What a great spot to grab coffee and a bite to eat for breakfast. Super cute location with ample seating that had a cozy inviting feeling. Would love to come back in the winter when it is nippy out to get lost in a delicious cup of coffee and a great book!

The drive through location is quick and easy. Good quality for what it is, limited menu options which is fine becasue it means they can get through the line quickly. I prefer this for pickup over the downtown location just for the logistics and wait times. Very friendly staff!

I was a regular customer unfortunately not anymore. The coffee drinks are good. Customer service terrible! University inside hartigs location. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I must make an exception with this place. Mother's day 2023 ordered coffee drink waited at least 20 minutes for a there were 2 employees present when my order was taken. As I was waiting another customer ordered and was waiting for her order too. I noticed other employees were coming in about 2 or 3 more yet they all seemed to be standing and talking to each other while one other employee was doing all the work then came out with the drink for the customer who had waited about 5 minutes for their order. I checked my phone noticed I had been waiting at least 20 minutes so I asked the lady where my drink was she said she was sorry and would check but I told her to refund my card. Not sure your aware that you are paying employees to stand around and talk and not wait on customers perhaps more adult supervision is needed at this location.

Charlotte's is such a treasure in Dubuque. My family was there for four days and out of all the restaurants and stops that we had, this is what stood out. The coffee was extremely aromatic and unlike any that I've had. For lunch, I got the Chicken Quesadilla which was fantastic; it's not common to find food like this in a coffee house. Almost everyone in my family bought merchandise from Charlotte's since it left such an impression!

I went to the drive thru today and the girl seemed like she didn’t want to be there kept saying anything else after everything I said. All I got was an açaí bowl with just strawberries and peanut butter. I get to the window there was no talking other then my total taking my card and giving me the bowl with no peanut butter. I feel like she really didn’t even listen to me.

The convenience of getting to enjoy Charolette’s food and drink at the drive thru location is great! The cashier taking my order was the most pleasant person I’ve heard at a drive thru. Definitely recommend Charolette’s if you’ve never tried it!

Employees are fabulous, very kind, and accommodating. Coffee is always on point. If you’re looking for a good cup of coffee and are in a pinch, stop by the Charlottes Hartig Drug location! You won’t regret it.

The staff is wonderful. I work downstairs and they are fast to just co grab a coffee. Only reason I give them a 4 is because the coffee drinks are not consistent. I one day will get a great drink and the next I get a coffee that tastes absolutely horrible. (Today) 😞 I wish I could have a consistent drink I would give a 5 star with no issue! I love the staff and the food is wonderful

Listen, most of these replies are Karen’s who think the world revolves around them. As someone with no patience this is one of the quickest places I go to. I go there before school often and the only time I get upset is when the workers get food order, they taste swell but take 5-10 minuets to get one item. I love their coffee but I do agree with some time comments, but then again it usually early morning hours so the workers are sleepy too.
