Only take order from UberEats and Doordash because system’s rebooting. During business hours all systems should be going in order to serve hungry customers. They have a nice late night vegan selection but what good is it if the system is rebooting during business hours.

They mess up your food 99.9% of the time. The staff have terrible attitudes 😒. I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant. Today, in particular, I ordered a Chipotle Ranch Chicken Grilled Burritto. No tomatoes, no chipotle ranch, no lettuce, and add black beans. Of course, they didn't make it correctly, so that was a waste of money.

I'm just trying to gain clarity as to what time does this location close? On the sign it states 2am . This is the second time I've arrived between 1:30- 1:40 am and I'm told that they are closed, yet all the employees are sitting out front on the curb or in cars smoking , seemingly having a great time. The one chick comes inside to the window looking buzzed & rudely to asked why I'm still sitting there since they closed, shuts the window as if I'm irrating her because I asked do they always close 20-30 minutes early, if so I don't have to bother stopping here i can keep it moving and find another late night spot . Please make your hours clear gas to expensive to be making blank trips or find employees willing to work the hours stated on your establishments signage.

This place gives you cold FOOD…they also have the RUDEST manager. I called back to speak to the manager..she disconnected me 4 times ,intentionally . Once She finally answered the phone ,I explain my complaint about the cold taco beef meat being COLD on the nacho bell grande meal. She,the,manager,asked me what did I want to do . I said that I would bring the food back with the receipt.. she could refund my money. NO she yelled in the phone. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

First thigs first its one pf the cleanest Tacobell ive seen the cashier was friendly weighttime was 10min we were the only ones in the store & the portions amazing... Now the issue when I recive the order & it was all correct but the chk chalupa wasnt fully cooked the bread was slightly crisp but not cooked to the norm chalupa bubly crispy sides when speaking to the other employee in i told her thatits wasnt fully cooked she responded its on a timer its done, when i pointed out its bland & not crispy like it normaly is & she can look at the image on the menu & in my hand she said it not going to look like the pic you cant follow that, then proceeded to walk away ognoring me. Besides that everything elsa was good.

Pulled into drive thru at 1:15a. Both cashiers are outside, at their car, WITH THEIR HEADSETS STILL ON. When I asked if they were closed (even tho the sign clearly says closes at 2a), the young lady said they weren't taking anymore orders for the evening. Very unprofessional. The night before they said that they weren't making anything other than tacos! Is this how this establishment does their business??

I attempted to place an order via drive through and they told me they were under staff and that I had to pull to the parking lot to place an order on the mobile app

After I placed the order I was told to get back in line and once i did the person taking the orders said it would take 30min to get to their system after I had already placed waited 20 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said that my order wasn't in their system yet and that I will have to wait in the parking lot another 20min.

At this time they are now taking orders in the drive thru and everyone else has gotten their order and I still haven't received mine and that an door dash has to go out first.

I placed an order at 10:52pm and didn't receive my food until 11:36pm

This was the rudest staff and manager that I have ever encountered and this is very unacceptable while they sat inside and laughed while I wanted over 30+min

The food was fresh and hot. I had combo #3. It included a burrito, hard shell taco and a Baja drink. The cost was $9.89. I expected to get a nice size burrito for the price , but it disappointed- all the fixings were there, but the burrito was skimpy. It left me feeling like I could of went to an authentic Mexican restaurant for a couple more dollars and received a nice size burrito.

When you pick up your food, check your order. Then double check it. Then open everything up just to be sure. Because they won't, and if you find out they made a mistake or forgot something (and this location almost always forgets something), you're out of luck. Will not be returning.

Update: The girlfriend had a hankering for late night tacos. They forgot half our order. Still a garbage franchise. Stay away.

Dude working there didn't have even a semblance of a mask on. I wouldn't have even said anything if he had actually gotten my order CLOSE to correct. Missing one whole item, one item had the sour cream I explicitly said NOT to add, and it was all cold. Oh, and I didn't get a receipt, either.

Someone is not washing their hands or there must be lack of cleanliness because on 4/28/21 around approximately 10:30pm i ordered a few tacos and a burrito. After eating it i became extremely sick. Stayed up from 12am til 4am running back and forth to the bathroom never have i ate tacobell and had this issue. I want to warn others to not come here, my biggest mistake was not looking at the reviews like i usually do but i was so hungry i wasted $12 for nothing. Never again!!!!

You can dine in again along with order ahead curbside pick up. The food is good and made to order. Good beverage variety too. Workers are friendly and helpful. Lastly the inside of the restaurant is very clean.
