This is my favorite DD location. Everyone here is always so pleasant and kind. We once had an accident involving orange juice being dropped by my small child making a large mess and they could not have been more kind and helpful in the situation. Many other locations have blah service, but this location has amazing customer service!

The mourning crew is point but the night crew is a different story. The young man served me coffe that wasn't hot it was more like Luke warm. He did ask me to check to see if it was hot and remade me another cup but it still wasn't hot. I'll just stick with the morning crew.

So me and my boyfriend ordered on the app when we pulled up they had no doughnuts (we ordered a half dozen) which when you order on the app it typically tells you what they are out of and instead we got munchkins and honestly those tasted a day old, with the doughnuts we ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery... Over all this location needs to work on keeping up to date on their app and work on that hot chocolate

The donut and matcha tea recipe is off at this location. My son loves Dunkin, but will not eat from this location. I only get the Chai tea and wakeup wrap here. Matcha is never prepared as well as other locations. Staff is always friendly though.

Came to get a strawberry Coolatta. Let me tell you, something was wrong with it. It didn't have any flavor, as if it was spoiled. And the guy didn't look like he was smiling. He was giving me a bad look. I won't recommend this location.

Went through the drive through ordered two coffees a power sandwich 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and a bagel toasted with cream cheese so they gave us the coffees and told us to drive up and wait and they would bring out the food after waiting 15 minutes they bring out the food and forgot the power sandwich and there was half a teaspoon of cream cheese on the bagel went inside to get more cream cheese and the sandwich they forgot and all four employees were sitting at the tables not doing anything

This place used to have much better service, but over the last year or so it has been terrible. The people who work there seem to hate their life and everyone else's. They're rude and annoyed to take an order. They get things wrong constantly. They didn't even put ice in my iced coffee today. I also don't know how they are always out of powdered donuts before 9am. It's gone from my favorite Dunkin to by far the worst!

I was running late for work and placed an order ahead of my arrival. When I came to the drive-through there was a truck in front of me that was having an issue at the window and causing a further delay...I was getting more and more frustrated until surprisingly a gentleman suddenly exited the restaurant and handed me my coffee! I drove around the truck and was on my way. Great Service!

Love the food here. I come here often to work on my computer. I would give 5 stars but recently the music being played here has changed from positive up beat music. There was no cursing and the n word in the music. Now I am hearing music dropping the f word and the n word. Can we please change this? I love this location and don't want to find another.

Went through the drive thru and repeated my order twice for a large pumpkin spice iced coffee. When we went to the window and my husband paid he was handed a small iced coffee and I asked the young man at the window if we were charged for a small coffee because I had asked for a large he said we were charged for a small. We were not even given a receipt. It’s unfortunate that the person taking orders isn’t really paying attention to the customers even after repeating the order more than once.

I don't usually come to this location due to accessibility issues of getting back on the main road. It's the closest Dunkin to me, but I tend to go to another location that's a bit farther out. Anyways, the staff here are nice and friendly. I dropped a star, because the breakfast sandwich was half warm. The other half of the sandwich was ice cold. I had to re-heat it in the microwave to bring it to the appropriate temperature for safe consumption. Please make sure food is heated properly.

Sat down while waiting for my drink. The furnitures are ripped with tapes covering them. That doesn't really affect how the store is running though cause I think the employees were really nice and friendly. There is a lot of car traffic here but it wasn't that busy when I came.

Ya que es algo desagradable por que se pega de la ropa. Y otro punto importante siempre en la tienda hay 3 personas para atender a los clientes. Great customer service but my coffee for two days in a row was not right. The first day my coffee was full of grounds The next day I told the young lady about it and she gave me a free coffee. I asked for a large midnight (love strong coffee) 2 creams and 8 sugars but she gave me 2 sugars and 8 creams which killed my coffee. I'm going to give Dunkin Donuts and break for awhile and go to Starbucks.

I always have to check my coffee and it’s not a complicated order, usually wrong. THEY BLASTING CHRISTIAN MUSIC INSIDE THE STORE. The donuts will be lacking in quality 9 times out of 10 when you go. Donuts are poorly glazed (only 20% of the donut). I LITERALLY now drive past this one to go to a different Dunkin’ 10 min further away

8:39 pm-20 minutes until closing and door locked. I had not driven off and saw guy from store next door came in so I was able to follow him in. What appeared to be mgr seemed annoyed and told him to close door behind him. Counter guy asked if I had online order. I was unable to get a coffee because employee told me they already emptied all pots as he dumped donuts in garbage. I know it was getting late but I've been to plenty locations and able to grab a coffee. A little premature to trash product and profit. By 8:59 it was pitch dark, no activity like they'd been closed for hours.

I've been here four times using the drive thru and they sound friendly but never seem understand my order. I always order the same thing at any location. It's only two things on the menu I get and they forget and ask me 3 or 4 times at the window. This happened again today and I was the only there. Dunkin Donuts isn't normally busy around 5pm. I don't want to say my order but it's like ordering a ice coffee and a glazed donut. Very simple! The customer service isn't rude but it's like odd or nice. Lol

I like the egg and cheese wrap. The donuts are below average and overpriced ever since they quit making them in the local store. Sometimes they are cold, like they were just thawed from frozen. The biggest thing they have going is convenience. I pass right by a couple just on my drive to work.

Good coffee and fresh doughnuts. I ofetn come here for coffee with my best friend. Very annoying that today they were blasring Southern Baptist Revival Noise ( music? ), and even when I requested they reduce the volume, it was still blasting so loud (and annoying) that my buddy and I could not have a conversation. I can appreciate the religious convictions of the people that work there, but they need to keep their religion OUT of the business and not force it on their customers! Music, if any, should be soft and harmonious. I'm going to find another DD because this place has little consideration for their customers. (Two stars because the coffee is actually very good. Atmosphere is MINUS 4! )

It's a Baskin-Robins store, too. Not all DDs have BR-31s, so ask Google Maps for a BR store, instead, to avoid going to a nearby DD that doesn't have ice cream.

I do understand in the pandemic world we live in customer service is hard. I try to take that in to consideration but the visit I had this morning was subpar. I stood at the register for a long time, no one came to serve,there were three workers, two were busy, one not. I made various noises in case they didn’t notice me but one who was working did see me. I had to go to them and ask if the register was open. There was no verbal response from anyone. I went back and waited. Finally one person came over and no comment at all about the wait. I ordered several things. I had to ask to receive one of the items that I did see rung up, it was forgotten. I ordered a large coffee, just coffee, and was surprised as I left thinking that I wasn’t asked about additions to the coffee as they usually do. When I got to work and drank I found a large addition of a sweetened creamer. I had to throw it away. The Apple cider donut I ordered was burnt. I had to throw it away. Again I sympathize with how hard day to day can be but I feel like I just wasted money, and will probably go to the grocery store for the donuts we purchase.
