The store is clean, well organized, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. We asked where to find a specific item and were shown the location rather than pointed in the direction of said item. I appreciate the extra minute or two that takes. As for the quality, we have been very happy with jeans and underwear. My husband was wearing holes in another store brand 6 to 8 months after purchasing. He has 2 pairs from Duluth that are going on a year and don't show signs of wear! We just bought another pair to add to his rotation.

I came here back in October. I did not have a good experience here. I made a purchase online and went to pick up my order, which I had gotten a message saying it was ready to pick up. I drove an hour to pick this up
When I got there it wasn't ready. While I waited for it to get put together I asked if someone could help me look for another pair of pants because I was told the one pair of pants I had bought for my son, was no longer in stock. It seemed like they were all too busy to help me. There was a middle-aged woman behind the.counter who was too busy marking products to help me the middle aged man was not very pleasant or helpful, and he sent a teenage guy who really didn't know anything about the pants to help me. I was so frustrated and thought I'm never going there again. My boys really like their products . I think they are overpriced, and if their customer service continues to be like that, they will be out of business soon. Also, the pair of pants I did buy started showing stretch marks, and it's been less than 5 months since he's had them.

Ok, maybe Duluth has a convoluted clearance policy and is hard to explain

Then she called me over, transaction went decent until she asked me to put in my number to get 15 percent off. I said no, I don't live near a Duluth, just happen to be in the area.

About 9:50 on Saturday 12/14.

She then proceeded to step back, look away and ignore me until the receipt popped up, I said have a good day and she handed me the receipt and that was it.

If she didn't hear me, that's one thing, but or it's because I didn't put my number in...what's it to her?

Only buy when items are on sale. Although the quality is good, they prices are high without sales or coupons. The employees are extra helpful and provide a welcoming orderly environment.

I’ve seen so many of their funny commercials but have never been into one of their stores. They’re really nicely decorated! I would say that they’re on par with the Eddie Bauers, REI, and North Faces of the Industry.

They don’t just have men’s underwear here!

Convenient location with free parking. This is a large store with a wide range of sizes in their various brands ranging from work wear to outdoor wear.

One thing this store lacks that I have seen in some of the other locations is a discount/clearance room. Overall, this store was as expected and I have no complaints.

Came in looking for Sox and left out with the best underwear ever. Luc schooled me and I ultimately purchased the Buck Naked version. There is no false advertising with them either. Only if you get super sweaty will it become a bit uncomfy. Thanks Luc!!

Met the most adorable person at the store. Her name was Patricia and I believe she was the store manager. She was very friendly, outgoing and quite talkative. Kept me busy while my wife was off shopping.

Devin was also a hoot and a delight to work with. These days it is hard to find anyone in retail that appear to love their jobs and have fun doing it. All of the associates were incredibly friendly and helpful. It also helps that they have some great merchandise there.

We love the ads and around it by accident, on our way somewhere else. My son liked the selection of clothes in his size. So he spent his birthday money there.

I bought a puffer jacket. On a lot of the clothing is made overseas with synthetic material, which tends to not be as warm. Many coats and jackets were not wind AND water resistant, which makes a difference in this area during winter and fall. It's wise to get a size larger so you can layer clothing.

We did like the accessories: hats, gloves, scarves, women's bags and wallets, undies and sox. Everything was reasonably priced when compared to Land's End, whose clothing tends to be cotton or wool and synthetic blend.

Duluth also had great gift ideas and seasonal treats. We'd go back in spring.

I wish clothing companies had better descriptions online. I went here hoping to grab a work rain jacket but they all seem to be this stuff vynal feeling material but the photos online looked more fabric like. Regardless waste of a trip to the store. Didn't like the jackets they had. Tons of super large sizes if you need that though

Interesting and neat store. Some unique, "country folk" items, lol. Big place with their own good quality clothing that my husband had been eager to try and he Loves their jeans! He has thick, muscular legs and behind and so regular jeans rip that the seams too quickly for him as he wears jeans to work everyday. These Duluth jeans are reinforced in the right areas And have a bit more stretch to them. Generously sized so er can tell they will last!
This place is Pricey I must say, as I am the penny pincher in the familia and dont care about name brands too much, but their stuff does seem to he pretty good quality, so far...
Will review again in the future if anything to the contrary arises. 👍🏽

Not a single employee said two words to us . Was looking for a few items . Had one employee come to the other side of a rack and turn and leave so quick wasn't even funny . Needless to say my money does spend elsewhere. Did not buy anything. Customer service was definitely not to be found in this store .

I needed new underwear. I've heard about Duluth Trading Company's Buck Naked underwear. I've heard it's good underwear. A few days ago I bought one pair, just to try them out before I bought more. They are the best underwear I've ever worn. Today I went back and bought a bunch more. Duluth Trading Company=great underwear.
