This Kwik Star is the best one I’ve EVER been to. The food was phenomenal especially the soup.
In fact, the wings were so spicy it made my nose bleed! I see that as a good thing. The glazers of course are next level and the service was excellent. Shoutout to Debra!

Not enough pumps and the parking is small. But the employees are nice. Always hot and fresh sandwiches tho. Very good.

I made a special order for an 8 piece fried chicken. But when I got home with it I found that it must have been sitting around for some time. It was barely warm and the crust was dry. It tasted like it was under a heat lamp. VERY dissatisfied. It definitely was not fried fresh for me.

Love this Kwik Star! Always clean. Staff is always very helpful. Excellent stop for just fuel, all the way to complete meals (did I say how delicious and fresh their food is?) and a car wash. When you want to make just one stop, stop here!

I totally spaced dinner and went in for a pizza but there weren’t any ready. A wonderful employee named Mercer was a life saver! He walked out of the kitchen, and I asked for a pizza and without hesitation he made it and had it out to me within 10 minutes. He was so nice! I offered him a tip but he refused and said he couldn’t accept tips. I hope this review finds management and they can let Mercer know how appreciated and rare that kind of service is. Thanks!

They always have a spectacular selection of tasty pastries. Cashiers with a smile and a helpfulness attitude are three deep when needed getting you checked out in a timely manner enabling you to get back on the road or on your way to work with that fresh cup coffee.

I never leave negative reviews or reviews in general. But my word, third shift staff has gone way down hill. They could not be more unpleasant. Oh and if you need a bag? Lol. You will receive an eye roll. They pretend to ignore the line if they aren’t behind the counter. I never thought I would review a gas station but it’s at the point where I don’t even want to go in anymore. I’ve been going to this location for 11 years, and they were always pleasant and ALWAYS said “ see ya next time”! Nope not anymore, this new staff broke the 11 year streak they had going lol. You’re not even going to get a “hi” or “goodbye”. Just an annoyed look that they have to check you out.
The staff that started a couple months ago is just atrocious lol. Avoid this place from 10pm-5am if possible would be my advice.

Nice people
The store was nasty in side I would of rather got my food from the bathroom at lest that was clean
The roller grill and condiments were so nasty as well as the donut cabinet

*Updated* The issue with the pumps has been resolved. I'm glad because I really like Kwik Star gas stations. Always clean with great products for sale. Now if only there was a way to stop people from blocking the diesel and E85 pumps...

*Original* Nice station but i might stop coming here and fueling up somewhere else. I run E-85 exclusively and the pumps here run half as slow as the gas pumps. I know because I watched lol.

This location was always a favorite for mine. However over the last 2 months it has gone down hill a lot. Trash outside is always full, parking lot is a mess. The food cases are always empty. I am sure they are short shafted so I keep going hoping it will get better because I know what potential they have to be great. Hope they improve soon.

I like the Rewards program and I use the Kwik Debit card. It is easy to use, it comes right out of my bank account and I enjoy the monthly savings on in store items. Try the Angus Burger, even grumpy old men like them. The chicken dinners are perfect.

Bought a chicken wrap and some cheese stuffed spuds. There were only 7 single cheesey spud tater tots, and they were hard and were barely warm. Casey's usually has about 12 or more and they are cheaper. And they are the same exact kind of cheesy potatoes. And the ranch container was empty. There were only a so many of each different food items to choose from. Tonight is the first time I have been bummed out by my visit to KwikStar.

Great Kwik Star. The Fresh Blends machine broke on me and gave water instead of a smoothie, but the manager tried to fix it, but it wasn't working and just got repaired, but he gave me a free smoothie coupon.

I prefer this chain to any other. Unfortunately was waited on by a rude individual named Kevin. He talked right over me when I was trying to tell him which pump I would like to prepay. I had to raise my voice. He may be very hard of hearing. I suggest watching the customers lips, if they moving and you cant hear them, dont speak over them, just ask them to talk louder.

My favorite Kwik Star in Dubuque. I enjoy coming here because of the car wash. This is the best self serve car wash in town for sure! Friendly staff and no fee ATM!

My wife and I don't normally shop at this location, but the last two times we have visited this location to grab gas and milk, their customer service has just been awful. Their cashier Penny has seriously ruined my family shopping at this location. She literally raised her voice and was practically yelling at my wife. We will never shop at this location again. The Kwik Star on JFK is amazing though, and they have the best customer service ever!
