Nothing about today's visit was ok. Service and wait time was horrible. The food does not taste the same. Do not recommend it unless it is necessary. Was going to dine in, but there were obnoxious people there drinking and being rude. Items on the menu are not priced properly either, so be aware when being charged.

Customer service training needed here. No thank you, no you're welcome and they forgot the sauces I ordered and paid for. When I went back and told them, no apology was given. Horrible!

Spent $32 here just for my kid to receive food poisoning. She threw it all up. To top that off they gave me the incorrect order. Tip for the staff:cook the fries all the way through. The fries were thrown in the bag and they were still soggy! Will never return to any White Castle period

Would go here a lot because it was in the same shopping center as my job and continue to because of the excellent service, and on my last visit I went through the drive-thru and while giving back my change some money went flying out of the cashier's hand and she ran outside to chase it down so when she went to hand it back I told her to keep it

Food was good. Hot and fresh. Got a clutch. Half cheese half original. Ordered a fry with no salt. The young lady dropped me a new fry order in the oil to be cooked when the other young man did not hear/see the 'no salt' part. All the employees were nice, calm, and chill. The restaurant itself is ok. I would not sit down and eat there but that is just me.

When I went there and I placed my order I waited a long time in line I think someone in front had a large order ...my sandwiches when I got them were very sloppy the meat was halfway off the bun I did not get my ketchup mustard everything that I ordered on the sandwich and pickles were on the bottom of the carton.. I called and talked to Kim she said she would replace the order keep the receipt I went back a week later I got the replacement and the sandwiches were still very very sloppy I don't know how hard it is to put the meat on the bun when you put it in the carton but I guess it's too much for that place they should train the people working there to do it properly.. I've gone to White Castle many times different ones and never this problem

It was a long wait. My friend and I was told that they were changing shifts so it would be a wait. It took them 20 minutes to get back to the drive thru window. We had four cars ahead of us. We finally placed our order, the car in front of us left because he got tired of waiting. When it was time to get our food, they gave us the guy in front of us food. I completely understand how hectic fast food jobs can be but no one apologized for the wait time or make the initiative to make the situation right.

Food is excellent, and quick to serve up. Helpful employees as well. I wouldn't recommend eating inside if it can be helped. Other than that get a bunch of sliders and some sides and get ready for deliciousness.

Considering it was late night and a line wait was not too bad. Staff didn't fully know menu (or we can't read)we ordered a shake and the worker insisted it was a parfait/said parfait on the menu 🤷🏽‍♀️ food was ok. I mean it's White Castle. It's what one would expect of white castle.

Access to White Castle is extremely hard for people in wheelchairs, like me. There is no pathway from the sidewalk, which is crazy in Chicago! You can only access your restaurant, in a wheelchair, is by going into the shopping center driveway. That's dangerous because cause are driving thru the shopping center and driving your wheelchair on the same road that cars drive is dangerous, especially if you're going with traffic. You need to change that.

This White Castle is so good. I get breakfast there. They have actual eggs and sausage on toast like you would make at home. The staff is sooooo friendly!! And very responsive to the customer. Way to go to the manager and the team!!

The staff ignores you. Will not acknowledge you at all and walk past. The dining area is dirty, spills on the floor, food on the tables still. Food always somehow gets me sick too. Idk how its still open.

This place is always doing something wrong and the older ladies there have such an attitude that if the burnt food doesn't make you lose your appetite they're bad attitude and work performance will surely do that for you. I ordered a 5pc mozzarella stick and two chicken sandwiches I paid for it and when I went to the next window and waited 10 minutes the lady opened up the window and" said what do you want" to which I replied I want my food already she slammed the window shut then came back 5 minutes later to tell me to pull up by the door for another 15 minutes. WORST WHITE CASTLE EVER. Just spent 37 minutes in the drive-thru from getting blocked in by all the cars and it took that long just to get 10 mozzarella sticks and two cheeseburgers. Something has to be done about this location already this is completely ridiculous
