This location was very clean and more spacious than some of the other Starbucks. The chairs and booths were comfortable. Friendly service. I got the strawberry acai. It had a bountiful amount of strawberries but it wasn’t too sweet. It had just the right amount of ice to not make it watery. My partner got one of those oleato’s I’m not a big coffee drinker but I did take a couple sips. It was very smooth, and wasn’t sweet or bitter. It’s a good latte for sipping and doing work. I can’t speak for the wifi since I don’t spend a lot of time here. Honestly, do people really spend like the entire day here if they’re complaining that the wifi isn’t working?

We were really happy with our service here today.
We got the cheese danish the barista recommendation and throughly enjoyed it.
The pink drink was good but I asked for less ice but they still gave a lot sadly.
The Carmel machiotto was delicous and was warm.
Overall pleasant experience.

I ordered a blended refresher on the app and picked up at the drive-thru. Service was great and the cashier was very nice. Only problem was that there was a hair in my drink, but by the time I looked to see it, I’d already driven away.

Asking for a straw for your iced coffee is like asking for a kidney. The disgusting looks and attitudes you get when you simply ask for a straw is crazy. If it annoys you this much to hand a paying customer a straw, then leave them out on the counter and we won’t “annoy” you. Unreal

Sunday morning I stopped in the drive thru to order my Normal Chai Tea Latte. The week before, my chai tasted like burnt water and no chai. This time before I pulled off, I tasted my drink and again, it tasted like water. I handed the drink back to Sarah the worker in the drive thru and told her the drink tasted like water and please remake. She began arguing with me telling me I need to say no water because they add water. I literally told her to stop arguing with me, I'm the customer. I was appalled because no one else in the drive thru told her she shouldn't be arguing with the customer. I will not ever go to that location. Bad drinks and customer service!

Waited 30 min for them to start my drink (after I asked twice) and then it was left sitting for at 5 min in the blender and I had to ask for them to finish it. It was made incorrectly.

Had maybe 10 people behind me, I put in my order, pressured to tip, gave the dollar. STOOD at the counter waiting for my order, after every single person besides myself was served the staff started milling about to which I asked “did you lose my drink?” Yes. They had. I want my dollar back.

I absolutely love this location. Professional and friendly staff. Managed very well, even during rush periods. I only held back on stars because the chocolate food options are disappointing over time. I miss chocolate chip scones, Madelines, dark chocolate grahams, double chocolate chip cake and marble cake, all of which have become relics of the past. Maybe one day… I do like the petite vanilla scones.

Highly disappointed, pulled right up to the speaker was asked to wait to place order, took my order, waited at least 5 minutes from time of order to actually receiving the order. $5 for a white hot chocolate that was not prepared properly. If you’re paying higher wages, raising prices, please make sure the product is served correctly. Another Starbucks fail….America runs on Dunkin I guess

I was having the worst week ever and they say a small act of kindness goes a long way. From the moment I pulled in the drive thru the pleasant friendly tone welcomed me it's like his smile was was shining through that voice. I had to acknowledge and let him know how wonderful his customer service was this morning. The lady at the window was wonderful also. I definitely had to take the time to do this review because you never know what a person might be facing but when you go over amd beyond to execute great customer service it's very much appreciated so thank you guys for being so kind. 😊 I truly appreciate the few wonderful people out here in the world.

Made a last minute decision to grab a coffee this morning. Bad decision. I was there, waiting for one drink for 20+ minutes, while mobile order after mobile order was filled while I waited. The staff was absolutely working really hard, but whatever system is in place for order fulfillment sucks. Ridiculous.

When it comes to ask you to put your mask over your nose they need 2 seconds to notice you from the time you enter the door. FYI no corona if you sit on table 3 feet from same door. When they messed up your drink and you wait on the side to ask them to fix it, it takes them 5 minutes to notice you waving 👋👋 at them with 2 hands.

The employees are rude and condescending. I placed a mobile order with 3 items they only gave me 2 when I questioned about the third item the woman straight up argued with me rolled her eyes and finally made the item I was missing. Other times they’ve been out of items I’ve mobile ordered and had a hell of a time and with an attitude from employees to get the difference in price. I don’t understand what happened once this location moved but I miss all the old employees they were amazing! But now I quit going because I’m tired of battling with them every time I go. Starbucks bring back the old employees you had before you moved!

Worst Starbucks ever! I typically order on my app for pick up. When I enter, the staff is super unfriendly & always seem like they are just too busy to even acknowledge you. Zero eye contact. Always looks like they are overwhelmed & angry. Coffee brings joy...the staff there steals it with their horrible customer service. I will go out of my way & head over to Peet’s to get wonderful customer service & a better cup of coffee.

Too much ice in the drink - who the hell pays for frozen water when you want tea? What’s so difficult about “easy ice”? I took out most of the ice & was left with half a cup. Best Starbucks baristas. Always gets my order right. Especially during the winter time, if a person ordered something cinnamon before you, most likely you'll have cinnamon taste on your order. I never get that in this location. Only one of the few great service they do here.

They are good but they can be a lot better. They mess up my drinks all the time and for Mobile orders I’ve had to wait around while past ready now point. It just seems that they don’t have enough staff in the morning to handle the flow. And a few of the ones They do have are very slow. I will say when they do mess up a drink and you tell them they will get you a new one right away and let you have the one they messed up.

This is a particularly nice little Starbucks. It's just off Ogden, but it's tucked away so that apparently no one knows it's there.

Every time I've been in here it's been only semi-busy. Not empty, but not packed, either. It's perfect for when you just want to snag a cup of coffee and work on your oral defense for an hour while the kid's at dance class, or sit quietly and chat with a friend. Some of the Starbucks are way too loud, either from the patrons or the music. Neither is an issue here.
