I came in at 1:49 and didn't get my things until 2:15, she got the persons order in front of me wrong and they kept correcting her but gave up and left. When I ordered i looked at the receipt and told her I wanted 2 peach refreshers not 1, she ignored my comment and told me she's making it, she comes back and I only got one. I told her I wanted two and after a minute of explaining I wanted 2 not 1 she finally understood and I payed for the second one, she then rushed my second on leaving it with powder and not completed. My first one was fine but the second had a stale powder that even after mixing didn't settle, and it wasn't even full like the other. Not coming back

This is probably the filthiest dunkin donut in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I have visited this place one too many times but have notified the owners to properly clean their tables, empty out their trash and also serve dunkin products that align well with dunkin quality across the same stores in the area. My recent experience was pretty much the last straw, I do not plan to visit this place again and am just forced to have to write this review since the customer service and the attitude of this store is probably the worst of all dunkins I have been to in my neighborhood area.

2023 update: now they can even make a frozen chocolate the same half the time. I get maybe 6 out of 10 that have less chocolate so they're bland. Got one to and it has next to no chocolate taste. I barely want to drink it. Fyi the one on in Naperville on Naper is great. Drinks are always good and they do a chocolate swirl in it making it even better.

Ordered 2 donuts and a frozen chocolate. Cashier gave me a frozen coffee. BTW I'm allergic to coffee. Then when i complained the cashier said thats what i ordered which obviously i would never order. Only after chucking the coffee in the trash did the other worker offer to give me what i ordered. My throat is swelled up now and i can't swallow. Thanks a lot Dunkin.

Stay away from this Dunkin. Employees can hardly understand English and when addressing customers are rude and dismissive. I watched the underaged employee put cold brew instead of my iced coffee. This happened twice now and one can taste the difference. When i confronted her, she lied to my face explaining they don't do that. I live a block from this Duncan and will go out of my way to go to another.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Younger girls not wanting to work AT ALL “SANTANA” is her name. i get to the counter and the young girl working there is at the cashier, she looks at me and walks away. she comes back looks at me again and doesn’t say anything. until my boyfriend asks her if we can order. she said yes. our order was complete and she never gave me my receipt nor my bag with donuts. she just left it beside the cashier and left. another lady came and asked me if i wanted my receipt and i said “yes i guess the other girl didn’t want to give it to me.” at this point they still didn’t give me my bag of donuts so i asked the other lady, “is this my bag?” she looks inside the bag and said “i think so” and gives it to me. Ordered a bagel, donut, and a cold brew. Took 20 minutes to get my bagel and I had to flag the staff down because they forgot my coldbrew. The guy making the drinks didn't know how to make anything and had to keep asking the cashier. Service as a whole was terrible.

What I don't like about this location is they refused to honor the company's reward program. I had a birthday coupon and he told me he wouldn't accept it so I walked out. Not only did he lose my business, he also lost out on me spending a large amount of money that I wanted to buy (drinks and coffee) for some clients at work. I took my business to the store on the corner of Hobson and Rt. 53 at the BP gas station. How are they allowed to use the name but don't want to participate in the programs DD runs? I refuse to patronize them and I encourage others to do the same.

I contacted DD by email with my complaint. I was informed that the company "encourages" the franchises to participate in the promotions and programs but they are forced to. For me and others I know, if you want my business, show appreciation and follow what's advertised.

My order came out correctly, but the service was a little rude. Couldn't finish my order without the gentleman behind the counter cutting me off saying "anything else" "anything else".

The counter was cluttered with random boxes and a stack of receipts that hadn't been thrown away. Plus the counter where you receive your order was wet with spilled coffee and receipts for mobile orders were thrown into the mess then placed on top of the coffee lids.

I always go to this place down from the laundromat I go too every week! Love the flavors and the associates are very kind. Pays attention to details too! Gentleman helped individually wrap my travel coffee mugs which I really appreciated. The lady at the counter helped me with my orders plus the payment device.

If I could give it 0, I would. Horrible customer service. They are rude there. Ordered curbside. When I got there, the only curbside spot was occupied, so I parked 2 spots over (the only spot open at the time). I checked in and was waiting. After 15 minutes (I only ordered a donut and orange juice), I called and a man answered. He said something about not being in the curbside spot and something else but I didn't understand him. So I said "sorry I couldn't understand the last part." He then hangs up on me. Then a woman comes out with the man standing at the door. She yelled at me about not being in the curbside spot, that was now finally open. I told her it was occupied when I got here. She just turns and walks away with attitude. This is the closest one to me, but I'll have to travel further from now on.

Every time I’m in this dunkin location I receive terrible customer service and bad attitudes. If it’s not the woman owner, it’s the young female worker who’s always there. Today I asked for my coffee to be extra hot and was told “what ever they have I use”. I explained to her she had to steam the coffee, she said no I’m not doing that you’ll get what’s here! Living down the st from this location but I rather support else where or Starbucks! They have lost a faithful customer!

After losing overnight lady,mornings are not good. Not open 24hrs. Opens at 4am,restaurant dirty,no napkins. Night people should not leave mess for morning person. Donuts cant get put away in morning, not enough help. This is a mess. Was a good place. Owner needs to step up.

Very unprofessional and rude staff!! I asked for a hot latte and the staff charged me the price for a cold latte (higher price). They did not commit they were wrong until I pointed out the prices were different on the menu board!

Then, one staff tried to refund me and then recharge me. However, they were very unfamiliar with their system, and it took them several minutes to refund and recharge my credit card. During the whole procedure, no apologizes, and they even made jokes to each other showing no respect to me!

What's worse, after several days, I found I was charged one cold latte and two hot latte but only get refund for the mis-operated cold latte! This means after 15 minutes arguing with them, I was finally charged two cups of hot latte even though I only ordered one. I will never come to this store again! The staff are unprofessional and rude!!

The female owner was working the counter, didn't greet us, didn't seem interested that we were there. After the transaction was completed, she completely forgot to make my kids their frozen chocolate, 17 minutes passed before she asked if we had everything, she then tried to blame her coworkers for not making it. This particular Dunkin is understaffed. When I came I specifically asked what sugar free flavors they had. The person working pointed to the sign instead of just telling me. But come to find out all the flavors are grouped together. How would I have known what was sugar free or not. Very rude. The same man rang me up. And when I realized I did not give him the right amout of change, which was exactly 3 cents more, he stood there and waited for it. Instead of just ringing me out. And allowing the long line to move.

Great location in Downers Grove, so this place usually has a really good flow of people coming in. Expect a line, but they go super fast. The people working here are really nice and will do everything to get your order right. I don't think I've ever had an order that went wrong.

I grab donuts, bagels, and coffee from here, and all of them are good quality. Oh and 24/7 is huge for late nights or early mornings.

Classic donuts. Oreo hot chocolate is great. Smoothies are syrupy. This Dunkin has been home for my group of friends. Very chill employees. They let us sit in the store for an hour or two, and talk loudly and laugh and play card games, even at odd hours, like midnight.

I absolutely hate going to this location. Unknowledgable staff. Often smells like sewage. Not clean. I have walked out of there at least 3 different times because of stupidity and or not have what I wanted. Today was the last time I'll go to this location. Over $1.20... they think I'm stupid and that I dont know the cost of things and they to overcharge me. And argue with me about it. I dont care about the small dollar amount. I care about the principle of it. So they had to lose a customer and they made the drink already, so it cost them that as well.
