the 10 minutes sitting outside waiting. The food is not good enough to go through this mess.
