This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The workers are amazing and so efficient and kind. They always get my order right (which as a vegetarian is sometimes a problem) and are so sweet. Seriously the only Taco Bell I go to they are on top of it and this location is so clean and fast. I wish all Taco Bell’s were as good as this location.

Drive thru service is always fast and usually accurate. The drive thru itself could be improved though, as the turn is quite narrow. If you have a large vehicle like a truck, you may go up on the curb.

I went there because it used to be KFC They transformed to Taco Bell only..was "ok" I don't think it will last as Taxo Bell alone, but we will see.

Menu board has incorrect prices posted. Prices are actually 10% higher than listed. At least for meal deal #8 at Waukegan, Rt 120 Belvidere Rd restaurant. Wrong prices first noted last Friday then again today on 2/10/23. Emp / Mgr refused to give me the posted prices.

This location has very fresh food and very good customer service! Only thing I know could change is the listening of the customer when I am heard I won't have to repeat myself when I ask for no cheese on my tacos.This is an area we always struggle with a bit.However still a fabulous restaurant,location,and friendly staff!

Perfect place for lunch or dinner. The place is updated with tablets to order faster, digital screen menu, and nice seating. Customer service is great and parking is easy. The only down side is you have to leave though the dunkin donuts parking lot located on a block away. The drive entrance is a one way.

I been to a lot of Taco Bells but this one in North Chicago never messes up my order even when I make special requests. They make your food with care and with good portions. It’s presentable when you open it. Wish every single location was just like this one. Thanks guys

Some sub par service and quality and they messed up every order I've gotten. I would only recommend getting simple stuff and not add, remove or ask for extra anything if you go here.

Best yet just get Baja blast and nothing else.

I ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza tonight, only to get home to realize there was meat once I took the first bite. Wasn’t pleased with it at all. & they’re usually always correct with my order. That’s the only reason they didn’t get a 5 star.

As always it was speedy, delicious, and within our budget! Our favorite place to go anyways, bit I was pleasantly surprised to see new items added to the menu today and absolutely tried the new Chicken sandwich taco-if you haven't, you absolutely need to! I got 1 of both regular and spicy as well as a medium Baja blast (happy hour so it was $1), and the kiddos got cheesy roll ups as it's their favorites and some strawberry lemonade slushes for $1 also! Worth every penny 👏

I'm giving one star based on this visit ALONE. I ordered 2 party cases of tacos. I wanted one soft shell and the other case hard shell. I got to the window to confirm the order and they stated two cases of soft shell. I stated that was incorrect and they stated it was too late and they started making 24 soft shell tacos. To correct their error they gave me four free taco coupons which can only be used one taco per visit. Unacceptable for spending almost $30 on food.

This is by far one of the worse taco bells I have ever eaten at. 75% of the time, they get my order wrong either through the drive thru, in store, or online. I for some odd reason seem to be missing one of my items and have a supreme taco in its place.
This food is also put together poorly compare to others.
The service is slow and not so hospitable. Recently I made an order on my app for pick up in the drive thru and was told after I arrived at the window that it had been changed to in store. Instead of handing my food there however, they made me park to go in.
Do not choose this taco bell. There are plenty of other restaurants around instead.
