I moved out of Chicago years back, but this is the only liquor store I'll shop at while I'm in the area. You can't beat the prices, and the employees are always very knowledgeable. Tim was very helpful today when I stopped in, and he took time from what he was doing to help me pick out a good bottle of wine and a new lager that I've never heard of before. I came in ready to buy the tasteless backwash that I'm used to and ended up leaving with a new favorite beer.

I'm always impressed with the selection of drinks and the expertise of the people working here. If you want a welcoming, professional, and affordable store to buy your beer from, look no further.

We used Garfield's as our wedding alcohol provider and we are so happy we did! Danie was always so fast to respond to my emails and handled my plethora of questions so professionally! We really wanted to have a specific brand of mead at our wedding, which caused a lot of back and forth when picking a particular flavor, but they were able to get it from one of their suppliers, and it was a hit!

I never heard anything about delivery or end of night pick-up being a problem, so I can only assume it went smoothly! Tim reimbursed us for all of our unopened alcohol within days. They also held onto our opened cases of beer for us to pick up from their store for a few days, we really appreciated not having to run that errand the day after the wedding!

Shout out to Garfield’s for making my shopping experience easy. Hands down the best liquor store in Chicago. Tim S. was pretty respectful and patient when helping with my order and even gave me some better suggestions then I had originally planned. You don't have to go to binnys to get an amazing selection. Plus, you can avoid the crowds. Definitely shopping here from now on.

We had our wedding at Salvage One in Chicago in July. Our caterer recommended two different companies to order the liquor through and we reached out to both. It was immediately clear to us that Garfield s Norridge was the way to go. They were quick in responding and sounded like they would be flexible with requests and modifications to the order. We started the process of securing alcohol a little later than we would have liked - about 6 weeks out, but Danie helped us through the process without a problem. She was patient with our requests to add or change items. The delivery and pickup from the venue was seamless. Best of all, we were able to go to the store in Norridge post-wedding to pickup the remaining open items that couldn t be returned. All in all, it was a great experience working with the Garfield s in Norridge for our wedding!

We used Garfields Beverage Warehouse for our BYO wedding welcome drinks and wedding reception in Chicago! Tim S. was helped us pick out alcohol for our large guest list and was super responsive and receptive to our needs. The delivery and pick-up went smoothly for both of our events. And, the biggest plus: we were able to return unopened alcohol! I highly recommend Garfields (and Tim!) for your event coordination.

They need to hire friendlier people. The guy with the hair in a bun was extremely rude he just threw the receipt in the bag not saying anything ..I understand he doesn t like working on Christmas but you don t have take your frustration to customers.

The general manager Tim was very professional and responsive to our requests. Communication about timelines for our wedding were followed and our guests were very happy with their drink choices. We received exactly what we requested and the team dropped off and picked up the alcohol in the timeslot requested for our venue. Thank you Tim and Team Garfields Beverage Warehouse!

Service and and knowledge below average. Cashier never ask about membership numbers. because they dont want you to used. Less products and much more expensive than Binny but weekly or monthly specials sometimes its hard to beat. Check your recipe before walked out because sometimes you pay more than you think. Recommend to have Binny app in your phone to check the price. Drinks alcohol already dump so be smart to shop for good price.

Cant recommend enough, Adam was so helpful with the liquor for our wedding, even though I almost forgot about it until the last minute! We didnt have to worry about anything, and he was super quick to respond every time I had a question or an adjustment that needed to be made to our order. I was able to return the unused liquor for a refund at a Garfields location near our venue, and everyone there was also extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! If you have the option to buy your own liquor for your wedding or event, definitely use Garfields, cant beat the customer service!

We worked with Adam for our wedding reception and it was great! He provided advice on what to order and not only do they buy back, but for a (very reasonable) fee, they came and picked everything leftover at the end of the night. My husband ended up ordering from them for a nonprofit event as well. Highly recommend!

I go here once a week. I buy Fosters premium Ale. Or Guinness or other Stouts. I have asked if they could get me Iron Maiden Trooper beer in a mini keg. So far no go. I have the VIP card and it hasnt done me any good.

Awesome just met Tim the beer expert, I asked for his recommendation on a dark ale, smoky flavor, so he grabbed 2 types of beers for me to try, me the Stone Smoke Porter, with Vanilla Bean (( it was Excellent btw )) and New Holland El Mole Ocho with a little flavor of Chilies and Coffee (( it was amazing my favorite beer ever thus far really vibrant in flavor you definitely taste the spices, aroma its delicious )). I cant wait to go back and try some others the beer selection is enormous. Tim also took out the time to teach me the differences between imperial beers and what to look for in types of tastes, brewing and quality. The selections are vast for beer, wine and liquor.

Amazing selection. New building. Fun atmosphere. My highest recommendation! The best beer selection I have ever seen. For example they have about a dozen NA beers. This is nine or ten more than pretty much anywhere else (see my pano photo of crazy NA beer selection) The beer section is run by Tim, a very knowledgeable, nice fellow.
