Nice, organized, but I did have 3 small children with me and had a cart of stuff. Apparently this location does not allow you to take the carts outside (I did not know). As I was trying to leave, a worker rudely said that I could not take the cart outside. I asked her if she would provide me with assistance with my bags. I had 3 small kids (2 with autism) and was already having a difficult time. She said I could pull my car around. I asked her if she would watch my stuff then. She said "it will be fine " indicating that I should leave it there but did not say for sure if she would keep an eye on it. A very nice woman and her 2 kids helped me because they witnessed the employee's behavior. I am so thankful for them. Aside from that, the store is nice, well organized, and clean.

First time visiting this location, and I must say I was quite disappointed with it. There were a lot of empty shelves throughout a majority of the store, and the shelves that did have product were not being tended to and organized. Overall the store doesn’t look like it is kept up with throughout the day. Customer service was not great, but not terrible either. I would begrudgingly go back to give it another chance, but I would recommend it with a proceed with caution caveat.

Found some really nice Halloween stuff and the exact kind of dress I needed for a funeral. When I got home and found that one of my decorations was broken in the box (couldn’t see it from outside), they were very kind about exchanging the broken part! I always Ross stores to be a bit hit or miss, but I liked this one.

When you first enter the store there is a long wall, which isn’t a pretty sight to see when you first enter any establishment. The location is spacious with various mini sections of items. They have a pet section, a car section, kids, men and of course a large women’s footwear section, a toy section, handbags, gym bags, luggage, kids clothing adult clothing and a juniors clothing section, eye wear and even a seasonal section. There maybe more I forgot to mention. The fitting room area is nice and large to accommodate the customer volume. I really like the children’s footwear area because of the variety of items given. The location is in a nice area and the surrounding food options after shopping is good. I did see a few employees upon arrival, but wasn’t greeted by them. When purchasing my items my cashier KAILEY didn’t say hello instead she said debit card right and motion me to her counter. Not a really good introduction.

Great place for mens, womens, kids clothing, shoes and home deco at reasonable prices. Much variety to find almost for every taste i think. Best thing was how nicely they had sorted and labeled all clothes and shoes to find your size easily. Would visit again.

Bought a lot of stuff here, came home and didn't find the socks that are on the receipt. I looked through everything in the car and in the bag and they had apparently been punched through and not put in :(

Got some awe3 deals on socks for the girls. Lines was a little long due to only two cashiers working and one guy buying a 200.00 in giftcards that all has to done o e by one, but that is a expected this time of year. The cashier told the other worker she did not care that ppl wanted to wait in long lines thats why they came to the store. I personally dont think that was okay to say in front of a customer. Overall experience was great. I look forward to going back and waiting in long lines due to me not ordering online... sucks to have to go get that card eh. Enjoy great shopping. Great bargains and screaming kids.

Listen…..all I have to say is CHECK YOUR TOTAL! LITERALLY CHECK IT DOUBLE & TRIPLE TIMES OVER before you pay. I only spent $142 today right…. Whyyy did it ring up to $1,219.60??? Soo annoying & soo weird. BOOO…. ZERO STARS, TOMATOES!

Thank God for credit card limits b/c I was declined & sooo very glad about it!!! lol I can’t say if there was foul play or not & since I have no evidence of that so……I’ll keep it cute here. I was not charged & my items were rescanned. I can tell you this though…I didn’t care too much at all for the cute lil laughter I received from my cashier or the fact that she attempted to play me about the total being my credit card # before my I was able to join the line again & restart w/the correct transaction.….but I’ll overlook it. *Insert HUGE eye roll here*

A neat store with a wide variety of clothes and shoes for all price ranges. Free parking. Accessible to the disabled, there is parking for the disabled. They did not receive 5 stars because the measuring rooms were closed. And it was not possible to measure the clothes due to the large difference in the different sizes

This was so far the cleanest and organized Ross I even been. I visit to a lot different locations everywhere I go. to the staff for a great job. We all k ow us not easy. Customers please!!!! Help keep our Ross organize, u take it put it back if you dont want it. We are experiencing a shortage of staff everywhere. Thank you

very disappointed from this location! The store it self doesnt look clean, the shelfs are mostly empty meaning you wont get a great selection of items to choose from. some items were all over the floor or not nicely placed in the shelfs. At time of check out they only had 1 person doing the check out it almost takes more than 30 min to pay for your items. I will not be returning to this location, they have to do better.

For some reason the employees here think organizing hangers is more important than checking out customers in the hour long line. 3 cashiers and 2 keep stepping away to organize hangers with a clearly long line of angry customers waiting to check out, then they have the audacity to make smart comments like you dont have to be here when we question why theyre stopping checking people out to organize hangers. IF i could give this store a 0, i would. This Russian lady who claims to be manager is the most horrible. she is rude and she offers the horrible customer service. i brought items that i have purchased from different Ross, but because this location was close to my house, i have decided to return my items here. she accused me that my items was not items i had bought, which is a scam because all the tags matched to receipt number. is that the new scam employers do now to customers? so they dont have to do the refund? i took to another location, and i had no problem refunding this items because i had receipt presented. this lady has no logic and she should be fired right away.

There are GQ guys and then theres me. Even I realized I had to upgrade a few things. Ross helped me to do exactly what they said...Dress for less. I got a belt, some pants, and was on my way.

Theres like 20 people in line, 7 registers and 1 person taking purchases. The other person is standing there waiting for returns and exchanges which hasnt happened once in the 15 minutes ive been in line. 1. Whats the point of 7 registers if you utilize 1? 2. Why have 6 employees in the floor and one to take their money? If I ran a business Id want to take the cash as fast as possible. Im not sure why youd give your customers time to say well screw this ill go next door to the maxx.
