The service was not their peak. Not the fastest but also got our order in a decent time. It's pretty chill where the seating area is. The food is aways good. For some reason I thought the pep Mocha was a cold mocha.

I got a coffee that had to be made wrong, it no where tasted the same as my regular white chocolate drink. I was already late for work and couldn’t return to address this issue. I tried calling, I called three times and no answer. Service and positive atmosphere is great but I need a fresh coffee Starbucks.

Very nice to have a Starbucks right down the road. Excellent service drinks are standard Starbucks fare. Not so easy to get in and out of the drive thru with my truck. Also this location has been randomly closed a few times. Pumpkin cold brew so delicious 😋

I love this location. It’s always so clean on the inside and outside of the store. The staff is always so friendly, no matter what time a day. I’m here several times a week. My order is always perfect!

We came threw drive threw Friday around 1045 the girl taking order would not give us time to take our order and when we did she didn't listen all 3 drinks were made wrong and the Danish was cold when I called and complained I got I am sorry we will heat you up another Danish and give you to cards the cards are 4 off next drink but I spent 26 dollars on wrong drinks cold food and a casher rushing me so wow costumer service at its finest I guess since they are a big name store it doesn't matter they'd what ever as long as they come out on top

It was supposed to be a dragonfruit refresher with coconut milk. I dont know if its missing an ingredient but it tastes like water. Wasnt given a reciept or offered if i wanted it

Extremely rude manager. I had an offer in my app for a $3 grande beverage. It wasn’t scanning correctly through the app so the manager said, “What do you want me to do about it?” I asked her to honor the deal as it was clearly stated in the app that it was valid Monday-Wednesday from 12-6. She tried saying it was only valid Monday (which again clearly wasn’t the case). Then she tried telling me it wasn’t noon yet (when it was after). She was obviously just making things up. It’s disgusting to me that this is a supposed location that is honoring veterans. I hope all who work on base and at the VA hospital avoid this location with such a dishonest and disrespectful manager.

This by far is the worst, shoddy Starbucks that you will ever go to! They randomly will close their cafe and post a sign saying 'Drive thru' only yet will still serve customers in the cafe! This is the second time they've done this foolishness and turn me away while making beverages for other customers in the cafe. Make it make sense! Definitely come to this location if your expectation is to NOT get customer service.

I am in here every single day with normally no problems, except for when my Honey mint tea is cold I was in the drive-through this morning and reloaded for $25. My smoked bacon sandwich. The top of the croissant was ripped in half my bacon was at the bottom of my bag. My caramel macchiato was perfect. My bacon Gouda is cold. 😞 you guys are getting zero stars today

No one greeted me. I was standing in line and the barista started taking the order of regular behind me until I interrupt and stated no one took my order. I asked for grande Macha green tea latte hot and they still made it cold. Their customers services is horrible and I will not be returning to this location.

i think the workers are pretty good at making drinks. i’ve always had really great results, but i refuse to go on weekends because there’s this extremely loud worker and she’s always swearing, it’s honestly uncomfortable. otherwise, it’s a really nice place.

Love this location! It’s right next to my job and so convenient for either before or after work. Sure, when they recently ordered there were a few minor screw ups with my order but they always remade my drinks. The inside is also always super clean and really comfortable to work in.

Whoever took drive thru orders 7/20 at 7:56am was very rude. The chicken maple egg sandwich has been on the menu at this location and it's never available. So this morning, I politely asked was there a reason why it's on the menu when they don't have it available. The girl just said "no". I asked "So you all advertise products that you don't have". There was silence and with an attitude she says "WE DONT HAVE CONTROL OVER OUR SHIPMENT". That right there just lost me and I will no longer support this location. I was born and raised in North Chicago and have been going to other locations until this location opened up. If your workers can't handle questions regarding what is on the menu then they should not be employed.

Perfect location. It's really close to the Naval Base so it's pretty easy to grab a coffee on your way in. It's brand new as well, and the staff are super nice! The reason for 3 stars though..... its insanely SLOOOOW. It takes 10 minutes+ to get a coffee, and when you get to the window they forget to even make your coffee. They're like, "what did you order again?" Like what do you even mean... I already paid for it?? Oh well. Maybe after a few more weeks they'll get it together! It has promise, but definitely a struggle bus currently.

This store hasn’t been open long, but already they have replaced my regular store (and not just because my regular store is closed for renovations). The staff is ALWAYS polite and professional and best of all, quick and efficient. This morning my mobile order wasn’t ready because they had to brew more coffee, which is fine, I understand that happens. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a “You’re Next One’s On Us” card because I had to wait. As I waited for my coffee, I saw employees working together to take care of the long drive through line in a quick and deliberate manner. Keep up the great work.

Newest Starbucks location that just opened last week, it’s closer to work and staff are professional and friendly. Not too busy and that’s probably because people haven’t got the word yet that it’s open 😁
