The customer service here is beyond amazing. I came in the morning when they were super busy so I had to wait a tad bit longer (like 2 minutes maybe) and they were so apologetic when there was no need really. on top of that the quality of the food was on point. one of the best dunkin’ donuts experiences i’ve ever had.

This is what happens when you hire young people who are not interested in their work, they are serious about burnt cheese and that is how they sell it. I asked the girl at the cashier for a coffee without sugar and the receipt said with sugar after looking at my receipt I told the African-American boy not to put sugar in the coffee and he said that there was no problem but I was surprised when I drank my coffee even more sugar put

This is quite literally the best Dunkin in Aurora at least, I pass another Dunkin on my way here because the staff is actually bright and energetic in the morning and add delight to my breakfast. I cannot say the same about the location I pass on my way here. I always get a smile, and it really helps make my breakfast enjoyable and set a good tone for my day.

Worst location ever.....
Hello management and corporate. Your employees at this location suck. Every order I've made thru doirdash is wrong. How difficult is it to read and fulfill an order correctly.
Here's my experience from multiple orders.
1. Ordered a $7 cappuccino got a large cut of steamed milk....really
2. Ordered coffee with cream and sugar got hot chocolate- funny thing is the sticker on the cup was for coffee the way I ordered it.....seriously you're a coffee and donut shop.
3. Ordered 2 muffins, 1/2 dozen donuts, breakfast sandwich, iced coffee and hot coffee. I received the coffees and breakfast sandwich. The sticker on the bag had my entire order on it but I got 25% of it.....absolutely unacceptable.
Management you need to really take a good hard look at who you are hiring to work there. Your employees inability to get orders right can and will destroy your business...customer orders should be accurate more often then not. Or how bout this get rid of the hourly rate and pay them on commission only this will force employees to do things accurately, not be argumentative with customers when they mess up orders. They get paid on a per order basis that they fulfill, correctly in its entirety there are no consequences for their mistakes which is why it continues to consistently happen. Start holding the employees accountable for it and not the customers, money hurts when it's taken away. How bout they pay the charge if they mess up the order and the customer gets a refund. Pretty sure money being taken away from them would be a huge motivator to oh IDK use your brain and do it right.

Waste of time and money! No quality control! Also they take your money if you order on the mobile app by mistake there is no way to cancel and corporate is fine with that! Still waiting on response and money! Don't believe any positive reviews they are FAKE
It is now 1/14 and still nothing from customer service other than requesting pictures and receipts on 1/12 Sunday even though I ordered off my app! I did send pic and receipt same day requested clearly Dunkin does not check reviews!

Quality Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant. Like their soft seating plus the high tables as well as the regular seats. Employees are kind and efficient and it’s great to have both donuts and ice cream in the same location.

I’m pleased with this Dunkin’. They get you in and out quickly, they are friendly and they always make your food and coffee correctly. I’ve come here at various times on throughout the day and the service is always the same. I have no complaints. This Dunkin’ has become my go to place and I regret it when I go elsewhere every time.

I stop through every Sunday and order coffee and snackin bacon. They handed me cold bacon. I went inside to get a replacement. The young lady behind the counter was rude and argumentative. She was very young and has a lot to learn about customer service. I hope she can identify one of the many other people working there who represent the brand well to be her mentor.

This specific location messes up my orders regularly. I ask for my receipt a lot and sometimes they won't give it to me? They I point our the error and I'm given attitude and told I never asked for that item or part. Example today I asked for 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps. Just egg and cheese. I got 2 sausage ones and was charged for that. I really hate sausage. It's the 3rd time in a row they did it. I went to tell then I just asked for egg and cheese and the staff started to argue and slam things.
Same with drinks. Last time I went I asked for a regular iced latte in medium. They charged me for a large signature latte and argued with me over the order even though I had proof I didn't ask for that at all. I ended up drinking it anyway because I was annoyed.

I feel like I'm a Karen for being upset, but I'm tired of every order i ever have being wrong in some way. Wrong food. Wrong drink, missing items, wrong flavors. It's always wrong and I don't know what more i can do to nicely correct the staff without then glaring at me or huffing.

One of the worst dunkin near me, I used to go here before too…Today there was one lady at front, we made an online order and came here.

She was so rude, to make a coffee. Just two coffee’s right. If you don't wanna make coffee’s and being rude with customers, just let us know. We will go somewhere near by…..!

Atleast, give some respect and be polite.

You don't need to spend anything to be professional, its free of cost by the way.

This location use to be good until they brought in disrespectful little girls. I ordered donuts through the DD app and they said “it wasn’t on their screen” I even had proof and they didn’t care. All the employees were standing around doing nothing. Terrible service!

The worst location ever! Worst staff !! So RUDE! I was in the drive thru today and I can’t believe the 2 women working there were arguing, they made the line in the drive thru wait because they were having their disagreements, I was in shock on how they had us watch their show , they didn’t care that there was customers waiting on their orders !
Be aware !! Don’t go there , I should of listened to all those who told me they’ve experienced the rudest treatment, they have a bad reputation

I don’t know what has been going on here lately. This used to be my favorite Dunkin’. Now They can’t get my order right. I order and iced cappuccino and I get what looks like a watered down iced coffee, I get a frozen drink and it’s completely melted by the time I’m up at the window. It makes me sad but I guess I’ll have to find a new place to get coffee.

15 minute drive to work. Left a half hour early and was 20 minutes late. Thank you DD for the absolute slowest drive thru experience of my life. And I still didn’t get my 1 cup of coffee. Trapped by snow drifts in line and couldn’t bail so I waited until I could pull around still 2 cars from window. I will not ever patron here again.

I updated it from 2 to 4 star. They've definitely improved their standards since I've written this review. They're faster, nicer, more professional.Good Job!

I've been coming here for about a year now, and it's clear that this location need an overhaul of their employees. They mess up a lot, and you can tell that the shift leader is annoyed with her employees. They often get annoyed at you for them making a mistake because they don't listen very well, or ensure that what was being said was heard properly. I get it can be frustrating dealing with people, but you have to be professional always. I can learn to live with unprofessionalism from DD employees, but at least get my order right. Confirm it, listen, talk to us. Getting an order right the first time is the single handed most bestest way to prevent having to remake an order.

Its not the worst, but it's nowhere near the best. Just don't leave until you confirm your order.

The employees need to really double check on orders coming through drive thru's , i am a regular customer & i am always missing one thing from my order & store wise they need to update on drive thru speaker because it's very low & can't exactly hear the employees well.

Very clean store, friendly staff, and I was super excited because I was able to actually get munchkins at 1pm! There was a great selection of both munchkins and all kinds of donuts on the shelves behind the counter, and they tasted and felt fresh too! Most other stores either have nothing left by this time of day or whatever is there are like rocks. Mentioned it to the cashier and she said they always try to keep fresh stock all day because people want donuts all day and not just in the morning. My new favorite DD store!!! 🍩👍🙂
