This store never opens on time: not sure if key holders are always late or they just don’t unlock the doors but it’s annoying.

I literally just left and could not leave without leaving an Honest review… First off no one spoke and said good morning when I entered and even when I initiated no response.… 2nd someone so called “tried” to steal a charger went to register to pay for it, they even apologized and I can tell the customer was very genuine. The person needed a charger super bad, they put the customer out… ok kool you are doing your job.
But what blew me is when they mocked the customer for Apologizing 😳 the customer apologized several times and even tried to pay for it. I just felt like laughing at someone’s genuine apology was not right. My humble opinion tho.

After that it made me sooooo uncomfortable that every time I walked by they’re just looking to make sure I’m not stealing something I DO NOT do but I understand you don’t know me but at least have the common decency to play it off and say good morning do you need help with anything.

The entire vibe was just weird. The lady at the register who didnt welcome or greet anyone was just steady talking about her night out saying same things over n over 🙄 which she was super loud talking I heard her convo way in the back of the store. All that loudness but couldn’t welcome her customers?🤔 weird….

Also every time I come I always end up going to Dollar General because they usually are out of stock of what I’m looking for. Oan school supplies are overpriced better off going to Staples or Meijer! I’m so over this location. I don’t usually have these issues at other locations but this is my 3rd time giving it a try I do not like this store.

Prices seemed a little high but I pretty much found everything that I needed in some way some items were not there but overall it was a nice experience and I had a real nice and pleasant cashier enjoy be blessed and safe

This place use to be super convenient and now they are not!! They are closing before closing time which makes it inconvenient for those of us that have odd working hours!!!!!!!

Usually I like coming to this dollar store and everyone is usually friendly but I came here last week and the girl who rang me up didn’t even greet me. She was talking on the phone with her headphones on and walked away to be on her phone while I was paying. I wasn’t going to wait on her until she was done doing what she had to do on her phone to get my receipt I just walked away and left.

This place is clean but the staff is very rude!! I came to the counter to pay for my things the cashier walked up rolling her eyes, didn’t greet me, and continued to be on her phone. She was a short African American girl with blue hair. If you’re gonna have an attitude coming to work maybe you should find employment where you don’t have to deal with the public

Went here yesterday for the first time since they opened back up everything was very clean and organized it even looks bigger than before and they have helium balloons 🎈 I was very glad to see a nice friendly cashier for once I will definitely be going back more often now

Please don't go there if some how you care about yourself they clearly stated on a post that is required to wear face mask to be able to enter store but this is a joke when don't even the employees are using one or gloves it looks like the manager was there and he didn't care so please stay away from this store....

This family dollar is cleaner than its predecessor. After they rebuilt the family dollar from ashes, I've been coming here more regularly.The line way a bit slow but other than that I like this Family Dollar a lot. Also no cash back.
