Been going here a long time and the quality and service has severely declined. I recently ordered and the barista completely fumbled my order (she acknowledge that she misheard me) and instead of remaking the drink that I ordered she attempted to charge me for an additional drink. The manager on duty at the time was about 16 and aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of diffusing the situation she proceeded to contradict what the company policy was and cause a scene in front of other customers. An additional manager showed up and proceeded to correct the situation.

Everyone of these girls, I don’t know their names but I’m sure I’ve seen all the staff at this point, they are all so talented, patient and super sweet!! Idk about me but corporate gotta give them a raise first ⭐️

I am a Gloria jeans person but the coffee here was bad for some reason. The taste was just not right compared to other Gloria Jeans. The staff was good tho!

I was at the mall yesterday and saw a customer screaming at the two ladies over a smoothie.. these girls were nothing short of PROFESSIONAL. They kept calm and did their best to help even when the customer cursed at them horribly. The women that work there definitely need a raise. Also they make fantastic chillers 💕 very delicious. I highly recommend this location for coffee. Great service and great drinks.

Normally I always have good experience but the last time was terrible.
The milk was rotten and they claimed they got it today. Then why is there chunks on top? And I thought maybe it was the style of the drink but I took a sip and instantly spit it out. Tasted so rotten and sickening. Went back and told the worker (turns out to be a manager) and she offers to make me another coffee the exact same -_- so I ask for money back instead but! She told me no refunds on drinks. So then she tells me I can get another drink but at that point I don’t trust any of the coffee. So instead I get a plain iced coffee which is $2 and the other drink was $5. She gives me a small iced coffee and I said this is not the same price.
She proceeds to tell me “we normally don’t do this but I wanted to be nice”.
They lost a loyal customer after this situation. I do not recommend anymore due to mangers reactions and the terrible ROTTEN coffee

They make the best coffee around. I also get espresso beans for my machine. They are fresh and extremely aromatic.

I love their coffee, they have good variety of coffee flavors and you can really taste and enjoy distinct and unique bold flavors. Customer friendly too and service was quick! It’s a small kiosk at HIP mall gets busy at certain times, still I enjoy their coffee every visit!

I was trying to buy half cup of warm water to warm up my baby’s milk and told me they dont sell, i asked if i can have some at least, they still wont give me some. That sucks for a beverage industry that cant provide half cup of warm water. We supposed to try their coffee but after this, they just lose us as customer. Kudos to Starbucks next door though.

I ordered two drinks but, the cashier only rang me for one and instead of allowing me to purchase a drink for my kid, the cashier just brushed me off and told me to have a nice day. The Norridge location is just terrible in general. Every time I come to this specific location, there is a problem.

They served me a pina coloda smoothie that taste spoiled. I let Helen the manager know and her respond was We do not do taste test after I asked for a different flavor. She then continues to rant that she is tired of you people asking for refunds which I never asked for a refund. I simply wanted a different flavor. I would rate them no stars for poor customer service. By the way they had samples out which means they do offer small taste.

Place looks nice but the coffee is expensive. Cinnabon and Starbucks are better to go to. But the people who work there are nice and dont give attitude. The loss of 1 star is for the pricing. Also needs more sales for the holidays

This place served me a terrible chiller that tasted rotten. I thought maybe it was just me so I asked my fiancé to try it also. The Verdict was in, the drink was very dissatisfying. I proceeded to exchange for something different and they told me that there is no refunds or exchanges. Very poor customer service when Gloria jeans promotes customers satisfaction. The drink went in the garbage I wasted nearly six dollars on something that makes my stomach turn just thinking about it. This has put a bad taste in my mouth and Ill stick to more reputable companies that are loyal to their customers and take pride in customer satisfaction. I work too hard for my money to throw it in the garbage.

gloria jeans coffee is a must try. In my opinion it is way better than starbucks. the vanilla caramel chiller is soo good!! you will be amazed! super sugary though
