Absolutely the worst experience at Dunkin’. Ordered a large caramel latte through the drive-thru at 9 a.m., and it was a complete disaster. The drink was barely warm and tasted like plain milk with no hint of caramel whatsoever. It's as if they forgot the flavor altogether. The service was rushed, and they clearly didn’t care about the quality of what they were handing out. For $5.35, this was a massive disappointment. Never going back!

I feel bad for owner coz who’s working in side of the store they take lot of time most of dunkin’s take only 1 or 2 minutes right but this one took 25 minutes in drive thru and it’s in the morning

My wife pre-ordered two dozen donuts. All specially picked to make my daughter’s donut day special. We walked in at the scheduled pickup time to find the order wasn’t ready! Told the worker and they said they never received the order. My wife shows her the paid receipt. This was met with “you must have ordered from the wrong store”. We made the worker look at the order again just to show her the address is actually correct. Then she disappears for 5 min and brings back yesterday’s random bottom shelf donuts (all the ones NOBODY wants or eats). This was met with an explosion of anger. How does this place not see when the customer is right? Their customer service does not exemplify the Dunkin brand. These guys need a lesson on how to run this business. Needless to say, after 20 min we finally got our order. This will be our last visit to this Dunkin.

First off whoever is cashier “66517 DT” took my order through the drive through. I asked for 3 chocolate long Johns, 2 chocolate chip muffins, and a small coolatta vanilla bean. Before even asking for the chocolate chip muffins, I made sure to ask. If she had any. She assured me “she did”. So I was like yay! Then I get my order. I look in the bag with the donuts, and I see regular donuts. So I was like this isn’t what I ordered. She didn’t really seem to care, and answered back. “We’ll we don’t have the long John you wanted anyway.” So I was like ok. That’s fine. Then I just got home look at my 2 muffins. They are definitely not chocolate chip, and stale af! Like yooo! Seriously I specifically asked if you had them in the first place, and you just give me whatever old muffins you have. I was not rude, I was polite, and she lied to my face! Don’t come to this Dunkin’ Donuts if you want a correct order, because you won’t get it. I called to speak to the store, but they don’t even have their voicemail set up! So now you get a review!

Went there yesterday at 5:25 pm.Thru the drive thru. Kept saying hello so someone could take my order. No one responded. Lights were on .They are supposed to be open until 6 pm. This is the second time this has happen to me. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN . They don't care about doing business. I drove away.Went to the Starbucks up the street to get coffee. Very rude people. First time I ate there, they told me they didn't have the food I had already paid for online. Didn't have any good substitutions and didn't offer a refund. Second time I ate there they shut the window (drive thru) on me and said they were "close" at 4pm!!!

I was on drive thru today pick up my order that i did online. It was one car in front of me. I was second car for some reason my car turn off and it took me between 2 to 3 minutes to started. The cashier from drive thru told me to move i asked her to give me 1 minutes i was tried to start my car. She scream at me telling me if i do not moved my car customers that were behind me were leaving and i will pay for all the orders. I really ask her nicely to give one minute she saw my situation and she didn't care. I can't believe it she treat me like a piece of garbage. I definitely not coming back. Didn't answer me when I drove up to the intercom. Waited a couple minutes with no response so I drove up. The people working seemed shocked that a person would arrive at their window, I received no apology. I even got a "did you say hello at the intercom? What do you want?" I just left. Of course I said something at the intercom, you forgot to check if your earpieces were on.

I used to go to this one regularly since it's the most convenient one for me then I caught on that they throw away your receipt so that when they mess something up(which they do frequently) you have no way to rectify the situation as nobody answers the phone. No voicemail set up. And when you call corporate, and they tell you the General Manager will call you to address the situation, you never get a response. Go anywhere else, they don't care about you here.

Slowest Dunkin’ known to mankind. Everyone here works at 0.5x the speed. You need to repeat your order several times and they will most likely mess it up. The lines always long because of the questionable staff.

Will never ever come back to this location!!!
Ordered 2 avocado sandwiches and other sandwiches, realized was shorted 1 avocado toast so I went back thru the drive thru right away. The manager, Dee, at window insisted she gave me the two avocado toasts and would not provide another. I offered her to check my car and her cameras- still she said she will not give me one as she was sure- she basically said I was lying while in reality she probably gave it to another customer by mistake. After literally arguing for 4 min she finally agreed to make one- at which point I refused after being yelled at that. Called corporate office and waiting to hear back. Worst experience that I have had as a customer anywhere in any establishment.

Can you believe they did not have classic glazed donuts at 11am? They didn't have glazed twists either. The did have chocolate iced, glazed donuts holes and my favorite plain dunking donuts. The real treat was an apple tree at the back of their parking lot with very small delicious apples. We'd go get more donuts just to be able to grab a few more apples.

Terrible experience at this location. It was my first time visiting this location this morning and the lady was so rude. I asked her about a promotion after I placed my order for coffee and then didn’t want to make my coffee order anymore because she had no idea what kind of promotion I was talking about when the sign for the promotion was displayed at the menu window. So she decided in order to avoid the offer to say she didn’t have caramel or cream to make my coffee. I’m really disappointed and I will not be coming back to this location.

Sadly, walk-in customers may wait quite a while for those running the drive-up window to notice the "stranger" at the counter. Worse yet, the donuts made off-site and brought in, aren't very fresh and often the choices are slim. I've had to go to the other Dunkin's down the street to get our favorites. I can see why they dropped the work "Donuts" from their corporate name.

I was the only one in there and 4 cars in the drive thru. 1 lady just walked past me but come to find out she was leaving and another lady in a purple shirt saw me and walked back to the back in to the drive thru.. there’s a guy working the drive thru as well. Came here everyday for about 6 weeks and gotta say only 2 people on this staff are (almost) friendly. But long story short the manager ended up charging me twice one day, when i said something and she realized it she just stared at me jaw dropped (I could see cuz her mask was under her chin). closed at least 15 minutes prior to their posted closing time two days in a row. Theres a Starbucks closer to my house, they'll be getting my business from now on. Dunkin Corporate needs to get on the franchisees to make sure they're lazy employees stay open until the posted closing time, not shut down and clean up so they can be out the door at closing.

I would rate it a zero if I was allowed to. I pulled up and asked if they had something like a Starbucks frappuccino the girl had to get help to answer that question. I ended up ordering a frozen coffee and a medium strawberry coolatta. When I got to the window they try to hand me three drinks, two drinks that weren't mine, and we're confused by why I wouldn't take them. Mind you I repeated my exact order before I pulled up and repeated at the window when the girl asked what I ordered. So all in all I repeated the order probably 4 times and they still messed it up. How hard is it to make coffee. So frustrating I just left without my complete order and apparently got overcharged. Will never go here again. I'm sticking with Pete's and Starbucks.

I never buy anything from Dunkin' for me it's for my son. I grind organic light roast (to decrease carcinogens found in medium and dark roast) caffeinated and decaf (Swiss water method) coffee at home that I by online. Drink it without cream or sugar, 12 ounces of caffeinated in the morning and 12 ounces of decaf in the afternoon.

The worker put too much ice i asked to take some out he put the ice with creme and mocha back in the ice machine and when i was like oh no people could be lactose and your putting milk and chocolate in with the rest of the ice for other costumers and he said so and then asked if he wanted me to put that ice back in my cup and i just walked out and i called to tell a manager for hygienic reasons of why that worker should not do that they said no no manager do not call. i was horrified for a Establishment to not only lack hygiene but refuse to listen to a complain baffled me and no manager a store can not open without a manager present i have worked in fast food i know how they work

I have given this location multiple chances. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I order jugs of coffees for meetings at work. I call /go on the app and order coffee ahead and it is never ready. I always am patient because I understand how busy it is but today one of the men behind the counter was so rude to me when I asked for my pick up order. I have never been treated so rudely by any one. I would drive twenty minutes out of my way rather than go to that location ever again. I do not recommend you go here unless you are okay with the worst service of your life. It's sad because I do love dunkin.
