Great for picking up household staples. Their up&up and Good & Gather brands are very competitive and sometimes better than the name brand item. I've been to this store a gazillion times (I live 5mins away) and rarely had an issue with long waits to check-out since I prefer the self check-out area. It does get busier during holidays but so do other stores. Parking is convenient on both levels.

I live right near this store, and it gets worse and worse every time I visit. Last night, Tues. 8/16/23, the checkout lines were over a 20-minute wait (see pictures). People were abandoning the carts and baskets full of refrigerated/frozen food in the middle of the store and walking away. All that product is gonna end up in the trash. And people complain and wonder why the price of things is so high, it's not just the idiots in Washington giving all our money to other countries, it's shoppers like you and I leaving food to spoil outside the refrigerators and freezers!!!

Nary an employee working around was to be found. I saw 1 or 2 cashiers both upstairs and downstairs plus 1 person watching the self-checkout area. I worked at this store years ago when I was a teenager and used to hate having to zone - clean up every department and organize the shelves - nowadays, I wish management kept people working like they used to back then, but it seems the leadership is so toxic or useless that they can't keep a fully-stocked, clean store. Everything is a mess. The store looks like a storm blew through. DO BETTER, TARGET!

This target is not minor friendly people under 18 without a guardian can’t shop there. There are better targets to shop at, this target assumes people’s age and workers in retail stores should never do this. Maybe instead of seeing every minor as shop lifters employees should do their job and make sure shoplifting isn’t occurring (it still is ).

Since of Today the target in Harlem plaza ( The Hip ) is not allowing any minors into the store without a parent and I understand that people might be disturbing which is what the workers said is the reason why minors can’t go into the store but that also means the workers are not doing their job of making sure no problems are going on in the store and not all minors are like that today my sister and I tried to go in and they said we needed a adult so I asked my mom to come in with us and my mom gave me permission to walk into another isle and a worker comes up to me saying I can not be walking around the store without a parent or else I will be kicked out while other boys that were also minors walked in while the Security would talk to any and every girl who would try to just shop, this is a mall where people should be able to walk around and shop in my opinion this is very messed up and they should pay more attention to what is happening in their store instead of kicking all minors out even ones who have not done anything.

Two stars because this store is Jekyll and Hyde.
Go here before 5pm on a weekday. Any other time… this store is simply a disaster. Clothes all over the place on floors and thrown on racks. Boxes and other garbage everywhere.
I also suggest you wear a mask. The girl in charge of the self check out was coughing up a lung and didn’t look in any condition to be at work. There is absolutely no sanitizing of the machines in between customers or the carts for that matter. Seriously, do your self a favor and come during the day, come armed with a mask, wipes, and sanitizer.

So, Target has failed to support the advancement of Afro-American students. There is a young African-American young lady who recently started at this store. She was recently terminated because her racist boss continued to place her on the schedule even thought she supplied them with her schedule upon hire for her College Couraes. Why would you attempt to destroy the hopes and aspirations of any minority students? Why is it that your Caucasian employee are provided with a different standard and can come late to work. Today me and a group of friends were in the mall from 3-8 and inbetween that time we were in target twice! we went back in because my friends parents were picking them up through the target exit and a lady in the front told us no longer that 3 can enter, we split and the first three went in but suddenly she recognized us, and told us we couldn t come through because we were with the other group. We walk back not knowing what to do or how to get in since their father was already there and we proceed to watch the lady in front let a group of 5 walk in without saying a word, and then another group so we walk in not caring, asked to speak to a manager the associates were laughing and not calling manager, then finally got a hold of manager and she explained to us that it was always a policy, i come to this mall all the time and never had this happen. Truly disrespectful group of disrespectful . I ve worked in retail and understand the pain of it, but this was completely wrong.

This is the messiest Target I have been to, although it is located in a busy mall. The aisles are never sorted as I have been back weeks later to see that merchandise are still in the same messy state. People leave drinks on the merchandise shelves all the time. The selection is limited and so are the quantity. It still has more than a target express.

There were managers left and right on the first floor when there were lines literally on both floors the lines were insane, no cashiers open only self check out it seemed and workers just standing around, thankfully I had a pick up order which also took forever to pick up as I watched employees literally sprint taking drive up orders to and from, customer service seemed to be a disaster and the only guy up there helping was so sweet and attended me quickly. After completing my shopping I went to pay for my items...getting to the checkout there were no cashiers available except for the self checkout. Being a 80ish senior this is a problem for me. There was a young lady that helped me otherwise I considered leaving my cart and leaving the store. Target is not the only store that does this and is an increasing occurrence ADDED COMMENT...PLEASE NOTE I would like to add that today I was contacted by a service manager from Target and she explained why things happened as it did. and what I could do if it happens again. I appreciated the call and her friendliness

Placed an online order said it would be ready in 2 hours . I go there to see if it s ready and they tell me I have to wait for an email because it s still being pulled at this point I go take it off the shelf and bring it to customer service desk and they tell me that they can t process my order because their order puller has to pull the item? They tell me they can cancel my order and I can t purchase it from self check out but I will have to pay more because the online price is only for online orders . now if they had told me that I wouldn t have canceled the initial online order. Long story short I waited 4 hours for for my item. Everyone here is quick to cancel your order but can t process it.

I receive an air fryer as gift that was purchased from Target. It became defective within 2 months. I had the receipt and was told from Target s Corporate office that I could return it to any Target with the receipt. The Norridge Il Target manager Szymon would not accept the air fryer because I did not have the box. Why would I keep the box - I wasn t expecting for it to be defective let alone return it - seriously. I guess the receipt is not sufficient. Maybe add to your return policy. He didn t even bother to check with corporate. In his words, i don t know what other Target stores do, but in his store, he can not accept without the box.

Oh my gosh! I cannot believe how quickly the items were being delivered for Drive Up orders. We waited less than a minute, and the vehicle next to us had the order coming out the door before the car shifted into park! Initially, I thought that the associate was leaving with her personal shopping because it was to quick to be for the car that was just pulling into a spot. I did not continue backing out because I had to see if she walked to, or past, the car. When she walked to the car, my mouth dropped open. The order was correct, and the entire Target experience from shopping to pick up was a breeze.

Target is a great store, (especially this one!) but the Norridge Target desperately needs more employees especially in electronics. It s always one person who is slammed and it s not fair to them or the customer. It s insulting having two guys trying to sell AT&T to us when we need help and the only poor guy who can help us is swamped with customers. Hire more people or pay people more to work in electronics. Also, their Starbucks is ALWAYS out of drinks. ALWAYS.

Very disorganized and the products never seem to be in their correct spots. You spend a lot of time locating where things are and finding them mixed up on the shelves. They are usually very busy which contributes to the disorder but also causes huge lines that take 20 or minutes to wait in. Seeing as how it is tied into the mall the parking is horrible. Always a pain when I have to stop here.

Everytime I go to this location the staff is very helpful. I arrived on day 30 minutes prior to the store closing and I had informed Tony I really was in need of a shoe shine polish gloss. Tony reassured me that their were 2 different locations the item could be found. He stopped what he was doing and understood the importance of the item that I required for work purposes. We both checked the forst location and the item was not there. He then took the time to walk upstairs to the second floor with me where we located the item. He was super helpful, and took the time to assist. Thanks so much Tony! On another occasion their was 2 other individuals that took the time to look up an item that showed in stock on the app.; however. I could not find in store. They checked their handheld devices and were able to go to the back of the store and get the items and bring them to the front to me. I genuinely appreciate the staff here, amd those that go above and beyond. I unfortunately didnt get their names as I didnt see name tags on their uniform. However, thanks so much for all that you do!

The best customer service Ive ever experienced in my life came from an employee at this location by the name of Kaylin G! Give this girl a raise!! A promotion! She quickly solved my problem, and did everything in her power to help me with items I was missing from my order. 11/10 rating! This Target is so bad at their pick up orders. I usually have to wait about 4-6 hours for orders to be fulfilled and then 15 minutes for them to bring the order out. That 2 hour pick up shouldnt even be mentioned when placing the order. Always so disappointed with this target.

Two stars because this store is Jekyll and Hyde. Go here before 5pm on a weekday. Any other time this store is simply a disaster. Clothes all over the place on floors and thrown on racks. Boxes and other garbage everywhere. I also suggest you wear a mask. The girl in charge of the self check out was coughing up a lung and didn t look in any condition to be at work. There is absolutely no sanitizing of the machines in between customers or the carts for that matter. Seriously, do your self a favor and come during the day, come armed with a mask, wipes, and sanitizer.

This is the worst Target store, I have ever been in. The shelves are always half empty. The manager followed me all around the store. Its like he was stalking me. I felt very uncomfortable. They had no cashiers, only self checkout. This Norridge store has everything priced more than any other Target store in the area. No cashiers, shelves half empty, higher prices, store manager follows you around. Soon theyre will be no customers. Avoid this Target in Norridge!!!

I wanted to shout out to Nicole hopefully I spelled her name correctly, but she did a stupendous customer service. She was able to answer all of my questions and she knew her stuff in the electronics department. Keep up the great work!!

Worst location for drive up . Placed an order , it took 5 hours so I canceled .
