Went through the drive thru this morning for the first time in a long time and was immediately reminded why you should NOT get food here. Ordered a couple egg and cheese wake up wraps, and my eggs were COLD!

The Manager or Owner. Refused to make my ice coffee right. She started yelling at me. There were 2 customers that seen this going on. When I was leaving the other customer was outside and said shame on that Manager or Owner.This person needs anger management classes. Go get help. May 5 at 8:44 am. Protest against this Dunkin Donuts.

Nothing says customer service like the phrase “what do you want?” Probably the worst service at a Dunkin I have ever received. At least the coffee is cheap and tasty.

They are out of donuts most of the times.
Recently I went on national donut day and they were out of donuts. So I was given coupons for free donut. The next day I went to claim my donuts and the lady enquired very rudely where I got the coupons and when I said that it was her who gave me, she gave me a weird look and then handed me the bag. When I opened it the donut was stale and very hard.

Nothing worse than feeling like a burden to the staff. I was the only person in the store at around 11am and it took 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The person who finally took my order was not friendly and looked put-out. I ordered 2 black coffee's and 25 Munchin's but learned they only had 3 types of donuts to choose from (after I got home I realized they were stale). Eventually an order was placed on the counter with 3 coffee's but noone ever called it out, so I stood there for 10 minutes thinking it was not mine. I finally approached the counter and saw that they charged me for 3 coffee's, not 2. When I told the person who took my order that I only ordered 2 coffee's, she argued with me. She reluctantly provided me a refund for the $3.00, then walked away without a thank you or a sorry. Very disrespectectful, I won't be back!

BTW...there was definetly tension between the employee's and it didn't appear to be a very good workplace.

I went to this location and brought in a coupon to get a box of free donuts. The man at the counter said the coupon was good and even took it back to a computer where he checked it and stated it was good. He then tried to get me to leave the store and go to a different location because he felt that he didn't have a big enough selection of donuts for me to pick from. He listed what they had and what donuts were accepted by the coupon. I picked only the donuts that were accepted by the coupon. I also purchased some coffee. Then when it was time to checkout the man took the coupon and scanned it. He then told me my total which did not include the coupon I asked him if he added it and he stated yes. He then gave this story that someone from corporate created these false coupons. He then proceeded to say that they got let go. Then he refused to take the order or honor the coupon. I feel that the man at the counter should have accepted my coupon since he checked it twice and listed off what was acceptable for the coupon. He then kept the coupon and my donuts since I was not going to perches them. I did pay for my coffee during this transaction. I feel this was very shady and that I was cheated out of my coupon. If he approved it more than once then he should have given me my order. I have been going here for over a year and I will never come back again.

I used to go to this Dunkin’ daily, but , today when I got a wrong sandwich and I drove back to exchange it .the lady in the front accused me of giving a wrong order atleast 5 times! Never going there again

I placed a mobile order online last night and received a receipt and confirmation. When I arrived to pick it up at 6:45, the store was closed with a handwritten sign "closed at 5". I came back the next day to retrieve the order that I paid for and they REFUSED to give it to me. I offered my receipt and all. Their excuse was "we don't have your ticket" and "we closed at 6 or 7 yesterday", although they are set to close at SEVEN. In actuality, they close at EIGHT. I made it clear to them that I saw the sign said they closed at 5, didn't appreciate that bald-faced lie, and asked to speak to a manager but there was "no manager on duty" at the time. I'm still yet to receive my order or compensation ...

I been coming to this place about 16 years was the best place ever , staff was friendly and service always with greeting and smile but not anymore !!! I was waiting 10 minutes inside and been ignored no hi! No welcome ! No please , I be right with you ! It seem to me that I was invisible so I left and I will never go back to this place .

Normally I have good service here, but this morning everything was wrong and when we asked for it to be corrected, they still didn't get it right. Then we pointed out again something we asked for and didn't receive. Yet they didn't even change or correct it. We just left at that point.

Had a horrible experience this morning. Lady was rude at the window and wouldn't even reach that far out the window to retrieve my money and I wasn’t even far away from the window. I ordered a ham egg and cheese on an english muffin but instead got two slices of bread with a slice a cheese in the middle of it. Ridiculous. Never coming back here and you shouldn’t either.

Worst dunkin I have ever experienced. I stopped going in because they are the worst. They even messed up my order on uber? Which the only way is if you can't read, so I figure no one in this dunkin can read correctly. Shameful disrespectful an the food isn't even edible....

It's a shame that this is the only Dunkin on my way to work. Every time I come here lately, the staff is inattentive. My order has come out incorrectly the past 3 times I've been here. I won't be returning to this location.

They close in 30 minutes and when we pulled up she said they were closing and they had no food and only hot decaf coffee. 30 minutes is early to start closing.

Ive been to hundreds of Dunkin donuts and they have all been great. Although this one here is so unprofessional, and rude. I asked for a manager after going back and forth with a hourly worker to remake a coffee that was made incorrectly and they claimed there wasnt one on duty. I would like to speak to a franchise owner in regards to their workers poor behavior and customer service. I am personally a business owner myself and the way they handled the situation is not how business is done.

My iced latte was so full I had to wait to drink it until I got home because when I tried to put the straw in it would spill. Tasted disgusting and like it was burnt. I brought it back later and they refused to give me a new one because I didn't have a receipt...they never give receipts...

the lady in the mornings is a total failure, you're not done saying your order and she's already making the coffee. she comes back and either the size is wrong or the fact iasked for iced and she has a hot. last time ordered my coffee in spanish so she won't mess it up and she gave me a different size & to top it of she argues with me that isaid "large" iordered the whole thing in spanish wth. then they look at you like if they're doing you a favor when they make you late to your destination. p.s ididnt get blueberry on my iced coffee and it's hot, she just put the hot over ice. now the Asian guy is where it's really at.
