One of my hash browns looked like it was partially eaten, missing an entire third. The crew didn't get my order right and I had to show them the order on the app to get all my stuff. I usually don't write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience, either good or bad. In this case, it was not good. Not back there. There are other McDonald's, maybe farther away but at least they give you fresh and not half eaten food.

Asked for a big Mac no bun they gave me only one piece of cheese and the container was smeared with mac sauce. Just disgusting. Total disregard for the customer. The young girl at the pick up window wasn't very nice either and didn't confirm my order before handing me my bag all I got was a "here" while I wasn't looking. Yes they were busy but good customer service should always be first priority.

I am not one to complain much about fast food places, especially McDonald’s, considering how a majority of their staff are high schoolers, whom are probably just working there to make quick money, but man, sometimes I feel bad for those kids.

A little while ago I stopped in to eat and one of the workers (Name tag read Maribel), probably a manager? considering the way her uniform was slightly different, was going off on one of the employees and yelling at them to go outside even though they were already busy working on something else.

Believe me when I say. I worked my fair share of lousy fast food jobs and but not one of my managers ever went off on us to do some stupid side quests, especially in weather like this. Lol. Abuse of power is no joke.

This is by far THE worst McDonalds I have ever ordered from in my entire life! I placed an order through DoorDash and never received it and was told it got cancelled, but it wasn’t. My friend placed a second order with this same McDonald’s… we placed an order of 17-19 items and all we received was someone else’s order that consisted of 2 breakfast items. I have never been so disappointed in my entire life. I called the store and a woman answered, as soon as I started to explain what happened, they hung up on me. I did NOT appreciate that whatsoever!!!! So disrespectful and I have never been treated this way ever in my life.

I order at the kiosk and it says to take the number and have a seat as they will bring the food out to me. 5-7 minutes later, still no food. I get up to find out where my food is and is sitting on the counter. Terrible service. They also neglected to give me hot sauce.

This job isn't that hard, just do what you say you are going to do.

worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes until I finally got my 6 piece chicken nuggets. I noticed they forgot my ranch so I waited for about 5 more minutes but nobody ever came back to the drive thru. I finally gave up, parked, and went inside to get my ranch. What I had hoped would be a quick stop for a snack on a work break turned into about 30 minutes of annoyance.
Hopefully it was just an off day for them and that it's not normally like this.

I like that the McDonald's app provides a variety of choices for bonus rewards and discounted specials. It helps with all budgets. Also, the app allows you to use it again after waiting 15 minutes. I will get my drinks at one location then travel to the next one if I'm out in a neighborhood that I know there's 2 McDonald's in close proximity. Drinks are $1 with using the mobile app for pickup.

Literally, every time I go to a McDonald’s no matter where the location is and I want ice cream there’s like a 75% chance the ice cream machine is not working. Another words the employees shut it off because they don’t wanna have to clean it later. Figure it out McDonald’s. You can’t advertise shamrock shakes if you’re not going to actually serve them.

Worst experience at McDonald’s! Probably worst experience anywhere. Just went through drive through. Manager didn’t even know about the buy one get one for $1on nuggets, Mcchicken, McDouble and small fries. The employee who took my order, got the correct price, but when I went to go pay, it was not the correct price. The cashier was incredibly rude. When I said that the board in the drive-through to order said it’s a dollar when you buy one, she argued with me, even the manager did. Cashier walked away said “whatever.” Incredibly rude to say the least. Then after all that, got a McDouble instead of the McChicken I ordered. Nasty fries, were not even warm. Wanted to get money back but in a hurry.

Dirty tables and environment, I guess teens like to come here after school, so they just have inappropriate language and "jokes". It's a McDonald's so of course high standards are not expected. I felt like the patties weren't cooked correctly. Too chewy and salty, not sure how these get messed up honestly. Not the worst McDonalds, certainly far from the best.

I order pretty much the same thing everytime and it's always good tasting and made to my customization. Service is always the same, typical. Some of you need to learn to use the app to order ahead and customize so there are no miscommunications. Why not earn rewards while you're at it? And if you care about verbal pleasantries at a fast food chain to where you give 1 star, that's a you problem 🤣

This location in North Aurora @Orchard jacked our order from the drive-through. Until we got to the pickup window. Now, that's three different stops, and somehow, the order wasn't correct. It was 2 black coffees and cream and sugar on the side with a #7 a cheese burger meal. Yet they kept repeating Buritto Bowl... Yep, the fries were cold, and the burgers were too! And no, I didn't go back. I wanted to, but we were too flustered. It was a busy day, no extra time. Happily, I have my receipt for McDonald's review. Learning a new language can be extremely difficult.

Once again my order was incorrect. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles because I am allergic to pickles, and nuggets with the new sweet sauce. Both cheeseburgers had pickles on them so I was unable to eat them. Didn’t get the sweet sauce. They just don’t care here. Hoodrats all over the place just trying to get $20 an hour but can’t even read an order. Whoever owns this place needs to show up and train these trashcan people and tell them to quit asking for more money because they aren’t worth $7 an hour if they can’t read a simple cheeseburger order.

This McDonald's is our go-to for consistency: good, fresh, hot food and efficient service from pleasant employees. It's out of our way but always worth the trip. *I didn't rate "Atmosphere" because we opted for drive-thru service.

Unbelievable, there is a skinny very anorexic looking girl with long hair with a tad of color to her skin I don't know her name as why I'm trying to describe her. She was running the front, for why idk, but she let 3 customers walk out because she hadn't even acknowledged them then stated she didn't care when she informed. I was there for a pick up and waited 20 min, i asked her if the order was done as it went off the "in progress" category and went to now serving, she said NO their making it. I then saw he rake a bag over to a spot where I'm guessing they put to go orders, and I ask hey am I supposed to go over there and wait. She said NO their making it. The ln a customer behind me said hey I do think your order is over there so he showed me and what do you know it was MY order. Ha I had to run out of there before Chris brown came out of me. Would definitely avoid this one at all cost. Shame on you!
