I’ve lived in North Aurora my whole life so I’ve seen businesses come and go in this area. I realized this place was new so I went in and I was so pleasantly surprised. The inside is so cute with beautiful decor and paintings on the walls, and the coffee I ordered was amazing. The people there were also super welcoming and walking out of there I already know I’m gonna keep coming back. This business has my FULL support 🫶

First of all, the atmosphere 10/10 So beautiful, feels cozy & feels like your at your abuelas house. Matter fact i couldve sworn i saw my grandma walk past me. Anyways, i got a duvalin latte 7/10 the strawberry cold foam was delicious & the presentation😍 now the horchata latte, 3/10 it was so bland, tasted nothing like horchata until i was about 70% done with it. I guess the horchata flavoring was at the bottom they must have not mixed it properly. The churro cheesecake was inedible. It was hard as a rock, definitely frozen. Who knows maybe we caught them on a bad day. Me personally, i wouldnt go again. If you do go i recommend the duvalin latte

Absolutely love this place and all the ladies behind the counter are very friendly. This place makes you feel like you're at your abuelita's casa. I've tried the Duvalin & Canelitas lattes and both were yummy. I've had the green tamal & the chorizo breakfast burrito. The tamal was decent but the burrito was delicious. It came with sour cream and a choice of mild/hot salsa. The mild salsa was so flavorful. I will definitely be back!

The place is really cute and clean. The Duvalin Latte was delicious. The Café de Olla does taste good, but was extremely hot temperature. I had to wait about 20 mins for it to come down to a tolerable level of heat. The green tamales were wonderful, and I will be back for sure!

Tried Cafe del Sol for the first time and I am so happy with the taste of the mazapan and canelitas lattes my partner & I ordered! The drinks are creative and it’s nice to have a new coffee place in the area that feels so cozy. The staff helping us were kind and we can’t wait to be back again.

This was my first time here at cafe del sol and I ordered an horchata iced latte with the brown sugar cold foam and it was AMAZING. The vegetable burrito was so delicious. I was shocked at how good it was. There were high chairs available for my toddler which was great so we were able to dine in. The atmosphere was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. I ordered the horchata latte for myself and it was so bad I really had only a few sips and had to toss the rest. My husband had the mexican-choco latte and it wasnt much better. He didnt finish his either and trust me he eats and drinks anything. To top it off the girls couldnt find the lids for the cups. What kind of business is this? The cups were sooo flimsy I was afraid to hold them. I know youre trying to save money but that is ridiculous.

We have been meaning to come here and finally made it and will definitely be return customers! We ordered two lattes, two tamales, and a pastry for under $25 which is a steal in our opinion. The cafe itself was so beautiful and the service was just as great!

Really good! Only tried the tamales my first time, really tasty. A bit heavy on the masa, but nothing to whine about. Will definitely be doing lunch here now and then.

First time at the place, I ordered three coffee s, got 2 only, I had to go back and pay for another when I originally had asked for three. I ordered 2 apple cider donuts, and was later told they only had one, the staff did not know their inventory. The one donuts I did get was initially warm, and I thought it was fresh, as it cooled down it became rock solid. Prices were very high I m not sure that I ll be coming back.

First time coming here came with my best friend and we enjoyed the coffee and breakfast I really like the breakfast burrito with chorizo con papa and there horchata latte iced I recommend this place I will come back again. It s super comfortable the music was amazing the sofas are also comfortable once you enter the employees make you feel right at home very clean and respectful environment.

Beautifully decorated cafe, friendly staff, and a really delicious menu! Loved my visit and will be back. I tried a tamale, it was wonderful and definitely homemade. As was the churro cheesecake. The canelitas latte is amazing. Dietary restrictions: Has dairy milk alternatives! Kid-friendliness: Has a bookshelf with some board games! Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible!

First off love that a cafe opened up in the area. The atmosphere is nice and well decorated with cute furniture. The food and drinks definitely need some work but this is a new establishment so take this review with a grain of salt. We had the galleta latte and the choco latte (originally ordered the horchata latte but I think they misheard me). The galleta latte was very sweet and the proportion of cream to drink was a bit unbalanced. The Choco latte was also sweet and had notes of chocolate abuelita that gave me nostalgia. Both drink were unfortunately weak in espresso. We also ordered ham and cheese croissants which were okay and nothing to write home about. Would have loved if they used a different type of cheese over America cheese. Overall experience was not bad and I would give this place another try.

Atmosphere was great, service was great, everyone was very friendly. I m sad to say I was disappointed in the taste of my latte. I got a Mazapan iced latte, it lacked Mazapan flavor and the espresso tasted watered down. Im sad to say I didn t like the coffee, I was super excited to try this café, I ll give it another shot maybe a different flavor latte.

Ordered the Duvalin Lattes, Green Tamales, bean tamales, elote bread 10/10 Drinks were aesthetically pleasing, you must mix for taste. Cost was appropriate for sizing and quality. Food was delicious, huge tamales with generous portions. Masa had delicious flavor. Elote bread was soooooooo good. OMG I can t wait to go back just for that. Quality of service is why I will return, along with the amazing food. One of my bean tamales was undercooked (it happens), I went to ask for a replacement and they were more than willing to replace. I was asked numerous times by different staff members if I wanted 2 tamales instead. I opted for just the 1 but I perceived that as that they are willing to address any issue and go above and beyond for costumer satisfaction. Very friendly happy staff members. Decor is calming and inviting. Clean and cute sitting areas.

I was there 7/12/24 and the cafe de illa was great and also the churro cheesecake the only thing I noticed that didnt seem right was that the cashier when she was putting the label on the plastic cups she had them standing up and was putting 1-2 fingers to pull it out and back again to put in with the others, should either flip the stack with bottoms up and grab it that way (putting stack on napkins/paper or just put a lid on very bottom cup)that way no need to be putting fingers inside the cup Just for that reason I didnt put the 5th star

Delicious!! We had the Duvalin and Galleta lattes which were perfect in flavor! Not too sweet just how we like it. We also had the green and red tamales, the green one was amazing! To finish off we had the chocolate croissant and the elote bread, both were great! Definitely my favorite part of the experience was the service and the vibe! 10/10 recommend Vegetarian options: Bean and cheese tamale and all the desserts.
