Clean store with great merchandise. Its smaller compare to the other tjmaxxes in the state of iowa but its one of the well organized tjmaxxes i have ever seen. Their home department is well organized and well decorated. Beauty department is well organized. Men's and kids full or merchandise, same as juniors, active and women's department. If you are in the area, you probably want to check this store out.

Went in to get my mom a birthday present and ended up asking Eloise for assistance getting the bag I wanted. She went above and beyond and even took the time to grab a bag that would be large enough to hold the purse without squashing it. She did all this with a smile. The genuine kindness she showed brightened my own mood. Her customer service is great! Thanks Eloise!

Went there today to get some last minute Easter stuff. Saw a purse I really fell in love with. It was locked to the wall. So I hit the button for help. Mind you this one was the store manager. Hit the button second time. After altogether about 1/2 hour later I just purchased my Easter items and left after asking for corporate number. Even after talking to corporate, no one offered to try to make the situation right. Sad day for TJMAXX, Dubuque, Iowa store because I will from now on go to the other stores in my area. This is sad too because they are all about an hour away versus the 30 minutes. But…. The Dubuque, Iowa store will no longer get my business.

Good selection of clothes. The staff is constantly improving the displays and fixing up what the customer sorted through. I will continue to shop there when I am looking for clothes.

I personally love this store. It has knock off of really expensive things but just for a cheep price. It might be the same exact thing just cheaper. And they have everything from clothes to kitchen supplies. I shop here for anything i need before going anywhere else.

The place always has something for me, I just never know what I'm going to find. I like the idea of searching and finding a new home decoration, a nice smelling perfume, or a cool new shirt. Every thing is marked at a decent price, and it's very good quality items. But you better buy it when you see it, or it will be gone the next time you go there.

The store was a huge mess and didn't find a lot in there make up was in pretty good supply and organized but I never seen one associate that offered help for me or my daughter. I should have taken pics to show the mess. The girl who rang up my order was pleasant.

There was a lovely woman at the registers. When I got to where the line started, she was folding/hanging some clothes. She looked up right away and let me know which register to go to. We had a great quick conversation, she let me know about the TJ Maxx credit card, and I was on my way. Great selection of clothes, accessories, shoes, and housewares.

Nice dressing rooms. Friendly workers.

They have reasonably-priced bags of Jelly Belly jellybeans which are getting harder to find.

Sometimes you come across clothing you like, and lots of good beauty supplies and housewares.

Always find products what I need and dog stuff.... toys, treats, sometimes cheeper than the pet store. Or products cheaper than utral or that store inside of JCPenney. We love there shower, body washes there. Reasonably priced for the amount you get. And other health products there.

I love this place, I never leave empty handed even if I wanted to. There's just way too much cool junk and you never know what treasures await you. It makes me forget about the other stores so now I don't always have to ask myself, "What even is a Dillard?"

We've shopped at TJ Maxx weekly for 2 months. We've spent hundreds of dollars there. Our city lifted the mask mandate. TJ Maxx did not. Today we shopped at Kohls and spent $100.
