I dropped these vintage posters to be dry mounted after I found them in an attic of an old house long ago forgotten about and sitting under piles of dust. Micheals did a fantastic job! Special thanks to the girl who worked on it, very happy thank you so much! The pictures speak for themselves. These were tattered torn folded doomed to be in the garbage. Dry, crisp, delicate. Again fantastic job! Wow ! Thanks!!!!

I visited specifically looking for pumpkin orange flowers to accent a dress for my child's dance date. While the selection of flowers was great, that specific color option was not great. I was able to pick out a few flowers and they did suit the dress very well so I am pleased overall.

Kayla was the sweetest thing I've ever met. She helped me even when she was the cashier and showed me around the aisles and store to make a bouquet. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE. She was so helpful when she helped me put rewards in as well. It was my first time in Michael's and it was a really sweet first experience because of her. Thank you Kayla❤️

Great place for all your crafting needs! The store is well organized clean and well stocked The store still have everything you need for all types of decorating visited 09/2022. (Sept. 2023 need one item purchased! The store was nice and clean very well stocked a lot of Halloween items artificial pumpkins artificial flowers baskets etc. As well as craft supplies and much more! ( May 2024 the store has a lot of your crafting needs from paints markers glues glitter etc. and many other items you name they may have! Store well stocked and clean!

This is THE store to go to if you want to be forced to use a glitchy self-checkout lane. And then when, not if, it double scans an item and requires team member login to continue, you will be ignored. They will call over people standing in line behind you to manually check them out, while continuing to ignore you, and then ignore you still as you give up and walk out right past them.

I went with one thing in mind, getting a Cricut or Silouette. I am not crafty at all! So I knew I had questions and needed someone knowledgeable. Miranda helped me and answered all 2k of my questions, haha. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her even when I asked my questions twice because I didnt soak up the answer the first time. She gave me tips and tricks, where I could go for more information once I bought it, etc. I would have been so lost without her!!!

We ordered something online, and after almost 20 hours we hadnt gotten any updates on the order. My wife called Michaels, and after keeping her on hold for about 5 minutes, they got back to her apologizing since their system was acting wonky. They promised that they would have our order done by the time I would get there. When I arrived, every worker seemed busy, and I probably waited a few minutes for someone to help me. The order was perfectly picked, and well use their online ordering again.

Customer service is key. The team here never misses a beat. I also love a clean shippable store. They always have what I need in stock and on the rare occasion that they don t, they offer up another suggestion. It s all in the experience for me. I usually walk in to purchase one thing and someone find myself with an entire shopping cart.

I enjoy going to this Location. The employees are Polite and Knowledgeable! I wanted someone elses opinion on a large project. (It is frustrating to have an employee say, I dont know when you need or want guidance.) The Ladies at this location are HELPFUL! I drive to this Location instead of the locations nearby.
