Each time I go into Hobby Lobby , it’s like a little reprive. Bobbie in the front is always welcoming and smiling. There are plenty people who ask if you need anything and they open extra registers of lines get a few people deep.

Lots of items on sale. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were clearly marked. Shelves were fully stocked.

Even tho hobby lobby didn't have everything we were looking for. An employee by the name of Gavin (fairly new) went above and beyond to assist us. Then helped us with check out. He was very nice, professional, and prompt!

My favorite place to replenish craft supplies! If you shop right there's always discounts which is not unimportant in our days. We are a bunch of crafty people in our family and we all love Hobby Lobby for our supply hub + always cute home decor stuff for gifts!

Probably the best place to get your art framed. So many options in material and frame designs. I bought a canvas overseas and got it framed here, looks awesome. Great attentive and courteous service too.

Friendly place. Management is super NICE here at this store.

They offer the best selection in arts and craft supplies. I've never been disappointed. Impressive and well stocked.

Great place but the prices get a tad bit high. Everything there could come down in price by 25% and they would still make a killing by selling more. Plus the stuff is unusual but it is not top tier quality.

Well, the store is nice...but asking for help finding anything ...oy ! It was like I was a bother and they did not want to be bothered ! Not a single smile , the guy at the register did an automatic " did you find everything?" But didn't seen to care if I did or not. So, if you need help, go somewhere else !

Carroll is an amazing checker. We didn't even go through her line, but she worked Black Friday and didn't act at all stressed about the long lines or having to work on the biggest shopping day of the year. My daughters commented that she seemed to be such a happy go-lucky person.

Always a fun store. Wish it was a little better marked though or maybe a map of the store like at bigger malls. I always end up wandering the whole store to find what I'm looking for and then come a cross a bunch of stuff I don't need and shouldn't buy... but maybe they do that on purpose because they do have really cute stuff.

This Hobby Lobby store has all the apartments and variety I would expect at a Hobby Lobby. There is a framing department, silk flowers, furniture, artwork, crafting items, a variety of home decorations, season specific decorations, and many other nice selections. We needed some help today, and it was probably the first time since we moved to the Midwest 4 months ago that the help we received was less than friendly. Even the person at the checkout lane was not friendly.

The have ok items. Prices are a bit high. I don't know if it's the bandana and boots or what but the past 3 times I've gone in here, multiple employees follow and peek around corners the entire time I am in the store. They dont offer assistance, just constantly peek. There is absolutely nothing in the store I ever see myself needing or wanting to steal. I can assure you that. I also find it really annoying how they constantly come over the intercom bellowing "so and so come to the front for a code 1" which is just saying they need an extra cashier or customer service I believe. Have the people up there that are needed. I will say there was one employee there that was very helpful a couple of weeks ago. I don't recall her name but she definitely deserves better. I recently went to Michael's for the 1st time to avoid these annoyances I face at hobby lobby and found the prices to be better and though I've only been there once, so far I was treated much better. All around better experience at Michael's. I will no longer be shopping at Hobby Lobby. Do bettee!
