Typically, I don't rate chains, but I've been to an atypical amount of Starbucks for your average individual; I've always had a pleasant experience at this particular branch.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
This Starbucks is within a plaza. There's a massive parking lot in front of and on the side of the building with plenty of free, available spaces. Stress free.
II. SERVICE
No, this branch does NOT have a drive through which is probably why the employees aren't ran thin and are able to take their time getting your order correct. Customer drink turnover is also quick.
III. QUALITY
I've always been a fan of how acidic and rich Starbuck's coffee is compared to other franchises that I won't mention. It's dense and not diluted here.
IV. CAPACITY
This location seems to always be poppin' with people. It's spacious and feels open. You'll always be able to find an available chair.

Id never been to this particular location before, but I really loved the vibe. There was a tall gentleman who made sure to greet everyone as they came in and also make eye contact. I really appreciated that because, to me, it felt more genuine. The place was pretty busy, but you could tell everything was flowing. Nicely. My order was ready and I didnt have to wait. Ill definitely stop back in if im back in the area.

It s another Starbucks. Nothing especially special about this place. The location was clean. Staff was ok not rude but no especially nice. Younger staff members so something I would expect. They closed earlier than expected around 7 so we had to leave. But coffee and tea was good.

LOVE this starbucks!! My coffee is always delicious and the staff is easily the most friendly in the area. Multiple baristas asked me about my day and it was a perfect way to start my day! Well, I have some mixed feelings about this one. Here are some details: Pros: - location is good, size of store is appropriate, staff are nice Cons: - chairs and tables arent comfy for working. The leather couches are higher than usual compared to the tables which makes u tilt down to reach your laptop. While the regular chairs have their backs low which makes them kick in the middle of the back, not comfy at all. - For some reason there is a lot of noise in the place, even when not a lot of people talking, the music is still annoying. Maybe it has to do with the layout of the space and how echo travels in this location. - Finally, my venti had a lot of bubbles on top which isnt usual. The amount of actual coffee in the cup was thus less than usual.

i don t know since when Starbucks started charging gratuity as i bought 4 bucks drink and charged me $2 for gratuity! I would literally happy to pay tip if i was seating on a table and server brings out the coffee to me but this just doesn t have a logic for charging $2 gratuity for small drinks! i hope management review on this as customer don t see unless they ask for receipt! but the drinks and staff are amazing no complain in that!

It is very clear that some team members are unhappy about working there, lack enthusiasm and only do the bare minimum to get the job done. They arent very accommodating and everything seems rushed. It seems lately that Starbucks has begun to lose the quality of service it once had.

Great customer service associates here. I do hope they allow us to sit inside soon. Wonderful atmosphere and more chairs and tables inside than most Starbucks stores. I used to be one of the daily regulars there when we were allowed to sit inside and socialize with one another.

I came in this morning with a few friends to this location to study, and found out that their inside sitting area was open starting today! The staff was delightful, masks were worn correctly, everything was clean and socially distant. I have always enjoyed coming to this starbucks, the baristas are so kind. One girl came up and cleaned our area before we sat down, and later offered free lattes to us (guessing they were a mistake), what a sweet beginning to my morning! This starbucks can be slammed sometimes, but the staff handles it with such efficiency and kindness.

It never fails I cannot come to the Starbucks that is closest to my house. Every time I give it another chance I have the worst experience. Guess I ll stick to my old alabama in Haynes Bridge location. Get it together Starbucks this is a very large location and a very prominent area and deserves good service. Sylina walked out of the back barking at a gentleman about his mask and then refused to make my drink the way I wanted it. It s just coffee can t we get this right

I walked into this Starbucks about 1045 a.m. this morning. I wasnt greeted, I was only asked what would you like? when reaching the counter. I asked specifically for 5 sugars.. and I watched the guy put in only 3. Then, when I got to work, which is only 2 miles away.. I discover that Ive also been given cold coffee. Im tired of places giving terrible customer service or having no pride in the services that they provide.. with no consequences. Me personally, Ive had a similar incident previously with this same store, but I said nothing. Now I refuse to go to this location again.

Got here at 8:15am after placing a mobile order. She said they just got here and are still setting up. Asked if I could just get a refund (which has never been a problem at any other Starbucks), but she said they don t control the mobile orders so she can t give me a refund... What??? Frustrating because this is the most convenient Starbucks since it s right by my house, but I m not sure I will be back. I probably need to go back to making coffee at home anyway.

I live around the corner from this location and everyone in our neighborhood jokingly refers to it as the slowest Starbucks in the world. You might think to yourself I have a few extra minutes...Ill just pop into Starbucks real quick and grab a drink! No, you will not. They will make you late every time. Trust me. Even if they are slow...even if you mobile order...odds are you will wind up standing around waiting.

This location had a special of a free tall Expresso. The staff did AMAZING! Everyone had a smile. They worked tirelessly to get the drinks out. Employees not fixing drinks were cleaning up or making sure the waiting customers were happy. They also checked on orders that were not complete. Great job!

I have been slowly giving up on this brand. Not worth the value for money, with high prices, less friendly service and safety issues. All I had to do was get a gift card for a teacher who loves this coffee, but it took the store and me 15 minutes of fighting the system to purchase the gift card. The barista apologize but why waste 15 minutes of system issues, on addition to waiting in line for 10 minutes! Its a brand which has grown too big and cant wait for it be as good as it used to be before 2017. But we have choices and move on.
